RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on July 31, 2024 by and
between:

1. Rental Item:
The Lessor agrees to rent to the Lessee the following item:
Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
Serial Number: [Serial Number]
2. Rental Period:
The rental period shall commence on [Start Date] and end on [End Date]. The device must be
returned by [Return Time] on the end date.
3. Rental Fee and Payment:
Daily Rental Fee: Php 1,600 per day.
Total Rental Fee: Php [Total Amount] for [Number of Days] days.
A down payment of 50% of the total rental fee, amounting to Php [Down Payment Amount], is
required to reserve the unit.
The remaining balance of Php [Balance Amount] is payable upon collection of the device.
4. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000 is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the
return of the device in good condition. Any damages or loss of the device will result in the
forfeiture of the deposit and potential additional charges.
5. Identification and Verification:
The Lessee must provide two valid IDs (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, National ID) for
verification.
The Lessee must accept a Facebook friend request from the Lessor to establish a point of
contact.
The Lessee must provide a photo holding the two valid IDs.

6. Condition and Use of the Device:
The device must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. The Lessee agrees to use
the device with care and not to engage in any activities that could cause damage.
The Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to the device during the rental period. In such
cases, the security deposit will be forfeited, and additional charges may apply.
7. Late Returns:
Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rental rate of Php 1,600 per day.
8. Termination:
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the Lessee violates any
terms of the agreement.
9. Indemnification:
The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold the Lessor harmless from any claims, losses,
damages, or expenses arising from the Lessee's use of the device.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
[Jurisdiction].
11. Agreement Acceptance:
By signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to all terms and conditions.
