We hope this letter finds you well.
The Datu Dalandag National High School is honored to have you as one of our generous
benefactors, having donated the land that now serves as our school grounds. Your invaluable
contribution has significantly impacted the education of countless students in our community.
As we commemorate our 16th Founding Anniversary on December 18 & 19, 2024, we are
organizing a series of activities to celebrate this milestone. These activities include academic
competitions, cultural performances, and community outreach programs.
To ensure the successful implementation of these events, we are humbly requesting a financial
assistance of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 20,000.00). We believe your support would greatly
enhance our Foundation Day Celebration as our MOOE is not enough to cover all the expenses,
moreover we are not allowed to use it as it is allotted for projects that are in our SOB which is
approved by the Division Office.
Your generous donation will help us cover the costs of various expenses, such as prizes,
decorations, and logistical arrangements.
