5. Defective / unsatisfactory material will be rejected and returned at your cost.
6. All specifications, drawings, samples, tools and other data supplied along with the order should be
returned along with the bill. This data shall be used for this order only.
7. Any changes in the order are not valid unless they are confirmed in writing by us.
8. Any dispute arising out/this purchase order shall be decided by a competent authority in Pune
and shall be subject to jurisdiction of Pune Court only.
