1. Receipt of payment of Attestation Fee.
2. Submit original documents of all previous qualifications (matric onward) and other relevant documents along with a set of photocopies
at time of degree attestation. Submission of original degree(s) along with transcript(s) from bachelor onward is mandatory.
3. Photocopies of Degrees/Transcripts to be attested are required(for HEC record).
4. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
5. For attestation of “Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al Arabia wal Islamia”please enter particulars of Aama,
Khasa and attach equivalence of HEC.
6. For attestation of “Equivalence letter” issued by HEC, attach original Equivalence letter along with attested copies of
relevant documents.
7. For the attestation of "CPSP Fellowship/Membership" certificate get it verified from the controller of examinations of
CPSP before submitting to HEC.
8. In case application is being submitted by Authorized Person, the following documents are required:
a) Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 or above officer for the authorized person.

Note: HEC attests original documents first then photocopies. No request for the attestation of photocopies would be entertained without the attestation of
original documents.

Fake degrees and higher degrees obtained on the basis of fake degrees are confiscated
