Motivation Letter for Sierra College
Dear Sierra College Admissions Committee,
From a young age growing up in Tunisia, I've been fascinated by the world of
business. Stories of international success and vibrant multicultural environments
ignited a passion in me to pursue a career in this dynamic field, not unlike my
childhood dream of building a thriving business.
This entrepreneurial spirit manifested early on, but not in the traditional way. I
honed my financial acumen by diligently managing my coin collection, and later, by
turning my passion for music into a successful DJ business. In high school, I
delved deeper into the world of business through the economics class, gaining
valuable insights into market principles. Additionally, my leadership skills
flourished when I joined the financial team for a major art event. Securing
sponsorships and leading fundraising efforts for eight months instilled in me the
power of teamwork and collaboration – qualities essential for navigating the
international business landscape.
In 2022, I further solidified my commitment to business by enrolling in the
Mediterranean School of Business (MSB) in Tunisia. These past two years have honed
my public speaking abilities, allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals,
and boosted my confidence in using English effectively. However, while this
experience has been invaluable, I now seek a new environment to explore the other
side of my professional interests.
Sierra College's Business Administration program perfectly aligns with my academic
aspirations. The opportunity to learn alongside a diverse student body representing
countries is particularly compelling. Immersing myself in this multicultural
environment will equip me with the cross-cultural understanding needed to thrive in
the intricate world of international commerce.
Beyond academic excellence, I am highly motivated and a strong advocate for ethical
business practices. My passion for environmental sustainability fuels my interest
in responsible business models that minimize environmental impact. Additionally, I
firmly believe in fair labor practices and stand against the exploitation of
workers.
I am confident that my dedication, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit will make
me a valuable asset to your program. I am eager to contribute to a dynamic learning
environment and inspire my peers to actively participate in projects.
Thank you for considering my application. I am excited about the prospect of
pursuing my academic journey at Sierra College and contributing to its vibrant
community.
Sincerely,
(Your Name)
