o Points. (RatePlanCode – LPRM, MarketCode - LOYL)
o Points + Cash (RatePlanCode – LPPC4R, MarketCode – LOYL)
o Other Rate – N/A
If the member has FN awards on their profile, Columns 2-5 should default to:

If no profile is selected OR a non-member (no gpNumber) profile is
selected, columns 2-5 will default to:

o Standard (RatePlanCode – RACK, MarketCode - RACK)
o Advanced Purchase (RatePlanCode – ADPR, MarketCode - RACK)
o Bed and Breakfast Package (RatePlanCode – PKGAWA, MarketCode -
RACK)
o Other Rate – N/A
o Other Rate – N/A
Column 6 should always be Other Rate
If there is no guest identified and the agent wants to add a rate from Loyalty
market, he should see a message saying he needs to identify the member first.
