SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, NAME, single/married, of legal age, a Filipino citizen, and a resident of Don Basilio
Navarro, San Jose Road, Barangay Cawa-Cawa, Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby name,
appoint, and constitute name, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen, and a resident of Barangay
Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City, Philippines, and name, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen, and
a resident of Barangay Canelar, Zamboanga City, Philippines, as our duly constituted Attorneys-
in-Fact for me and in my name, place and instead, to do and perform any of the following acts and
deeds, namely;
1. To process, sign, transfer of title, submit, file, process, and transact on my behalf for
the change of the name of the registered owner of the land covered by Transfer
Certificate of title duly issued by the Registry of Deeds for Zamboanga City;
2. To process the TIN numbers of the SELLER and BUYER;
3. To process and transact with all appropriate government agencies for the change of
Transfer of ownership and to request the certified copy of Tax Declaration and No
Improvement Certification from the office of the City Assessor;
4. To transact with the different government bodies and agencies such as but not limited
to the Assessor’s office and Treasurer’s office, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Department of Agrarian Reform, and the Registry of Deeds;
5. To make, sign, and execute any document relative to the above-specified purpose as
well as to receive amounts and payments in relation to the aforementioned transaction;
6. To execute all other documents relative to the above-specified purpose as may be
required by the government agencies mentioned above;
7. To make, process, secure, facilitate, follow-up, execute, submit, withdraw and sign all
necessary documents for the attainment of the above-mentioned purpose and/or for the
settlement of the above-mentioned transaction;
8. To do all other acts necessary for the attainment and accomplishment of the above-
specified powers.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full
powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do as if
personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorneys-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
