Wednesday, January 01 THE ETERNAL LIGHT

Genesis 1:3, 14 KJV: [3] And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

[14]And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the
day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and
years:

The two verses above in Genesis chapter 1 denote a clear fact that the light God
spoke of in verse 3 and the lights he spoke into being in verse 14 of Genesis 1 are
two different lights. According to verse 14, this was the 4th day of God's creation
and these lights were made for signs, seasons, days and years. In other words, these
lights (Sun and Moon) were made for counting days, months and years hence the
beginning of counting of days on Earth began on Day 4 of God's creation. This
means before Day 4 of creation there was light shining on Earth which was not the
sun, the moon or the stars.

I have Good news for you, this light was Jesus Christ. He was the light which God
spoke into being even before the sun and the moon were created. Revelation 21:23
shows us this truth as it states: "And the city did not need of the sun, neither of the
moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light
thereof."

This is the reason why we need Jesus inside us, it's because he is our light. When the
physical sun goes, Christ will remain your light. When you are in dark moments
(these could be moments of pain, loss, tears, dryness, shame or sickness) God
remains your supply of light in such dark moments.

When we face dark moments of life, we have the spiritual and eternal light in those
dark moments. Trust in the Lord in whatever dark moments you face and he will
shine in your life. Allow Jesus to shine in your way in dark times by letting him lead
you through his word.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am supplied with the eternal light, Jesus is my light and I will shine in
darkness in Jesus name. I have overcome darkness because the
everlasting light lives in me and I in him. Amen!

Thursday, January 02 THE GREAT I AM

Exodus 3:14 KJV: And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt
thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.

When Moses encountered God during the burning bush experience, he didn’t know
what he would call this God who sent him to the children of Israel and when he
asked him what he would call him he said “I AM That I AM” and this was the
confidence he had, being sent by someone whose name he knew. Now see this,
Moses was talking to the Lord Jesus.

When Jesus talked about Abraham rejoicing to see his day the Jews questioned him
stating that he was not yet 50 but claimed to see Abraham who lived hundreds of
years before him, then “Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before
Abraham was, I am.” (John 8:58). This here was Jesus stating the name of God “I
AM”. As you will notice there is no such grammar in English as “before Abraham was
I am”, that’s wrong English, instead, it should have been “before Abraham was I
was”. That sentence which seems to be a grammatical error was simply Jesus telling
the Jews that he is the “I AM” the same God whom Moses encountered in the
burning bush.

Furthermore, the sentence “Before Abraham was I am” seems like a grammatical
error but Jesus meant that the past to him is the present. This was him saying that
he exists outside of time. This is why he can correct your past and future from the
present, he is the Present God, the Now God. He died for your past, present and
future sins. To him, the past, present and future are just one, they are all one line.
That sentence “before Abraham was I am” was Jesus saying that he transcends
time.

For you to be saved today you must believe that Jesus is God, he forgave you and
cleansed you from your sins and he will transform your life, your family, your
health, your finances and everything that has to do with you. He is the great I AM,
and it is in having this revelation that you should have confidence in him, Amen!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is God and
that he is Lord. I believe in Jesus as the great I AM, he is the savior of my
spirit, soul and body. In him I have confidence to live a prosperous life and
to do all that he sends me to do, Amen!!

Friday, January 03 UNDERSTANDING & FAVOUR

Proverbs 13:15 KJV: Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of
transgressors is hard.

If you are going to pray for favour from God, you should first pray for
understanding because favour comes from understanding. Understanding of a thing
gives you an advantage of benefiting from that thing. Hence when God favours you
he gives you understanding.

Ephesians 1:18: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may
know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his
inheritance in the saints,

From the scripture above when the eyes of your understanding are opened you
begin to know the hope of his calling and the riches of his glory in the saints. So
knowing something comes by understanding, as long as you don’t understand it
then you won’t know it. So Paul prayed for the church in Ephesus that the eyes of
their “understanding” may be enlightened so that they may “know” the hope of
Christ’s calling and the glory of his riches. If you are ever going to walk in the favour
of God’s calling and the favour of God’s riches you need to have an understanding
of his word.

Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the
scriptures.

As long as you don’t understand God’s word then you won’t understand the
promise of his favour. If you are going to pray for God’s favour in your finances you
must understand God’s word regarding finances, if you are going to pray for favour
for good health, favour in ministry and favour in your marriage then you must
understand what the word of God says concerning these areas then you will surely
see God’s favour in these areas.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The eyes of my understanding are opened in Jesus’ mighty name, I will
understand God’s word and I will know God’s favour in all aspects of my
life. i am blessed and highly favoured in Jesus’ name.

Saturday, January 04 BELIEVING IN HIM

John 3:16 KJV: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I know this scripture is very common in Christianity so much that almost every
Sunday school child knows it yet there is a great revelation that many have not
seen. Our focus today is the portion of John 3:16 which states “that whoever
believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”. Firstly, I need you to
understand that Christ Jesus is not just a being but a location or place where we are
positioned. We live in him (Acts 17:28: For in him we live, and move, and have our
being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring).
Therefore, if we are going to believe anything, our belief should not be outside of
Christ but our belief should be inside him.

Believing in this sense is not just restricted to you believing that Jesus is Lord God
but believing here means whatever you will believe God for, make sure your
believing is done from the inside of him. If you believe God for good health, wealth,
academic excellence or anything in life, as long as your belief was made whilst you
are inside him then be rest assured that there is no perishing to your health, wealth,
academic excellence or any other thing you believed God for instead there is
everlasting life.

John 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will,
and it shall be done unto you. When you follow his words, this means you live in
him, so if you are going to believe God without following his Word then your belief is
not inside him but outside him. When believing God for anything, make sure you
believe whilst you are in him then you will see great results for what you are
believing God for.

The sons of Sceva believed that they could cast out a certain demon yet that
demon embarrassed them. This was so because their belief was present but it was
outside Jesus Christ , it was not believing done from the inside of him. When you
believe God for anything , check your relationship with him, remain in him by
following and acting on his word then whatever you will believe in him for will come
to pass as you believe from the inside of him. Amen!!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I believe in Christ Jesus. In him my salvation is guaranteed, my healing is
guaranteed, my promotion, my financial elevation and my miracle is
guaranteed in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Sunday, January 05 THE HONOUR OF KINGS

Proverbs 25:2 KJV: It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings
is to search out a matter.

