This resource will be responsible for coordinating different projects, manage digital content for WILP
and online programs, and streamline communication within the organization. This resource is
expected to ensure timely completion of project milestones and has the ability for effective risk
PURPOSE management. Supporting content creation, organizing content libraries, and facilitating
collaboration among teams and stakeholders are primary deliverables. Additionally, the resource
has to manage schedules and budget tracking to optimize resource allocation, driving productivity
and successful project delivery.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Key Activities)
Project Coordination:
* Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital content projects including
AR/ VR/ Interactive content development.
* Coordinate with team members, SME's and Vendors to ensure project
milestones are met.

* Use Project management tools and techniques to visualize the schedule and
track project progress efficiently to manage the timeline.
* Identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop a risk
management plan.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Content Management:
KEY * Support content creation and editing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES 2
* Organize and maintain content libraries, trackers and databases.
* Assist in monitoring content authoring processes on LMS.
Communication:
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.

* Prepare and distribute project updates and reports.
* Organize and participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Administrative Support:
* Manage schedules, meetings, preparing approval notes and documentation

* Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.
