1. MS Excel
Task 01: Create Table Open a new document and create the following tables:
Add the borders and shading.
Insert 1 row in between “2” and “3”.
Position: 2
Score: 55
Save the document as: “Scores_Table.docx” on desktop.
Task 02: Write the procedure to restrict a column in Excel to allow only text values with
a length between 5 and 10 characters using the Data Validation feature.
Task 03: Create a worksheet with Columns (Subject (At least 5 Subjects), Marks, Total
Marks, Percentage, GPA, Credit Hours)
• Calculate Average Marks • Use Wrap text instead of expanding columns • Highlight all
Column names with red color • Sort the data by highest to lowest GPA.
2. PowerPoint
Task 01: Describe how to apply a slide transition in PowerPoint. Include the following:
Steps to apply a transition to a single slide and to all slides in a presentation.
How to change the transition duration.
How to preview a transition before applying it.
3. HTML
Task 01: Create following webpage using HTML “table tag” and CSS where required.
Task 02: Create an HTML code that inserts an image, using at least three attributes.
4. MS WORD
Task 01: Formatting document
Open a blank Microsoft Word document and type the above text.
Change the font type of the entire document to “Times New Roman”.
Change the font size of the entire document to “11”.
Change the spacing of the entire document from single spacing to “1.5”.
Change the alignment of the entire document to “Justify”.
Save the document as: “Computer_ROLLNO.doc” on the desktop.
5. Operating System
Task 01: Make directories of name F1, F2, F3 and F4. Make file of named “file1.txt” into
directory F1. Make file of named “file2.txt” into directory F2. Make file of named
“file3.txt” into directory F3. Make file of named “file4.txt” into directory F4.
Move directory F3 into F1 and F4 into F2.
Also attach the screenshot after running these on Linux command line interface on your
PC. (Capture full terminal screen).
6. E-Mail
Task 01: Write the procedure to create an E-mail account.
Task 02: Explain the procedure to send an email with an attachment. Include the following
steps:
How to attach a file (e.g., a document, image, or PDF).