Before we get any further, understand that 1st Peter 2:9 states that you are a royal
priesthood, as long as you are in Christ then you are a king and a priest and it is your
honour to search matters that God has hidden.

When God conceals (hides) a thing, kings search out the matter of the thing that has
been hidden because their honour comes from finding out (revelation) what has
been hidden. Revelation simply means the exposure or finding out of what was
hidden. Therefore, from the scripture above we should understand that God’s glory
is to hide a thing (keep it a mystery, secret) and the honour of kings comes from the
revelation (finding out) of the secret and mystery which God has kept.

Now, look, I need you to understand that the honour of kings comes from the glory
of God. Without the glory of God, there is no honour upon the kings. From today’s
theme scripture we see that God’s glory is his secret (hidden thing) and the honour
of kings comes from having the revelation of that secret. In other words, kings
search for the glory of God to get honour. This is why Moses pleaded for the glory
of God (Exodus 33:18). And when Moses was asking God for his glory, God revealed
his secrets to him. When a man asks for God’s glory God gives him revelation and it
is that revelation which brings honour on him. In other words, the hidden things of
God are his glory and the revealed things of God to his children are his honour on
them.

God’s glory is hidden in his word and when that word becomes a revelation that you
understand and apply in your life then your life becomes full of honour. People of
glory are people of the word, the more word they seek the more of God’s glory they
find and the more of honour they get.

Choose to search out hidden matters inside his word today and apply them to your
life in all things then you will be an honourable king.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will go after the word of God in Jesus name. His revelation is for my own
good and benefit and I will live by it. I am king by reason of God’s Word and
I will walk in honour all the days of my life in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Monday, January 06 HONOUR AND OBEDIENCE TO PARENTS

Ephesians 6:1-3 KJV: [1]Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.[2]
Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
[3]That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Obedience and honour are cardinal for the rightful positioning and longevity of
children on earth in all things that concerns them. The theme scripture above
states that “children obey your parents in the Lord” and “honour your Father and
Mother”.This scripture is signifying that there are parents in the Lord who must be
obeyed and there are biological parents (Your Father and Mother) who must be
honoured.

So a child must not just have biological parents but must also have parents in the
Lord (these are parents responsible for the growth of the child in the faith or in
spirituality). And a child must not just be obedient to their parents in the Lord yet
dishonouring his or her biological parents. This imbalance is what causes children
not to live long, because the honouring of biological parents comes with the
promise of long life.

Obeying parents in the Lord positions you on the right path as stated in Ephesians
6:1: [1]Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right while obeying of
biological parents gives you a longevity. Hence when you obey your parents in the
Lord but don’t honour your biological parents you will be in the right path only for a
short and premature period of time and when you honour your biological parents
but don’t obey your parents in the Lord then you will live long in the wrong path,
what a misery! However, when you obey and honour both your biological parents
and spiritual parents you will live long in the right path of life.

Honour and obedience is a tool which God uses to position his children in the right
path and to give them longevity. If you want to be successful and have longevity in
your success then learn to have honour of your Fathers and Mothers in the flesh
and in spirit.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will obey my parents in the Lord and honour my earthly Fathers and
Mothers. I am rightly positioned for success and longevity is my portion as
the Spirit of God grants me the fruit of honour and obedience in Jesus’
Mighty Name, Amen!

Tuesday, January 07 YE ARE GODS

Psalms 82:6 KJV: I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most
High.

The scripture above is too good to be true. The Lord himself told us that we are
gods. That’s why in Genesis 1:26, God made man in his image and after his likeness.
Just like God, we were made gods. This means we are as spiritual and divine as him
and have the same abilities as him. 1st John 4:17 states that as he is, so are we. This
means if God can love, we can love as him, if God can create, we are creative as him,
if God can do wonders then we can also do wonders as him.

As a child of the Most High God, you are born of his Spirit therefore, you are spirit.
John 3:6 states “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of
the Spirit is spirit.” So when you are born again you are born of the Spirit of God
and you become spirit. You are the very spirit which was birthed from the Spirit of
God. This is the reason why you are a god as Jesus stated.

However, your awareness of this fact and truth will make you operate as a god here
on earth. Exodus 7:1: “And the Lord said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to
Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet”. It is this knowledge which
Moses had that gave him boldness and power over the Pharaoh. If Moses was not
told that he was a god over Pharaoh he would not be bold enough to approach him.

When God made Moses a god over Pharaoh, Pharaoh was representing the power
and force that bound the children of Israel. So this means Moses was made a god
over the power and force that bound his brethren. When God said you are gods, he
never made you gods over people as he is the only God over people and all
creations but he made you gods over powers and forces of darkness that bind you
and your brethren. Therefore, you being a god have the authority and power against
forces of darkness. All you need to do is to be aware that you are a god and speak
what you want to see and overcome darkness in Jesus’ name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
As God said it I am a god, As God is Spirit I am a spirit. I take advantage of
this knowledge and I use it for the benefit of the Kingdom and for me. I
walk in power, miracles, signs and wonders in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Wednesday, January 08 THE DIVINITY OF FORGIVNESS

Matthew 6:14-15 KJV: [14] For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly
Father will also forgive you: [15] But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither
will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Forgiveness is part of God’s divine nature, he is so rich in his merciful nature that he
forgives those who have sinned against him uncountable times. It is not easy to
forgive but it takes people of a divine nature to forgive others, because they have
God’s nature and character.

Those without God can’t forgive because they do not have God’s nature. That's why
God said if you don’t forgive men neither will you be forgiven by him. It takes
people of God’s nature to do what God does. Hence when you find it hard to forgive
someone just check your relationship with God, it could be that you are lagging.

When you forgive someone, it shows that you are powerful beyond the wrong they
did, and this is the power of God’s divine nature. When you hold a grudge or offence
because of someone’s wrong, you fill your heart with the heaviness of that offence
and that’s what blocks you from hearing the voice of God. Unforgiveness binds you
into a place of hate that becomes heavy on your heart and causes you not to move
forward.

God has no room for unforgiveness, hate or offence in him because these things
cannot outweigh his divine nature. Unforgiveness outweighs your divine nature in
God and hinders your spirituality. It is highly spiritual to forgive and highly carnal
and fleshy to not forgive.

Therefore, unforgiveness will only bind you to a place of hurt, you will feel the
poison your enemy is not feeling but forgiveness makes you superior above your
offenders and their offence. It benefits you more.

