This is to inform that the counseling for admission into Ph.D. Programs through APRCET -2023
at JNTUK, Kakinada will be held as per the following schedule:

Note: Candidates who are unable to attend in the specified date, can attend on 19-10-2024 with
prior intimation.
The candidates shall report as per the above schedule at VC Senate Hall, Administrative
Building, JNTUK, Kakinada
The following Original documents should be submitted by the candidate along with one set of
Xerox copies:
1. APRCET - 2023 Hall Ticket
2. APRCET – 2023 Rank Card
3. Copy of the Allotment letter and Self reporting form
4. Transfer Certificate (T.C)
5. PG Degree Marks Memos/consolidated marks memo
6. PG Degree/ Provisional Certificate
7. UG Degree Marks Memos/consolidated marks memo
8. UG Degree/ Provisional Certificate
9. Intermediate Marks Memo/Diploma Marks memo
10. SSC or its equivalent Marks memo
11. Study Certificates form Intermediate to PG Degree
12. Caste/EWS Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC/EWS
13. No Objection Certificate from the employer (Latest)
14. Service Certificate from the concerned organization (Latest)
15. Passport size Photos – 3
The candidate shall submit the Challan in favor of “Registrar JNTUK” for an amount of
RS.500/- (Non-refundable) towards counseling fee. Candidate who got admission shall pay
Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) as tuition fee for the current academic year i.e 2023-
2024) on the same day.
