Introduction
Research has demonstrated that engaging individuals within the training process increase their
attention and focus, motivates them to practice higher-level critical thinking and promotes mean-
ingful learning experiences. While “good” discussions could also be a strong tool for encouraging
student learning, successful discussions rarely happen spontaneously.
Aligning the learning objectives and course content with the right tools can enhance student
learning in creative and innovative ways.
Purpose
The primary objective of Aarambh is to provide value enhancement courses that impart practical
and professional knowledge with relevant certifications even before the commencement of the
first semester.
Learner Engagement Tracks
The learning has been split into five important and imperative tracks that offer
comprehensive exposure to the importance of communication skills, technical skills,
financial wellness, soft skills and activity-based learning. All the five tracks are designed
to offer a different learning experience that would assist the learner through their
personal and professional life.

Learner Engagement Tracks
Track 1 - Communication Skills
Are you hearing or Listening? Are you Speaking
sense? Do you know the art of Reading? How good
are you at Writing? The four elements of
Communication are Listening, Speaking, Reading
and Writing. While most of us are good at informal
communication, we lack professional
communication skills and etiquette that includes business communication, business
English and email drafting among other skills. This track on Communication Skills
endeavors to imbibe the all-important LSRW skills in each of you.
Track 2 – Technical Skills
Can you imagine your professional life without
knowing the basics of computers? Without MS
Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint your
preparation remains inadequate to compete in
this competitive world. Be a step ahead in your
career with comprehensive technical skills
through MS Office Suite.
Track 3 – Personal Finance
What if you were to need Rs.10 crore upon your
retirement to manage your post-retirement life?
How would you build such an enormous corpus?
Personal Finance is often ignored which has led to
financial unpreparedness by millions of Indians
who are taking wrong investment decisions at
their ripe age. Get comprehensive knowledge about managing your own personal
finance from an early age.

Track 4 – Soft Skills
Did you know as simple as being punctual is part of
Soft Skills? Being a team player, work ethics,
emotional intelligence, adaptability, and
communication among others are all part of soft

employees and the organization. This track engages you with the importance and
utility of soft skills to further your career.
Track 5 – iKonnect
Why do we want to learn from a teacher? Because
a teacher is experienced and indeed experience

Knowledge it leads to Intellect which is the