Ask God today to give you his heart of love and forgive those that wronged you as
you pray in Jesus’ name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
By the Spirit of God, I take up God’s divine nature to forgive those that
wronged me. I am above my offenders and their offence in Jesus’ name. I
forgive those that wronged me even as Christ forgave me. I am walking in
the divinity of forgiveness in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Thursday, January 09 THE REVELATION OF ASKING

Mathew 7:7 KJV: Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it
shall be opened unto you:

Something is interesting about God’s word from the above scripture. Jesus allowed
us to ask him. However, this asking has got a certain technicality with it which has to
be understood and followed.

In the word “ASK” A represents Ask, S represents Seek and K represents Knock. This
means asking does not just end at asking but there is a seeking and a knocking that
has to be done for it to be complete. When you ask God for something, he will give it
to you, but you must seek where to find it. The word Seek has the word (See)k in it,
this means that after asking, your eyes have to begin to (see)k where God has
placed your answer, that’s why Jesus said “watch and pray” (Mathew 26:41). As
long as your eyes can’t see you won’t know where your answer has been placed.
This is why God in Jeremiah 33:3 said “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and
shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not”. When you ask God,
his answer comes when he shows you something. When you ask God to bless or
deliver you, he will answer you by showing you where your blessing or deliverance
is, so you need to open your eyes to see where it is, you should seek.

Inside See(k) is the letter k which also stands for knocking. After seeking, you knock.
When you knock, the person inside will open the door for you. When you need
shelter right away you will not build a house (which may take months or even years
to build) in a few hours to accommodate you immediately but you will find someone
who already built his house and you will knock at their door and they will allow you
inside their house. This is the same case with people who have gone ahead of us,
God allows us to knock on their doors of success in any area so that they may open
the door for us. If you want to prosper, you need healing, or you need to learn a
specific skill. There are people who have built themselves in these areas over time
and if you want to get these things easier and quicker, you just have to humble
yourself and knock at their door.

So when you ASK, God shows you where to get it from, then you begin to See and
when you find it you knock at the door and the person inside whom God has placed
in will open the door for you.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
When I pray, I will not pray amiss but I will understand God’s purpose and
answers for me. I will understand how to ASK from God and I will get my
answer in the name of Jesus, Amen!

Friday, January 10 EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY
Ephesians 3:20 KJV: Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above
all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

The scripture above shows the great extent to which God goes to do what we ask or
think. I love the way the KJV bible puts it, it doesn’t say he is able to do exceedingly
but exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. This means he exceeds
abundantly and above what we think or I put it in this way, he exceeds doing
abundantly and he exceeds doing above what we think or ask.

I pray you catch this, let me make it easier for you to catch. When we take away
“exceeding” from the scripture Ephesians 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do
exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that
worketh in us, it will read as “Now unto him that is able to do abundantly above all
that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”. This would still
be a great promise. But when we put back exceeding, the scripture will mean that
God exceeds doing abundantly and above, he goes beyond doing abundantly and
above. Doing abundantly and above is not enough for him but he exceeds both.

Now here is the challenging part of our theme scripture: God will only exceed doing
abundantly based on our asking and thinking. From yesterday’s revelation note, we
know exactly what asking means. If you ask amiss, God will exceed abundantly and
above in giving you something amiss. If you think negatively, God will exceed
abundantly and above in your line of negativity. However, God does not want his
children to be shallow in thinking and asking, because he does not want to exceed
doing according to their shallow thoughts and asking. God will do something
according to your thoughts therefore do not limit him by your kind of thoughts and
kind of asking.

Think positively in all things, never think of failure, never doubt something good in
your thinking, never think sickness, never think disappointments or setbacks. God
wants you to think according to his word, if the word says you are prosperous,
healthy, blessed, more than a conqueror among many other good things then think
and ask from him according to his word.

When you ask God for anything, don’t ask him for small things but ask him for big
and great things, do not limit your thinking to bread and butter but think of you
owning industries that manufacture the bread and butter so that God exceeds
abundantly and above these things.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Thank you God for the great things you are about to do in my life.
Influence my mind and mouth to think and ask according to the greatness
of your word. Make me great in my thinking as you make me great in this
life in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Saturday, January 11 CONSUMPTION OF GOD’S WORD

Matthew 4:4 KJV: But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by
bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

According to the scripture above, we learn from the Lord Jesus that we do not live
by bread (physical food alone) but by the word which proceeds out of the mouth of
God (spiritual food). Just as your physical body needs food so does your spirit need
spiritual food and this food is the word which proceeds out of God’s mouth. The
way you feed your body 2,3 or even 4 times in a day is the same way your spirit has
to be fed on a daily basis.

It is not the consumption of food alone that makes you live but the consumption of
God’s word. As you feed your body, make sure that you feed your spirit too.

Now, listen, I need you to understand something critical here. Your spirit is what
gives life to your physical body, this is why after God made man, man was a lifeless
body not until God breathed into him the breath of life which is his spirit in
man(Genesis 2:7). When the spirit of a man leaves his body, that body can’t function
and will be dead. So the engine of the physical body is the spirit.

Therefore, your spirit must be fed with enough spiritual food to be sustained inside
your body. If your spirit is starved for a long time, it might not survive inside your
body. Once the inner man (spirit) can no longer survive inside the body it will exit
that body and that’s how men physically die. Most diseases men are suffering are as
a result of little or no consumption of God’s word. Asides the word being food that
men live by, the word of God is also medicine to men’s flesh.

Proverbs 4:20-22 AMP: [20] My son, pay attention to my words and be willing to
learn; Open your ears to my sayings. [21] Do not let them escape from your sight;
Keep them in the center of your heart. [22] For they are life to those who find
them,And healing and health to all their flesh.

This scripture above is showing us clearly that when you feed on the word life,
healing and health are definite. When your spirit is healthy your body will be
healthy too, when your spirit is unhealthy your body will also be unhealthy. We
don’t live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from God’s mouth. Every
word from God is a diet to our spirits, souls and bodies.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The word of God gives me life, the word of God makes me healthy. I will
feed myself with God’s word and my spirit, soul and body will live healthily
and prosperously in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen!

Sunday, January 12 THE POWER OF TESTIMONIES

Revelation 12:10-11 KJV: [10]And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is
come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his
Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before
our God day and night.[11]And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and
by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

In this revelation given to John, the accuser of the brethren accused brethren
before God day and night. This is the same devil that accused Job before God in
heaven stating that if God's favour and hedge of protection is taken from Job then
Job won't worship God any and permission was granted to him to take away
everything Job had except his life.

