1.0 -Purpose:
Deliver positive relocation / mobility experience for both business and employees.
2.0 -Applicability & Entitlements:
2.0.1 -Policy applicable to employees getting transferred or moving out from base
location.
2.0.2 -Relocation policy will not be applicable for new hires / employees residing
within 50 kms. radius of place of posting.
2.0.3 -Eligibility of the relocation / mobility benefits is applicable within 1 month
of resuming services in new location.
2.0.4 -The travel expenses will be as per Business Travel Policy entitlements
including spouse & upto 2 children.
2.0.5 -School admission fees will be reimbursed by company for Managers &
above upto Rs. 50000 per child (maximum upto 2 children).
2.0.6 -Employee will be entitled to 7 nights of stay at Guest House / Hotel to
facilitate their resumption of services. Employee along with their immediate family
members (includes spouse and upto 2 children) will be eligible for this facility.
3.0 -Movement of Luggage and Personal belonging:
3.0.1 -Reimbursement will be allowed as per following rates by the shortest route
for1 Truckload of luggage and personal effects, including personal vehicle
transportation.
3.0.2 -Employee has to share 3 quotations as per above given guidelines & L1 will
be opted for approval.
3.0.3 -The ceiling amount given in clause 4.0 will be inclusive of Insurance coverage
and packaging services.
4.0 -Eligibility:

5.0 -Transfer of Asset under possession :
5.0.1 -HR will inform IT Department for transferring or initiate clearance
process of all the IT asset allocated to the employee.
5.0.2 -IT should initiate the necessary process of transferring or clearance
process of the IT assets to the new location of the employee (As Applicable).
6.0 -Special Allowances:
6.0.1 -These allowance are only applicable for employees who were transferred
from plants of Sambalpur, Jamuria, Mangalpur & Kharagpur to Kolkata HOs or
Pakuria Plant. The following special allowances will be applicable for transfer
cases from plant locations to Kolkata HOs or Pakuria Plant:
6.0.2 -All these allowances will be discontinued if the employee moved out of Kolkata or
any other metropolitan city.

7.0 -Exclusions:
This policy is not applicable in the following transfer cases:
7.0.1 -Kolkata HO locations to Pakuria Plant or vice versa
7.0.2 -Jamuria Plant to Mangalpur Plant or vice versa

employees. The policy would have interface with Recruitment and Performance
