making everyday tasks easier. From

home systems, it's a part of our daily
routine. Artificial Intelligence (AI) drives
many of these conveniences,
influencing areas like education,

awkward due to limited language understanding.

HISTORY OF CHATGPT
AI TOOL :
ChatGPT, launched by OpenAI in
November 2022, is a state-of-the-art
language model based on GPT-4. It
generates human-like text to assist
with tasks like answering questions,
writing, and tutoring.
ChatGPT excels in natural language
understanding and generation, making it
ideal for customer service, content
creation, and personal assistance. It can
handle context, multi-turn conversations,
and provide information across many
areas, continually improving with user
feedback.

HOW TO USE FOR FIRST TIME USER?
Step 1: Accessing ChatGPT
Visit the ChatGPT platform through the website or
app. This can usually be found by searching
"ChatGPT" in your browser or by going directly to
the platform's URL.
Step 2: Creating an Account or
Logging In
If you're a new user, click on the "Sign Up" button to
create an account. You’ll need to provide an email
address and create a password. If you already have
an account, click "Log In" and enter your
credentials.

HOW TO USE FOR FIRST TIME USER?
Step 3: Navigating the Chat Interface
Once logged in, you’ll see the main chat interface.
This typically includes a text input box at the bottom
of the screen where you can type your messages,
and a larger area above where the conversation
history is displayed.
Step 4: Starting a Conversation
Click on the text input box at the bottom of the
screen. Type your message or question and press
"Enter" or click the "Send" button to start the
conversation.

Step 5: Interacting with Responses
ChatGPT will respond to your message in the chat
history area. You can continue the conversation by
typing additional messages or questions in the input

Commands
Depending on the platform, you may have
additional features such as saving
conversations, exporting text, or accessing
settings. Explore the interface for options or
settings menus.
Step 7: Ending the Session
When you’re done, you can simply close the
browser tab or app. If you want to end the
session and log out, look for a "Log Out"
button in the account or settings menu.
Tips for First-Time Users:
Be Specific: The more specific your questions or
prompts, the better ChatGPT can provide relevant
responses.
Explore Features: Familiarize yourself with any

Step 8: Picture
For certain cases, if you want to ChatGPT
analysis a picture and give the answer you
wanted. Just click “clip” button and “upload
from computer”