The job of the accuser is to make sure he accuses you before God so that he gets
the chance to attack you as he did towards Job. However, the Bible says they
overcame him by the lamb’s blood and by the word of their testimony.

Now you can just notice something here. The scripture put the blood of the lamb
and the word of testimony both as weapons for overcoming the devil. This means
that the same power the blood of the lamb has is the same power the word of our
testimonies has. In other words, our testimonies are as powerful as the blood of the
lamb in overcoming the devil.

When you testify as a believer, you gain the power to overcome the devil (the
accuser of the brethren). The more you testify the more you overcome the devil
and he loses power against you. Why is this so? It's because testimonies are public
acknowledgements of what God has done for you. Testifying shows one's gratitude
towards God. Those who can't testify are simply telling God that they did it on their
own hence God removes his hand on them and the accuser of the brethren finds an
opportunity to accuse and attack them but those who testify are humble enough to
acknowledge that they didn't do it on their own and because of this God continues
to place his hedge of protection over them to a point that the devil can no longer
accuse them.

Learn to give Testimonies among believers and anywhere else and you will see how
God will fight for you.

Revelation 12:10-11 KJV: [10]And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is
come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his
Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before
our God day and night.[11]And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and
by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

The blood of Jesus is another weapon for overcoming the devil, as mentioned in the
scripture above. We can learn so many things about the blood of the lamb and use
that knowledge to our advantage in life.

“They overcame him (the accuser/the devil) by the blood of the Lamb. But how did
the blood make them overcomers? Here is the answer: Life is in the blood (Leviticus
17:11), this means that when you are born again, because you are born of God, you
have his blood in you, this means you have his life in you (because life is in the
blood). All you need to do is realize this and make it your walk and talk. When the
devil brings sickness, remind your body that you have the blood of Christ in you,
you have his DNA and no sickness can survive in the blood of Jesus.

The blood of Jesus is also for the atonement of the soul. According to the Strongs
concordance, the word atonement is the Greek word katallage which is defined as
“exchange (figuratively adjustment) that is restoration to (the divine) favour”. This
means when the bible states that the blood is for the atonement of the soul the
bible means the blood is an exchange/restoration to the divine favour that man lost.
Hence when we have the blood of Christ, we have favour on us.

The Israelites who had blood on their doorposts had been saved from the destroyer
who killed the Egyptian firstborn sons. When the destroyer passed by the houses in
Egypt, he excepted houses which had blood on their doorposts and slaughtered
those whose doorposts never had blood on them (Exodus 12:23). It didn’t matter
whether the people inside the house had sinned or not whilst in their houses but
what mattered was the blood on their doorposts for the destroyer to pass them by
without killing them. When you have the blood of Christ, your sin is cleansed and
the devil escapes you, he can’t touch you because you are favoured by the blood.
Use the blood to your advantage.

I am an overcomer by reason of the blood of Jesus Christ. His blood

2 Corinthians 2:11 KJV: Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not
ignorant of his devices.

In the theme scripture above, Paul is telling the church in Corinth that “we are not
ignorant of Satan’s devices therefore, he cannot take advantage of us”. Ignorance is
what disadvantages people, when you are ignorant of Satan’s devices he will take
advantage of you.

The best way your enemy can destroy you is by attacking you without letting you
know when he will attack you and how he will attack you. So when he attacks, you
are caught unawares and you cannot defend yourself anymore because you didn't
prepare for the battle and you didn’t know what weapons your enemy will use
against you. This is how the devil loves it when you are ignorant of his devices so he
will cause you to feel lazy to read the word, make you stop listening to preachers
who should deliver you from your ignorance and cause you to dislike the church
God placed you in so that you leave that church. He does all this to keep you away
from knowledge.

Once you are ignorant, he takes advantage of you. The reason why we still have
many Christians today operating in Generational curses and bad family bloodline
patterns is because they are ignorant of the devices of the devil, and so are they
ignorant of God’s word. When your eyes are open to see that there is a certain evil
pattern in your family for example all your uncles and brothers are drunkards, all
sisters don’t get married but only receive marriage promises and if they get married
they are divorced or their husbands die prematurely. When you are a believer and
notice such patterns, then you have been made aware of Satan’s devices against
your family and you will pray that those patterns should be broken and they won’t
affect you.

When you know your enemy’s weapons and strategies, you will know how to attack
him and defend yourselves from his attacks. Ask God to show you the devices the
devil is using against your life and your family today and pray and apply God’s word
then Satan won’t take advantage of you.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be ignorant of Satan’s devices in Jesus’ name. I have the
knowledge of God’s word and I am aware of the devil’s devices. By the
knowledge of God, I am advantaged and I am an advantage myself in

Revelation 19:11-13 KJV: 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;
and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he
doth judge and make war.[12] His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head
were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
[13] And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The
Word of God.

In chapter 19 of Revelation, when John was having this revelation, he described the
Lord Jesus as seeing a rider on a white horse, explained how he looked and
mentioned that he had a name written that no man knew but himself. In verse 13 of
the same chapter, John revealed this name which no man knew, and he said “his
name is called the Word of God”. From here we know that the Word of God is not
just a word spoken, written, or a description of God alone according to John 1:1, but
the Word of God is the name of Jesus, which no man knew before. His name is the
Word of God.

So you can say “The Word of God” and Jesus will turn to see who called him by
name. This knowledge is important as it reveals who God is to us. So when we say go
after the Word of God, we mean go after God himself, because he is not only
described as the Word of God but his name is the Word of God.

So the bible is not the real Word of God, the bible is a collection of scriptures that
only point to the Word of God (Jesus himself). John 5:39 NLT “You search the
Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to
me! So the scriptures are not the “The Word of God” neither do they give eternal
life but they only point to Jesus whose name is the Word of God and who gives
eternal life. This is to tell you that before you read the bible, have a relationship
with God by talking to him and when you read your bible ensure that you speak to
God, because that bible of yours is only a pointer to the real person. So if you only
read the bible but you don’t pray as you ought then you have not met the real Word
of God yet. Therefore, prayer is the conversation we have with the Word of God
(who is Christ Jesus). When we read the bible, we gather information that points to
The Word of God and when we pray we meet the actual Word in our conversations
with him.

