II. Introduction
Education is an important aspect in one’s life. It is the key to success in the
future and it opens wide range of opportunities to one’s growth and progress.
Education has many advantages for people. For instance, it illuminates a person’s
mind and thinking. It helps students to plan for work or pursue a higher education.
Having education in an area helps people think, feel, and behave in a way that
contributes to their success, and improves not only their personal satisfaction but
also their community. In addition, education develops human personality, thoughts,
dealing with others and prepares people for life experiences. It makes people have a
special status in their own society and everywhere they live in.
Thus, everyone is entitled to have education ‘’from cradle to grave’’. In line
with DepEd’s mission of protecting and promoting the right of every Filipino to
quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education, Suyo National High
School will celebrate its Students’ Day on December 9, 2022, with the goal of
acknowledging and recognizing the commitment and effort of teachers,
administrators, students, parents, and other stakeholders who contribute to success
of education this post-pandemic time.
This year’s theme will be “Stronger Than Ever: A Fortified Comeback”. The
theme highlights the invaluable contributions and innovativeness of learners,
parents, faculty and staff, and all the stakeholders in bridging the gap of education in
