DETAILS OF THE EXPERIENCE
Over the years and counting of work experience in dealing with drill rigs (Atlas Copco and
Sandvik) machines which uses hydraulic system operations with Sandvik Mining and
Constraction at Head Quarters [HQ] and Reliant Mining Kitwe Chimwemwe, having adequate
knowledge about earth moving machines with total responsibility executed and commitment in
day to day requirement of the machines, my services or involvement rendered was and is still
invaluable in tire period of unprecedented growth. I believe it made and still make a significant
contribution to the company expansion phase.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to use multimeter thoroughly
Able to use a diagnostic machine
Capable of installing major components on drill rings, ie main hydraulic pumps,
hydraulic motor, valves, drill still support and other key components
Worked on Wagner ST1030 and other Sandvik machines
Rocket Boomer S1L, S1D, 282 and sandvik Drill Rigs.
Carried out daily checks as per checklist, prevent and repair defects.
Reported on all major defects to either the site foreman, site
administrator, site
supervisor or to the site manager.
Fault finding and repair equipment under contract to Atlas Copco
standards.
Ensure that all relevant documentation (work order,
operator/mechanical/
productivity checklists) is complete as per requirement.
Report on incident/accident damage caused by the client.