Pray today that the Word of God (Jesus himself) visits you on a personal encounter
so that you know him personally and have personal testimony of him

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The Word of God is Jesus’ name and I will encounter him today and forever
more. My encounter with Jesus today delivers me from evil and makes me
glorious. I will know Jesus personally and not just hear stories of men

1 John 4:8 KJV: He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

From the above scripture, we learn that those who know God are people of love for
God is love. In other words, a person who knows love is a person who knows God.
You cannot claim to know God if you have hate for your neighbour. Love is the fruit
of the Spirit and only those with the Spirit of God can manifest this fruit. And if you
want to manifest God within you then learn to manifest love.

Galatians 5:22: [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith, [23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no
law.
Now, I need you to get me clear here, the scripture above does not state that “a
fruit of the spirit is love” but it states that “the fruit of the Spirit is love”. Love is not
“a” fruit of the Spirit, Love is “the” Fruit of the Spirit. Notice another thing in the
same scripture, the bible does not state that “the fruits of the Spirit are” but “the
fruit of the Spirit is” (Singular for fruit and not plural). In other words, the fruit of
the Spirit is only one and Love is that very fruit. All these things mentioned after
love which are joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and
temperance are all found in the fruit of the Spirit called love.

And because God is love (1 John 4:8) means God is the very fruit of the Spirit. This
also means in God is joy, is peace, In God is longsuffering (endurance), is gentleness,
in God is goodness, in God is faith, in God is meekness and temperance (self-
control). So a person without God cannot have all these things.
This is why the more you pray, the more you engage yourself with God, the more
you engage yourself with love (for God is love), the more you pray the more you
engage yourself with faith, with patience, with goodness, with meekness, with joy,
with peace, with self control and with gentleness.

This is why the more prayerful we become, the more we love, the more we become
gentle, the more we have faith, when we pray the more we have peace, the more we
become gentle, the more we become patient and the more we gain self control.

God is love, when you manifest love you manifest God and when you manifest God
you manifest love. When you let God lead you let love lead.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will manifest God in me, I will manifest love in me. The fruit of the Spirit

Friday, January 17 FAITH AS A MUSTARD SEED

Matthew 17:20 KJV: And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily
I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this
mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall
be impossible unto you.

When Jesus' disciples failed to cast out a demon from a certain boy, they asked
Jesus why they couldn’t. He answered them by stating that they had unbelief.
However, he gave them a solution to their unbelief by revealing faith as a grain of
mustard seed. He said, “If you have faith as little as a mustard seed, then you will
move mountains, and nothing will be impossible for you.”

When you look at a mustard seed, it is planted into the ground and when provided
with the right conditions it grows into a large tree that produces more seeds. This is
exactly how faith works. Faith is a seed, this seed has to be planted into good
ground and watered for it to germinate and grow.

However, this faith comes from the word. The word you have is what becomes your
seed of faith; there is no faith minus God’s word. So then faith cometh by hearing,
and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). Therefore, the seed of faith is
God’s word, and when the word enters your heart (which is the ground for the
seed), that word has to be watered for it to sprout and mature into something big.

Hence, the disciples of Jesus failed to cast out a demon because they didn’t water
their seeds of faith or provide the necessary conditions for them to grow. When you
get the word of God, which is the seed of faith, you need to water that seed, you
need to water that word.

John 7:38-39 establishes that the Holy Spirit is living water, this means the Holy
Spirit is what waters our seeds of faith. Therefore, when we receive the word of
God, we need the Spirit of God for that word to germinate and grow into faith that
moves mountains. Hence when we engage with the Holy Spirit in prayer, in worship
and in meditation of his word, the Holy Spirit then waters our seeds of faith. This is
the reason why prayerless people are faithless people, their seeds of faith can’t
grow because they lack the Spirit to water them

As you hear the word at any day or time, engage with the Holy Spirit in prayer so
that your seed of faith may grow to move mountains.

My Faith will grow and move mountains in Jesus’ name. I will not have
weak or little faith but my faith will cause miracles, signs and wonders to

Romans 10:17 KJV: So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of
God

Many believers for a very long time have read this scripture as “faith comes by
hearing God’s word” but that’s not what the scripture actually says. For Sunday
school level yes, but for mature believers no!

This is what the scripture means, Faith comes by hearing (pause there), and hearing
(pause here), comes by the word of God. In other words, your faith comes when you
hear and your ability to hear comes by the word of God.

You cannot be your Father’s child and not hear his voice. Hence hearing God’s voice
is not just for Prophets or those with the gift of prophecy but it is for every child of
God. As long as you are God’s child you must hear his voice (John 10:27).

Now let’s get back to faith, I repeat, faith comes by hearing and your ability to hear
comes by the word of God. Hearing God’s voice is what gives faith, this is why Jesus
said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds/comes from
the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). Every word that comes or proceeds from his
mouth is a word that God is speaking presently with his voice. And so when the
scriptures said that “the just shall live by his faith” (Habakkuk 2:4), it meant that the
Just shall live by hearing God’s voice (which is every word proceeding from the
mouth of God).

So let us work on our ability to hear God by feeding on his word. The word of God is
what feeds our spirits with enough elements or nutrients and vitamins to increase
the sensitivity of our ears to hear. When we learn to hear God presently by his word,
then we will get our faith from there. Each time we study and meditate on God’s
word our spirits are made sensitive to hear God and the sensitivity of our ears to
hearing God’s voice is what increases our ability to get faith.

The conviction, the breath and assurance that comes from God’s voice in us gives
us so much boldness and confidence. When you study the word of God you create
an environment conducive enough to hear the voice of God. Hence it’s not what is
written that gives faith but what is spoken from his mouth as what is written just
points you to God. After reading your bible, ,make sure that you hear God from
those scriptures and his voice will energize your spirit with great faith.

Sunday, January 19 THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL

Romans 1:16 KJV For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power
of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the
Greek.

The gospel is the power of God unto salvation. If salvation is ever going to take
place there is a need for the gospel to be preached. The word gospel comes from
the Greek word Euangelion which means Goodnews and the word power according
to the Strongs concordance is the Greek word Dunamis which is defined as a force
or miraculous power. In other words, the Good News of Christ is the miraculous
force to salvation for everyone who believes. When we preach the gospel we
release the miraculous power of God to save his people.

Now here is the thing, In Mathew 28:19 (KJV) Jesus commanded Go ye therefore,
and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching and preaching the gospel is not just for pastors,
prophets, apostles or evangelists alone but for every disciple of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, every Christian must preach or teach the gospel. If you are a leader in
any capacity you can minister the gospel to those you are leading, if you are a
parent minister to your family and children, if you are an employer or employee
then minister the gospel to your fellow staff and if you are a student, you can
always minister to fellow students.

