Additional skills
I have a keen interest in sport. I have been involved in sport from a young age. I have represented Northern
Ireland for both cross-country and athletics on a number of occasions. I was also a member of the school and
university football teams. I played football at under age levels and played for teams at junior level. Working as a
teacher allows me to give something back from everything I have gained from sport. In recent years while living
in Spain, I have enjoyed playing padel with friends and colleagues. I started a school football team at my current
school and we have matches on Saturdays. I would be happy to help out with any sports club if employed by the
school.
