Curriculum and
Evaluation System
Students’ performance is evaluated based on
internal assessment and university examination
scores. Internal assessment scores are based on
day-to-day assessment, evaluation of student
assignments, preparation for seminars, clinical
case presentations, etc. in addition to regular
periodical examinations conducted throughout
the course. The university examinations
comprise of practical and theory examinations
held at the end of every phase of the preclinical
and clinical courses. They are graded as per the
percentage obtained at the examination which
are as follows:
(a) Fail < 50%
(b) Pass 50- 59%
(c) High Pass 60-75%
(d) Honors >75%