The result of preaching/teaching the gospel will be salvation by the demonstration

of God’s power. Each time we preach/teach the gospel we create an opportunity for
God’s power to be exercised because it is the Good News of God that brings healing,
deliverance, prosperity, miracles, signs and wonders. When you preach the gospel
of Christ on healing then healing will manifest to the ones you are preaching to,
when you preach the gospel of Christ on prosperity then prosperity will begin to
manifest to those hearing, when you preach the gospel of Christ on miracles then
those hearing will begin to experience miracles. If you want to manifest the power
of God then learn to preach the gospel.

Be deliberate to spread the gospel of Christ today and you will see God using you to
demonstrate his miraculous power for the salvation of people around you and the
world.

I will preach the gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation. God will

Psalms 133:1-2 [1] How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in
unity! [2] It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard,
running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe.

The scripture above describes that Unity is like a precious oil on the head of Aaron
running down on Aaron’s beard to the collar of his robe. This is an implication of
unity in the body of Christ. If believers want to have oil on their heads they have to
learn to dwell in unity amongst each other.

The devil has managed to bring a lot of destruction to the church today by sowing
disunity among the believers. Churches against churches, pastors against pastors,
Church members against Church members, Christians against Christians. It is
because of such disunity that the precious oil (anointing) fails to flow on most
individuals and groups in the body of Christ because unity is like a precious oil upon
the head flowing down to the robe.

In Acts 2:1 on the day of Pentecost, the 120 believers were in one accord then the
Holy Ghost came upon them. Disunity among many Christians is what has caused
the anointing not to come on them.

Have you noticed that men of God/believers who are always criticizing others in
most cases don’t flow in the anointing to heal the sick, prophesy, perform miracles
or demonstrate God’s power? It’s because they lack oil (anointing) by reason of
their disunity among the brethren.

The anointing of God flows on the body of Christ. When believers understand that
they are different parts/members forming up one body in Christ then they will be
united despite their diversities in gifts, in manifestations and administration (1
Corinthians 12). When the church is divided it becomes difficult for the anointing to
flow because the anointing cannot fall on parts of the body that are separated from
each other but flows on one body that is fitly joined together.

If you want to see the anointing flowing in your life learn to live in unity with other
believers. Don’t hate any, don’t speak against any but love all with the love of God.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will live in unity with my fellow saints and the devil will not cause disunity
among us. The anointing of the Holy Ghost shall flow on me and I shall
thrive together with my fellow saints in the name of Jesus Christ! Amen!.

1 Corinthians 12:5-7 KJV: [4] Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
[5] And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. [6] And there
are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. [7] But
the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

The body of Christ has many different members that are all brought together to
form one body. If the whole body was made of one, two or three body parts then it
wouldn’t be a body but some organism or creature which is unknown, so the body is
not just made of the head, mouth or hands but many other body parts which form
up the whole body. It is in this that diversity comes in.

Every Christian must understand that God will not use people in the same way but
because he is a God of diversity he will use people differently. God will not use
another person the same way he uses you and he will not use another pastor the
same way he uses your pastor neither will your church be the same as everybody
else’s church but there will be differences in their administrations, operations and
gifts as given to them by the Lord.

One will be called to preach and another to teach. The one who preaches must not
despise the one who teaches calmly, slowly and lengthy stating that he is lacking
boldness and is slow and boring in speaking but must understand that gifts,
operations and administrations are different and the one who teaches must not
despise the one who jumps around and sweats preaching his lungs out stating that
he is a noise maker and entertainer moving up and down but must also understand
that he is called differently. Those who are gifted in healing must not despise those
who prophesy with accurate words of knowledge and vice versa but all must
understand that God has gifted all of them differently.

God gave gifts, operations and administrations of the Spirit to each one for an
audience that connects with them. Hence it is good to understand that God tailored
you to specifically and uniquely fit a certain audience that flows with you. When
you understand this you will know where to be and where not to be, you will not
despise or misunderstand those with different gifts, operations and administrations
but you will understand the diversity of the body of Christ in order to compliment
each other for one common goal.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will understand gifts, administrations and operations of the Spirit in the
body of Christ and on me. I will operate in my gifts for the the benefit of
the the body of Christ and for my advantage in the Lord, in Jesus’ Mighty

Proverbs 4:20-22 KJV: [20] My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my
sayings. [21] Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine
heart. [22] For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

The word of God is life and health to the flesh, wow!! The scripture above proves
the fact that the word of God is not just meant for your spirit and soul but it is also
meant for your flesh. When God said “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh:
is there any thing too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:7) he had you and me in mind by
giving us today’s theme scripture. This also means that the God of all flesh is
interested in your flesh and desires that you live a healthy life.

Therefore, he gave us his word for us to live a healthy life. You don’t just need a
balanced diet and medical treatment to be healthy but you need the word of God.
When the scriptures said that the word of God is life and health to your flesh the
scriptures meant that your flesh can respond to God’s word. So when you are sick
to the point that the doctors say that you can’t be cured by any medical treatment
you have the word of God which is your best medicine, it is life and health to your
flesh. When you feel sick, take the word, meditate on what it says concerning
healing and health, declare it out and see your healing manifest.

However, do not kill your body with negative words of discouragement and
sickness. Sometimes the devil will bring symptoms of sickness even after prayer so
that he gets you to finally agree with him by saying with your mouth that you are
sick and when you just state it that’s the moment when the actual sickness gets into
your body. Therefore, you ought to tell your body that symptoms are not sickness
and you ought to command healing to your body by constantly declaring God’s
word over you.

When you believe the word of God, you will live a very healthy life. You will not
believe the doctor’s report but the report of God’s word in Jesus’ name. If the
doctors said that you can’t be cured, I will prove them wrong today by God’s word. I
declare that you are healed now and will live a healthy life in Jesus’ name. Now
begin to confess and passionately declare God’s word for your healing everyday in
Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am not sick and diseases will have no place in my body for my body is
already occupied with God’s word. I will live healthily because God’s word

Psalm 119: 105 KJV: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Light travels at a speed of 300,000 kilometres per second. This is how fast light is.
According to the theme scripture above, the bible states that the word of God is
light. This means the word of God can travel at the speed of light as it is light itself.

The centurion in Capernaum denied that Jesus should go all the way to his home to
heal the servant who was sick but asked Jesus only to say a word for his servant to
be healed. This centurion must have understood that Jesus’ word is light and can
travel at the speed of light therefore he didn’t need Jesus to physically follow him
to his house to heal his sick servant but he understood that Jesus could just send
his word (which is light) which was capable of travelling at a great speed to heal the
sick servant home. And the scriptures say the same hour the centurion’s servant
was healed.

