Lifting water to Burj Khalifa:
-pressure at each floor must be less than 4 bar.
-The height of Burj Khalifa is about 828.
-The minimum pressure required to lift water to 10.3 meter is about 1 bar.

The tower will be divided into 27 sections. Each section must have pressure less
than or equal to 4 bars at the beginning and about 1 bar at the end, so the pressure
change is about 3 bars. The height required to make that happens is about (10.3*3)
=31 meter. At the end of each section, a tank will be attached. The following section
pump will lift water from the previous tank.
After making sure that all tanks are full, the water will be pumped to the previous
section (down ward) using the force of gravity.
