Steps to Implement the Task:
1. Insert the Data in MS Access
Table 1: STUDENT_DETAILS
- Fields:
- SL_NO (AutoNumber or Integer)
- STUD_ID (Text, set as Primary Key)
- NAME (Text)
- CONTACT_NO (Text)
- ADDRESS (Text)
- DOB (Date/Time)

2. Create a Relationship
- Link the STUDENT_DETAILS table and MARKS_DETAILS table using the STUD_ID field in the
Relationships window.
- Enforce Referential Integrity.
3. Create a Form
- Use the Form Wizard to create a form containing:
- Fields: STUD_ID, NAME, CONTACT_NO, TOTAL_MARKS
- Save the form as Student Marks Form.
4. Create a Report
- Use the Report Wizard to generate a report based on the MARKS_DETAILS table.
- Include all fields (STUD_ID, MATHEMATICS, INFORMATION_TECHNOLOGY,
TOTAL_MARKS).
- Save the report as Marks Details Report.