The word of God is as fast as light and has no barriers. The word of God can be sent
to locations and it will travel at the speed of light. When we are not physically
around to lay hands on the sick we have the ability to send the word of God to
locations our physical bodies can’t reach and that word we send can travel at the
speed of light, it will execute its assignment within milliseconds.

That’s why as you read the revelation notes daily the word of God is travelling
directly into your spirit, soul and body at the speed of light. And as the word of God
gets into you, it gives you light “The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth
understanding unto the simple.” (Psalm 119:130 KJV). Hence when you receive the
word daily, you are given light daily. This very light is what gives you speed.

If you want to travel at the speed of light then get the word. When you study and
apply God’s word regarding spiritual gifts then you will move at the speed of light in
those gifts, when you catch God’s word regarding finances then you will move with
speed in your finances. Any area you want to see increase and speed in, read,
meditate and apply the word of God concerning that area then you will move in that
area with speed that average people don’t have.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
By God's word I am moving in speed spiritually, financially and in all areas
of my life. I will not be delayed but I will be as fast as light. I will move at
the speed of light in Jesus name, Amen!

Friday, January 24 THE EYES OF YOUR SPIRIT

Matthew 13:14 MSG: I don't want Isaiah's forecast repeated all over again: Your
ears are open but you don't hear a thing. Your eyes are awake but you don't see a
thing.

From the scripture above, we understand that it is possible to have your eyes awake
or open but still unable to see. Every born-again Christian was born of the Spirit of
God and has eyes of the Spirit. We don’t get born again blind; we were born of the
Spirit with full eyes that can see. God didn’t give birth to spiritually blind children
but to children made in his image who have eyes that can see.

Those who don’t see anything in the spiritual realm don’t see because they don’t
have eyes but they don’t see because they are in a dark place with no light to see.
Therefore, you might have eyes but when you are placed in a room full of darkness
it won’t be possible for you to see despite having your eyes wide open. So the
problem is not that the eyes of your spirit are closed but the problem is that you
lack light to see in darkness.

The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple
(Psalm 119: 130 KJV). The world we live in is a dark place and we need light in order
for us to see and this light is God’s word. So you can have the eyes of the spirit but
when you lack the word of God in you then you lack the light to see. Your eyes will
be open but won’t see anything because of the darkness that surrounds you.

The word of God is the light which enables us to see in darkness. The more of God’s
word we get the more light we have to see in the spiritual realm. This is the secret to
the prophetic, if you want to have a sharp eyesight, make sure that you have
enough light. If you want to see Angels, read and study Bible scriptures on Angels
and you will see them. If you want the eyes of your spirit to be able to discern
diseases and to see how to heal them then study scriptures that talk about healing.

God’s word gives your eyes light to see from any direction. If you want your eyes to
see a certain direction then get a hold of God’s word regarding that direction and
you will see accurately. Your eyes are already opened to see in the spiritual realm,
all you need is God’s word (light) to fully see without any obstructions.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My eyes will not lack light. I will see with the eyes of my spirit by reason of
God’s word. I will not be ignorant of what’s happening around me but I will
be sensitive to what God shows me in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Saturday, January 25 TIME AND CHANCE

Ecclesiastes 9:11 KJV: I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the
swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to
men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance
happeneth to them all.

The scripture above indicates to us clearly that no matter how strong, wise,
understanding or skilled you are, if your time and chance have not come then the
race is not yours, the battle is not yours, the bread is not yours, the riches are not
yours and the favour is not yours too. Therefore, life is about time and chance, if it's
not your time and not your chance then you won’t get it. On the other hand, if it's
your time and chance, you will get it.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 states that there is a season and a time for every purpose under the
earth. Therefore, men ought to understand times and seasons so that they do not
strive for things at the wrong time and season and for them to cease the moments
whenever their time and chance come.

1 Chronicles 12:32 states that the sons of Issachar had an understanding of the
times to know what Israel ought to do. Because of their ability to understand times
there was no way they could do anything at the wrong time. Doing the right thing at
the wrong time makes the right thing wrong. When you understand the times and
seasons in your life, you will not waste chances and if you don’t understand the
times and seasons in life then you will waste your chances.

You must also understand that every human being operates under their own time
and chance therefore, you should not try to achieve or be what another person is
when it's not your time yet. Many people will compare themselves to others who
are doing fine without understanding that the person who is doing fine is in his/her
time and chance to do fine. When your time and chance comes you will also be at
the place you desire to be. The lack of understanding of times and chances is what
causes certain people to envy others or to feel left behind when in the actual sense
they are in their time zone and not another person’s time zone.

Ask God to give you understanding of times and seasons in your life today.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not miss my time and my chance, I will have the wisdom to know and
understand times and seasons. I will cease every opportunity that is God
given and I will walk with God in my own time and season.

Sunday, January 26 REDEEMING THE TIME

Joel 2:25 KJV: And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the
cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I
sent among you.

According to the scripture above, God is not restoring the substances that the
children of Zion lost but the “years” that were eaten by the locust, cankerworm,
caterpillar and palmerworm. This shows how important time is. Whenever the
enemy wants you to lose things he will target your time. Once your time is wasted
then your harvest, your riches, your wealth, your successes and your destiny will be
wasted. Therefore, for God to restore the fortunes of Zion, he had to restore their
time (years which were eaten).

Remember, from yesterday’s revelation note, when you miss your time set by God
then you will miss your chance. The devil has wasted many destinies today by
misaligning them from what they are supposed to do at different time frames of
their lives. At the time they were supposed to be learning the word, praying, fasting,
investing, studying, serving God etc. they were instead doing other wrong things
different from what God purposed them to do at those particular times. This is how
many of them lost what God had purposed for them, their time was eaten up. When
your time is eaten up, your harvest and your destiny are eaten up.

However, it takes God to restore the time that one loses for them to be given
another chance. Ephesians 5:16 states “Redeeming the time, because the days are
evil”. This means time lost can be recovered.

When God restores your time, even your harvest is restored, your successes and
destiny are restored. Treasure time because inside that time are chances that
should not be lost but ceased with full force.

