2.2. Material
The materials intended to use for this project shall be procured in according to approved catalogues and specification as
listed below
Installation requiring Seismic Fixed Hanger Support is as follows :

2.3. Material Storage
These items are locally or imported purchaseand subject to delivery by the supplier. Proper handling shall be carried out to
avoid damage of the materials. Secure a safe keeping place with enough space for storage of materials.
2.4. Material Handling
Lifting material use hand shall be in good condition or pass safety inspection, rigger shall be positioned on target placed
location
2.5. Tools & Equipment
To prevent work delay and achieve good quality of works, proper tools and equipment shall be qualitatively chosen in terms
of safety and capability. Tools and equipment provided for this work are as listed in table below.

5. QUALITY, HEALTY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
5.1 Quality plan (Quality Control on site /Factory)
5.1.1 Check the coordinates of corresponding shop drawing installation approved
5.1.2 Check the Fixed Hanger are installed according to specifications approved
5.1.3 Check the Fixed Hanger Support & Anchor Bolt dimension installed in accordance with the approved drawings
design intent.
5.1.4 Check the Fixed Hanger Support in accordance with the approved technical submission
5.1.5 Check access panel have installed
5.2 Quality Assurance
5.2.1 Ensure the shop drawing is approved
5.2.2 Ensure to follow the method approved
5.2.3 Ensure the work permit has been approved
5.2.4 Ensure the materials are in use as an approved
5.2.5 Do a checklist to make sure the ducting installed according to the approved method statement
5.2.6 Ensure strong installed security mesh
5.2.7 Sign off the official report
5.3 Health, Safety and Environment
All of the staff is responsible for safety on the site in coordination with the site safety officer or safety
inspector and the project manager who is overall responsible for safety on site. All safety rules and
regulations applicable for this project will be stated in the general project safety plan.
5.3.1 Safety induction has to implemented prior to execute the activity
5.3.2 Mandatory PPE (helmet, safety shoes, hand glove, full body harness, eye protection, ear plug, safety goggles, etc)
must be worn, any other additional PPE may be required for some activities which will be identified in the JSEA.
5.3.3 All equipment shall comply with safety standard of Main Contractor and have passed the pre-use inspection check.
5.3.4 All working areas, especially around mobile plant will be delineated and sign posted.
5.3.5 All lifting activities should only be done by certified riggers and all lifting gear will have valid certification. Only lifting
gear marked with a certificate number and a safe working load [SWL] indicated on it shall be used. A copy of all certificates
will be kept by the supervisor.
