Firmware upgrade guide
Firmware Upgrade Considerations:
1. The user must make sure the firmware before upgrading. The wrong brush firmware will result
in damage to the product, the resulting problems can only responsibility of the user.
2 before upgrading, be sure to back up important data from the machine, the upgrade process
may format the removable disk, the data will be lost, cannot be recovered.
3 upgrade process can not press the reset button, so as not to lead to a result of the operation
fails.
4 before upgrading, make sure that the machine is fully charged, it is best to do the upgrade is
fully charged to avoid the upgrade to fail because of lack of electricity.
Please upgrade according to method operation.
Upgrade method:
1.Run " ”, show as below:
2.Click “ "Select the firmware. Then connect the machine charger (must), USB line, long
press （Esc/ Volume +/ Volume -） and then short press the Reset button 10 times; yet to find
the device after the release（Esc/ Volume +/ Volume -）。
(Pay attention：DS820.803D、M8、M9（4.1.1 OS）need to press ESC button; M1/M2/U2/S1
need to press Volume - ；M3/U1/U3/M5/S2/S3 need to press Volume +,
(M6、M9（4.2.2 OS）need to shutoff the device and then press Volume + and power
button； need to shut down the device and then press “ESC” and power button, and
needn’t to short press the reset button.
P1 need to shut down the device and press Volume - and power button, and then
connect to the computer.
P9 need to shut down the device and press “ESC” and “Power” at the same time,
then connect to the computer.
P4 need to shut down the device and press “Volume –” and “power” at the same
time, and then connect to the computer.
If the tool cannot recognize, you just power on it and then the first box will turn
to pink, then click switch.
3.found equipment click on the "执行 executive" to upgrade.

5.The upgrade is complete the MID automatically turned on, you can unplug the USB cable.
Note: the upgrading of the computer first need to install the USB driver. (Described below)

If the computer is the first upgrade this device, you need to install the USB driver, into the
