Basic Company Policies

 Working Days & Timings:


o Monday to Friday:
 10.00 A.M. to 07.00 P.M.
 Lunch Break: 01.00 P.M. to 01.30 P.M.
 Tea Break: 04.30 P.M. to 04.45 P.M.
o Saturday:
 10.00 A.M. to 03.00 P.M.
 Lunch Break: 01.00 P.M. to 01.15 P.M.
o Alternate Work Timings
 Half Day:
 01ST Half: 10.00 A.M. to 03.00 P.M.
 02nd Half: 02:00 P.M. to 07:00 P.M.
 Late/Early:
 03 Times / Month – Up to 30 Minutes (Needs Approval)
 Post 03 Times - ₹ 10 Per Minute Up to 01 Hour
 Post 01 Hour – Half Day
o Leaves
 1.5 Leaves / Month Against Min. 01 Working Day Pre – Approval.
 Unapproved Leaves Deducted At 2X.
 Unused Leaves Cashed Out at Month End.
 04 Months Maternity Leave - Benefit Post Completion of 365-
Working Days
o Holidays
 English New Year, Uttarayan, Uttarayan Next Day, Republic Day,

 Compensation Details:
o Salary
 Disbursed On 10th Of Next Month – Only in Registered Bank Account
 Salary Slips Issued Within 05 Days Of Salary Disbursement.
 No Advance or Part Salary Request is Entertained For Any Employee
 Sandwich Leave & Holiday Deduction Applies As Per Standard
 Increment – Post Completion Of 13 Months of Employment (April Or
October)
o Bonus
 Three Levels: Daily, Weekly & Annually
 Disbursed During Monthly R & R Activity – Non-Attendance = Forfeit
 Probationary Employees Not Eligible – Any Bonus
 Annual Bonus – To Employees Completing 365 Employment Days On
Diwali Day.
o Incentives & Increments
 Disbursed During Quarterly R & R Activity – Non-Attendance =
Forfeit
 Probationary Employees Or On Notice Or Ex-Employees – Not

 Dress Code
o Strict Formal Dress Code During Weekdays

o No Jeans or T-Shirts During Weekdays
o I-Card Should Be Worn At All Times In Office Building Premises
o Personal Phones Need To Be Deposited Before Starting Daily Work

o Unpaid Training: 01st Week
o Probation: 02nd Week – 05th Week (Can Be Extended By 04 Weeks)
 No Late/Early Or Leave, Bonus or Incentives During Probation Or

 Termination For Non-Performance

o Resignation: Notice of 45 Days | 01 Week In Probation
 Full & Final: 15 Days After Notice Completion
 Failure To Serve Notice Period or “0 Sales” – No Compensation +

The Penalty Needs To Be Paid In Cash On Same Day That You Are Charged.

Notes:
o Mandatory Submission of Documents:
All new employees are required to submit the listed documents within the
stipulated timeframe. Failure to submit these documents will result in a
hold on salary processing until the required documents are provided.
o Salary Disbursement Policy:
Please note that no salary will be disbursed until the verification of all
submitted documents is complete.
o Reference and Background Verification:
It is mandatory to provide at least two professional references from
previous employers. Background verification will be conducted, and
any discrepancies found during the process may lead to termination of
employment without prior notice.
o Document Authenticity:
All submitted documents must be genuine and verifiable. If any
document is found to be forged, altered, or misrepresented, the employee
will face immediate termination and legal action as per company
policy.
o Compliance with Policy:
The submission of documents is a part of our compliance policy. Non-
compliance with this requirement will be viewed as a serious violation of
company norms and may result in disciplinary action, including
withholding salary and termination.
