ABSTRACT
This study aimed to evaluate the video lesson for the demonstration of the
following objectives, such as identifying the process of dough making and if there is
an increase in knowledge and performance between the pre-test and post-test. The
respondents of this research study were a total of 30 FSM students at the North
Eastern Mindanao State University Cantilan Campus. The research design of the
study used single pre-test and post-test research in gathering data. The instruments
that are used by the researchers come in the form of pre-tests and post-tests to
determine the capacity of the students’ knowledge and performance before and after
watching the developed demo video lesson. The researchers also use the adapted
video evaluation form to evaluate the quality of the video. The findings of the
gathered data in the pre-test are less than the average mean score of the post-test
using the developed demo video lesson, which is noticeably higher compared to
students who took the pre-test.The researcher also recommends that the demo video
lesson be used to integrate into other related activities or lessons not only online but
also in the classroom setting. Teachers ensure resource availability and foster
supportive learning and teaching using technology integration; administrators allocate
resources and provide professional development opportunities for the teaching and
learning process; parents support their children's education; and future researchers
explore additional factors influencing students' knowledge in technology integration.
