INFRASTRUCTURE AND APPLICATION ASSISTANT
WORKSTATION: NAIROBI
The Infrastructure and Applications Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and
supporting the organization’s ICT infrastructure and applications, ensuring seamless
operations, system reliability, and user satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


Bachelors dedree in Information Technology,Computer Science or related field.
At least one year’s work experience in Information Management or related field
Fundamental understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure
(routers, switches, firewalls).
Proficient in PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
Familiarity with Livewire for dynamic and reactive front-end development.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Awareness of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and other business tools.
Understanding of database systems (SQL Server, MySQL).
Understanding of backup processes, disaster recovery plans, and data restoration
techniques.
