Topic 1: Do you agree that physical education is an important subject at

school?
Physical Education (PE) is often relegated to the periphery of the curriculum,
overshadowed by more “serious” or “important” subjects. However, dismissing PE
would be a mistake. Beyond promoting health and lifelong physical activity, PE
contributes significantly to psychological well-being, social development, and
academic performance. In a world where over 30% of year six pupils are classified
as “overweight” or “obese,” PE plays a crucial role in shaping healthier
generations. Yet, its multifaceted goals—ranging from health promotion to skills
development—sometimes lead to confusion. Some argue that PE leans more
toward entertainment than education. However, PE’s true value lies in providing
meaningful learning experiences within the subject itself. By emphasizing PE’s
intellectual and academic aspects, we can nurture healthier, more well-rounded
individuals.
Topic 2: Do you believe that people should work only 4 days a week?
The number of working days per weeks is causing a universial controversy.
While some argured that the maximum working days should be limited down to 4
days every week, I believe the number of days are ought to be decided by several
factors.
While there are numerous factors that ought to be taken into consideration, i would
like to address three most notable. The first factor would be the need of human
labour. Back in the day, most of the works are carried out by humans such as
agriculture and transporting. Nowadays, with the introduction of AI and robots,
more and more works are accomplished with great efficiency and time-saving. The
second factor would be the need of human decisions. Although AI and robotics are
two categories which are developing rapidly, human still plays as a brain giving
out order, fixing errors and shaping its development. Last but not least, the
efficiency of the workers. If one could accomplish more work than their co-
workers, they could work less days but still have the work done.
In a ever-changing world as we are in now, some jobs require the presence of the
workers 24/7 such as producing enegy from nuclear powerplant. On the other
hand, jobs like maintainance is only needed during time when something broke
down.
In conclusion, the nature of the jobs should have the most impact on how many
working days perweek. Not all jobs are the same therefore not all should receive
the same treatments and benefits.
Topic 3: Introduce your favorite dish.
Each dish provides us with a different type of nutrients and different benefits for
people's health. One food that I consider healthier than others is avocado.
Avocados contain several vitamins C, E, K, and minerals. So eating it can help
increase our immune and digestive system. Besides its health benefits, it also tastes
delicious and is easy to match with other ingredients. Avocados can be eaten on
their own, added to salads or sandwiches, or used to make guacamole. You can
cook a basic meal of avocado with any other fruits, vegetables, and dishes.
Avocados have been shown to have many health benefits, including reducing the
risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer . As a result, an avocado is popular in the
health and wellness community. If you haven't tried avocados yet, I highly
recommend them!
Topic 4: Write about a sport event you joined.
The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm glow over the soccer field. It was the
championship match—the culmination of weeks of intense training and
anticipation. As I laced up my cleats, the adrenaline surged through my veins. The
crowd buzzed with excitement, their cheers echoing across the grass.
Our team, the Thunderbolts, faced formidable opponents—the Lightning Strikers.
The tension was palpable as the referee blew the whistle, signaling the start of the
game. The ball danced from foot to foot, weaving intricate patterns. I sprinted
down the wing, the wind tugging at my jersey. The goalpost loomed ahead like a
distant beacon.
Minutes turned into hours. Each tackle, each pass, carried the weight of our
dreams. And then it happened—the breakthrough. A perfectly timed cross, and I
leaped, my head connecting with the ball. The net rippled, and the crowd erupted.
We were ahead—a single goal that felt like a lifetime of effort.
But soccer is unpredictable. The Lightning Strikers fought back, their striker
darting past defenders. Our goalkeeper, a wall of determination, made a miraculous
save. The clock ticked down, and we clung to our lead. The final whistle blew, and
we collapsed onto the grass, victorious.
That day, the soccer field became a theater of passion, camaraderie, and sheer will.
We celebrated with high-fives, sweaty hugs, and promises of more victories. As the
sun dipped below the horizon, I realized that sports weren’t just about winning or
losing—they were about the shared moments etched into our hearts forever.
Topic 5: A movie that u have just watched
My favorite activity I like to do in leisure time is watch movies, and the movie that
I just watched yesterday was Interstella. This film talks about how the future of
Earth is being destroyed by climate change, dust storms, and famine. Therefore,
humanity needs to find another planet to live on. Regarding the reasons that I love
this movie, the value from Interstlella brings to me. In addition, this film is not
only a science fiction movie, but also a touching story about family, sacrifice and
the hope of humanity. For me, Interstella is an excellent film that can bring me lots
of emotions and also shed tears. Moreover, Interstella was nominated for Best
Picture at the Oscars, so I highly recommend you watch Interstella for now.
Topic 6: a horryfying incident u cannot forget
I want to share with you guys about a horrifying incident that I cannot forget. If my
memory serves me right, it was 2 years ago, when I drove my electric bike to
school. Suddenly, a motocycle in front of me stoped so I had to stop to avoid a
crash. This situation occurred so fast that a motobike behind me had not stopped in
time since they had already hit me and I had fallen into the road. Fortunately, no
bikes or cars run through me so I just got slightly scratched, which is not a big
problem. However, if I had fallen into the road, a vehicle behind me could not have
avoided me, I would have been seriously injured. Therefore, this incident made me
cannot forgot and I swear to myself that I will drive more carefully.
