Most Respectfully Submitted as under:
1. That the CCL has been falsely implicated by the police and
the complainant in this case, and he has nothing to do with
the present case. That the CCL is 16 years of age and he is in
observation home for boys since 19.05.2024.
2. That the CCL belongs to an economically marginalized but
caring family and the parents/Guardians of the CCL have full
control over him.
3. That the CCL is not associated with any known criminal or
with any bad association/anti-social elements and there is
no physical threat to the CCL.
4. That the applicant/father of the CCL undertakes to abide by
all the terms and conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Board
and will not tamper with any prosecution evidence or try to
put pressure on any witness.
5. That the father of the CCL further undertakes that he will
produce the CCL before this Hon’ble Board as when it may be
required.
6. That there is no reasonable ground for believing that the
release of the CCL is likely to bring him into association with
any known criminal or expose him to moral, physical or
psychological danger or that his release could defeat the end
of justice.
7. That no other bail application has been filed on behalf of the
CCL except the present bail application.
8. That the present application is being moved bonafide and in
the interest of justice.

PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Board
may kindly be pleased to release the CCL Sanjay @ Bittu on bail in
the best interest of CCL and pass any proper or appropriate order
which the Hon’ble Board may deem fit and proper, in the
circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice.
