I, GDPhil L. Llabres, a 4th year student taking up Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education
Major In Animal Production at Bicol University Guinobatan. As a part of our major requirement Supervised
Industrial Training (SIT), we are required to undergo on-the-job training for 4 hours a week. The main objectives of
this course are the following:
1. To provide work experience for trainees to be familiar with their chosen field;
2. To give opportunity to enable the trainees to apply what they have learned;
3. To help trainees acquire a sense of professionalism;
4. To help trainees improve their performance at work.
I am eager to learn new skills and confident that I can adapt quickly to your work environment. I am
