The primary issue stemmed from our failure to properly verify the authenticity of the products we
listed. While these products appeared to be identical in design and properties to those of a well-
known brand, we mistakenly sourced them directly from the manufacturer instead of an authorized
distributor. As a result, these items were flagged as counterfeit or unauthorized. This oversight
violated Amazon’s Anti-Counterfeit Policy, which prohibits the sale of inauthentic products and
products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
We understand that promoting or selling counterfeit products, or even products that are described in
a misleading or confusing manner, directly contradicts Amazon’s commitment to maintaining a
trustworthy shopping experience for customers. We have failed in our due diligence in verifying the
authenticity of these products and take full responsibility for the issue.
2. Actions Taken to Resolve the Issue
Immediately following the notification from Amazon, we took the following actions to resolve the
issue:
• Removal of Infringing Listings: We promptly removed all the flagged listings from our store,
including those under the affected ASINs, to ensure that no counterfeit or unauthorized
products remained available for sale.
• Issuance of Full Refunds: We issued full refunds to all customers who purchased the affected
products. This is to ensure that no customer received counterfeit or inauthentic items.
• Supplier Termination: We immediately contacted our supplier and confirmed that they were
not an authorized distributor for the brand. As a result, we have terminated our relationship
with this supplier and will no longer source products from them.
• Documentation Compilation: We have attached the old purchase invoices for the affected
ASINs as proof of purchase directly from the manufacturer. While these invoices
demonstrate the origin of the products, we acknowledge that the lack of sourcing from an
authorized distributor was an error on our part.
3. Preventive Measures
To ensure that such violations do not occur in the future, we have implemented the following

with Amazon’s policies.
• Regular Inventory Audits: Ongoing audits will be conducted to ensure compliance and verify
product authenticity.
