Morning (Peak Focus)

6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Wake up, light exercise, and energize yourself.

7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Physics: Study theory and solve 5-10 numerical problems.

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast + Relaxation (mindfulness or light music).

Mid-Morning (Moderate Focus)

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Biology: Focus on diagrams, NCERT text, and important terms.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Short break (hydration, light activity).


11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Chemistry: Study theory and solve example problems.

Afternoon (Post-Lunch Slump)
