 Product Introduction
1. Plaswall :-
It is a Lost in place formwork system, where in two fiber cement
boards (FCB) of 6mm thickness are used. It uses HIMI (High Impact
Molded Inserts) bonded between two sheets of FCB in situ and
erected to produce a straight-to-finish wall. A monolithic structure is
then created by filling the entire structure with M20 grade of
concrete. Ideally suited for three storey building.

Additional load capacity can be obtained by providing extra

reinforcing bars and/or increasing the grade of the concrete.

From structural concrete walls to thermally insulated walls especially

designed for hot and cold climates, this patented technology can
meet every need.

2. SPANZRIGHT ROOFING SLAB:-
Ecotech Spanzright integrated roofing slab system allows the walls to support most of
the loads during pouring , uses 80% less scaffolding and install 2x faster than
conventional slab. Also at a lower cost than steel deck systems allows both straight to
finish and drop ceiling options . Span upto 7 mts with a 3" slab thickness with overall
thickness including beams of 200mm . System can also be custom engineered in many
other sizes and configurations to many applications.
3. FORM-LOCK CLAMPING SYSTEM:-
Form-lock is a simple light weight cost effective form locking system designed to allow lost
in place formwork system to be erected locked and adjusted vertically then braced and
secured ready to accept ready-mix or light weight foamed concrete fill, all walls can with
the use of form-lock be poured to completion in the same day and be vibrated without any
distortion of bulging of the forms, heavy duty clamps can also be supplied which are
capable of providing scaffolding access and platforms to assist in the exterior walls, form-
lock will allow fast easy erection and pouring of wall elements. System has no consumable
parts all components are 100% reused.
4. MODULAR WINDOW & DOOR SYSTEM:-
Windows: Window modules compromising of a steel light weight sub frame supplied
prefabricated to size, the sub frame integrates with the form panel and is secured by glue
and screws, once the wall form is concreted the window is complete and ready to accept
the custom made UPVC windows, the system combines the strength of a cast in place steel
sub frame with light weight UPVC window shutters resulting in a fast cost effective window
solution.
Doors: Our door modules comprised of a galvanized epoxy painted sub frame that
integrates in to the forms and is secured by screws and glue prior to pouring of concrete in
the walls, upon concreting the door shutter is installed with integrated hinges. The door is
manufactured by us from fibrocement to produce a hard wearing durable product.
5. WOOD GRAIN AND FENCING PRODUCTS:-
Wood grain products made from special wood embossed fiber cement boards have the look and
feel of timber with none of the downsides , termite and rot proof , now designers can have
wood without the issues , even the items can be structural load bearing elements , simple fast
alternative to wood .

6. Plasmolite :-
“Plasmolite” is a Lost in place formwork system, where in two
fiber cement boards (FCB) of 6mm thickness are used. It uses
HIMI (High Impact Molded Inserts) bonded between two sheets
of FCB in situ and erected to produce a straight-to-finish wall &
then the walls are filled with light weight concrete (600-800
Kg/cm3 density).

“Plasmolite”, the ultimate solution to brick/block work &

plastering holds much promise as partition wall for the High Rise
buildings, Factories & commercial malls in the construction
industry. “Plasmolite” saves you from the hassles of brickwork,
hollow- block and plastering. It can be very well integrated with
conventional columns and beams. Usage of this product leads to
substantial weight reduction (dead- load), improved fire rating
and maximum sound absorption. It also offers huge savings in raw
material (no gravel) and in steel reinforcement in high rise.

The “Plasmolite” technology can be used in external and internal

applications, as non- load bearing (Partition walls) wall system.
Ideally suited for High Rise, Factories & Commercial malls.
