STEEL HUB INDUSTRY ENFORCEMENT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., is a legal registered
business company located at 102 CM. RECTO ST. BF EXECUTIVE VILLAGE, ALMANZA UNO, LAS
PINAS CITY,PHILIPPINES, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, MR. ARIEL MICHAEL ANTHONY
ASTORGA , likewise of legal age, single, with residence at Poblacion 2 Hindang, Leyte, PHILIPPINES,
who is my agent/business partner, and is not a lawyer, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my
name, place and stead, and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things, to
wit:
to transact/accept payment for SCRAP ALUMINUM and Metal as follows:
300 METRIC TONS Aluminum
171 METRIC TONS STEEL
AMOUNT: SEVENTEEN MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP17,800.000.00)
to sign on my behalf as the authorized personnel to encash and accept payment.
to deposit the check and monies to our joint checking account with SECURITY BANK–
PRESIDENT AVE. BF HOMES PARANAQUE CITY BRANCH and to sign and acknowledge
receipt thereof.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my agent/representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act or thing lawfully done hereunder and within powers herein stated necessary to render
effective the special power granted in this instrument, as though I myself has so performed it, and HEREBY
APPROVING and RATIFYING ALL that he may do by virtue thereof.
This special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the object or purpose above-stated
unless revoked.
