SUBJECT:REQUEST FOR TOURIST VISA TO VISIT JAPAN
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to submit my visa application for a 6-day visit to Japan. My
name is KYEI BAFFOUR APPAU and I hold a Ghanaian passport No:
G3221806. I am an electrical Technician working at Twellium Industrial
Company. I have worked here for 3 years and I earn a monthly salary of
GHC 3000 . I plan to travel to Osaka this December. I am really excited to
see the beautiful sights of the city.
As part of my itinerary, I also aim to visit certain shop and restaurants;
also I'm a big fan of Japanese culture. I often see them portrayed in social
media, and my friends who have previously been to Japan only have good
things to say about their travels whenever they return, so I hope to have a
similar experience as well. My live-in partner and my Son won't be coming
with me during this trip, but I hope that we can return to visit your
beautiful country someday in the future as I would love to show my Son
the beauty of Japan as well.
Rest assured, that my finances at the moment are enough to cover my
trip expenses. I was able to set a side GHC70,000.00 for the trip. Please
see my bank certificate for reference. I believe that this amount is enough
for me to thoroughly enjoy myself and see the sight I want to see within
the duration of my trip
Touring Japan has always been my dream and it has been in my travel
bucket list since 2015. And I have always wanted to see the beauty of its
culture and have a picture with the Umeda Sky building , the Hachiko
Statue and play some arcade. Hopefully, I can return in the years to come
with my family so not only I have experience the beauty of Japan
especially the snow season which we never really experience in our
country.
Possibilities Of My Return
It is a fact that I belong to a family that is very loving and caring. I am also
leaving my Job and family which would compel me to return. My family
including my wife, son and mother would be missed and I will be back for
them and would enjoy their company very soon. Apart from these. I love
my country where I have my memories and my family and friends. Since
my father passed on, My Mum has been the breadwinner of the
family ,and as she is now ageing ,she looks forward to Us (children) to
cater for Her needs. Due to my position as her first Child ,I have been Her
closest caregiver and have also doubled as Her next of Kin ,watching over
Her investments. I therefore have the responsibility of taking care of Her
and Her Investment. And I will not hesitate to return once I complete my
visit to Japan. I hope that this information will sufficiently demonstrate my
intention of travel as well as my ties to Ghana , and allow you to issue
the necessary visit visa to me. I understand to make sure that I do not
remain in Japan further than the period allowed for my stay .For further
enquires ,please do not hesitate to contact me I am really hoping that you
would grant my request for this multiple entry visa. Hoping for your kind
consideration.
Sincerely,
Kyei Baffour Appau
