1. Training designation
„NEXIM Programming“
Training requires sound knowledge of Windows components.
2. Training goals
The participants will be able to:
understand the NXT / AIMEX structure
work with Nexim graphical user interface
import CAD / BOM data
create jobs, parts, component descriptions, packages und marks
optimize products und product groups.
execute program adjustments on machine and using MEdit
use advanced features of Nexim
use NKS
analysis of perfomance
3. Target group
The target group are employees who create, manage and administer NEXIM programs
(software engineers, production engineers, supervisors)
4. Methods
The knowledge will be imparted in lectures, joint discussions as well as during partner-
and individual practice. Self-conducted exercises are carried out to deepen the skills
5. Timeframe
The training takes 5 days, daily from 09:00 am - 04:00 pm.

Software structure / What is Nexim? (Database, Plan-Do-See etc.)
Nexim GUI – Smart Operation
Team work on the “Creating Job’s” - work flow
Creation of component, component descriptions, packages and marks
Creation and configuration of a production-line
Optimization / MJLB
NewKittingStation (feeder settings, DID, setup verification etc.)
Addional features (scan, search, compare, CSV, data checker, approval)
Report / Floor Insight
