1. Introduction
1.1 Scope
 The purpose of this Environment, Health & Safety (HSE) procedure is to provide the employees
& contractors a single source of reference of project requirements to manage and control
Environment, Health & Safety aspects at all of the Mantra Properties projects. It is designed to
enable those involved to enjoy an Environment Friendly and Incident & Injury Free workplace.
 This Health Safety & Environment procedure is applicable for all construction projects
undertaken by Mantra Properties.
 This Procedure is not an alternative to ensuring legislative compliance and all parties involved in
Mantra Properties projects are to ensure compliance with the specific legislative obligations
associated with their activities.
