Guidelines to PNB Online Exam
You are about to take the PNB screening and selection test battery through the HR Avatar
online assessment platform.
Before you begin, please be reminded of the following:
1. You will be answering UNTIMED tests.
Skills tests are untimed test; however, we will require you to read and answer the item as quickly
as you can. You are required to complete the test within 2-3 hours and make sure you finish within
the allotted time.
• You will need a stable internet connection, webcam, and headset/earphones with
microphone.
• You may use actual calculator (not the calcu-app in your computer) and a clean sheet of
paper.
• It is important that you set your cellphone/smartphone on silent mode or turned off to
avoid distraction.
• You are not allowed to search for any answers. Do not open another app, tab, or browser.
• If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the proctor/HR
Representative.
2. Once the HR Avatar website is up, you will be requested to provide the necessary
information. Click “Submit My Information” once you’ve provided required details.
a. Your first name and last name
b. Your email address
NOTE: Please make sure you put in a valid email address in case you lose internet connection your link to return to
the test will be sent through your email.
3. A welcome screen will display. Read the Information Disclosure & Release and click
the “I Agree” button. You will now begin your assessment.
You will be guided by the progress bar on the left side of our screen, to monitor your status.
There are 3 parts of the test, the last part is the Virtual Video Interview.
Click the red button to start/stop recording your video. And then you may click the black button to
review your video before submitting.
Please make sure you finish all 3 tests.
4. After you are done with the test, make sure to click “Exit” button at the last part
where “Congratulations! You are finished!” page is visible.
There is no need to take the survey.