Pray that God gives you the wisdom and grace to not waste or lose any time given
to you by him and that he should have mercy on you to restore the time you might
have lost in Jesus name. Pray for God’s wisdom to spend every moment of your life
wisely and righteous

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My years and my time shall not be eaten up, I will not waste my time for
anything but within the time allocated to me by God I will be successful in
all my chances and I will reap my harvests. My years and time which were
lost have been restored to me now in the name of Jesus! Amen!

Monday, January 27 SPIRITUAL SENSES

Hebrews 5:14 KJV: But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even
those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and
evil.

From the scripture above, we get to know and understand about spiritual senses
which are used to discern both good and evil. If you are to discern spirits you need
to have your senses active. Just as the human body has senses, so does the spirit of
man have senses too. The body has the senses of sight, the sense of hearing, the
sense of feeling, the sense of smell and the sense of taste, even the spirit of man
has all these senses.

Meat belongs to those of full age, those who have exercised their senses to discern.
And meat there refers to God’s word for mature individuals. The disciples of Jesus
asked him to eat food and he answered and said I have meat to eat that you don’t
know of. This was the meat of the spirit. John 4:31-33. This means that when you
receive God’s word, it is the meat which your spirit feeds on to grow and be active
in all its senses. Paul the Apostle in talking about spiritual foods states “And I,
brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as
unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye
were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able”. (1 Corinthians 3:1-2). Hence
meat is symbolic of God’s word for mature people in the spirit.

There is a revelation for babies (referred to as milk) in the spirit and a revelation for
mature people. Revelation is progressive as you grow. In grade one, one minus one
equals “it can’t” but in grade 9 one minus one equals negative one. This is the same
case with the revelation of God’s word. Certain things are “it can’t” to spiritual
babies but to mature men in the spirit they are possible.

Therefore, the more one exercises the word of God, the more active their spiritual
senses become and the more meat of God’s word they receive. The more you
consume God’s word, the more you mature in the spirit and the more your spiritual
senses become active. This is why we must desire strong meat, we must listen to
sermons from elders in the spirit, we must study and seek to understand the deep
things of God.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The senses of my spirit are activated in Jesus’ name. I will be spiritually
sensitive and my ability to discern spiritual things is increased. I will not
be spiritually insensitive in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Tuesday, January 28 MIRACLES LEADING TO REPENTANCE

Luke 5:8 KJV: When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying,
Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

Certain miracles will cause one to repent. When Peter toiled all night that he
couldn't catch any fish and when the son of a certain carpenter by the name Jesus
who had no experience with fishing told him to cast his net into the waters to catch
fish he wanted to argue but decided to do what he was told and to his surprise he
caught fish more than enough that his nets could not even hold.

Peter by experience knew that it was not the day and time when fish should show
up but when Jesus came into the scene all the fish which were hiding suddenly
appeared in the waters for Peter to catch. This miracle astonished Peter to a point
that it left him down on the ground at Jesus’ feet with a repentant heart stating that
he was a sinner. There are certain miracles that God will perform in your life that
will leave you bowing before the Lord and that will cause you to repent from your
sins. May you receive a miracle that will get you down to the feet of Jesus!

Chorazin, Bethsaida and Capernaum were cursed by Jesus and judgment was
placed on them because they didn't repent after seeing his miracles. Jesus
performs miracles so that he might turn people to himself by causing them to
repent. Not believing in miracles that Jesus causes himself and through his servants
is a curse worse than the punishment of Sodom and Gomorrah, unbelief of God's
miracles is worse than the Immorality of Sodom and Gomorrah (Matthew 11:21-24 )

Do not let the world deceive you into believing that there are no more real miracles
in this age and time. Allow Jesus to execute his agenda of turning men to him by the
use of miracles. He is a miracle working God. Allow him to use you to perform
miracles so that you can turn many to righteousness and believe him for your own
miracle in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I believe that miracles are real because I believe in God. I will experience
miracles manifesting in my life and I will perform miracles myself and turn
many to God. I receive my miracle today in Jesus’ Mighty name, Amen!

Exodus 3:2-3 KJV: And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire
out of the midst of the bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with
fire, and the bush was not consumed. And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and
see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt. And when the Lord saw that he
turned aside to see, God called out unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said
Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

The scripture above states that the angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in a flame
of fire amid a bush that didn’t get consumed and when Moses turned aside to see
the sight, the Lord spoke. The scripture changes from stating the angel who
appeared to state God after Moses turned to see. As a messenger of God, when men
turn aside to see you, they should hear God and not you.

The angel was burning yet God was the one who spoke. As God makes you a flame of
fire (Hebrews 12:29), allow him to speak through you.

Many times ministers of the gospel get overtaken by the gifts, skills or talents they
can manifest (the flames they burn) yet they forget to let God speak through them.
They appear so much in the sight of men that men begin to depend on them for
healing, prophecy, prosperity and miracles and they forget to hear God speaking
through them.

The fire in the bush caught Moses’ attention and when he turned aside to see, God
spoke. The gifts God has given you are to draw attention from men and when they
turn aside to see then allow God to speak to them through you.

As a messenger of God, allow God to speak through you today as you keep your fire
burning in the Holy Ghost then you will be fulfilled and will accomplish your
purpose in this life

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will allow God to speak through me as he makes me a flame of fire in the
name of Jesus. I will manifest my gifts for the glory of God and men shall
see Jesus in me! Amen!

PROMOTION

Psalms 75:6-7 KJV: [6]For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the
west, nor from the south.[7] But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and
setteth up another.

The scripture above clearly states that promotion does not come from the east,
west or south but God is the judge who brings one down and lifts another. In other
words, for your promotion to take place, you don't have to desperately look for it
here and there but God has to first get to his judgement seat before his courts in
heaven and execute judgment to bring someone down so that you can be lifted in
their stead. For your promotion to take place either in your finances, career,
ministry or academics God has to place a certain judgement somewhere.

In Ecclesiastes 10:5-7, the wise preacher describes an evil thing and an error which
he has seen on earth, under the sun that princes and the rich (children of God) are
seated in low places while the foolish and people who should be servants are in
high places or places of authority. For this error to be corrected God has to execute
judgement against such an evil by demoting the unrighteous so that the righteous
can be promoted.

One thing you must know as a Christian is that the devil places his people to take
over certain positions in the government, in companies, businesses and society at
large so that he can implement his evil mandate through them and cause you to
remain at a low level but God wants you to take back these positions so that he can
use you through them.

God is taking judgment and bringing down the wicked for you to be promoted in
Jesus' name. Believe this word and run with it this year and going forward.
Consistently declare God’s promotion over your life and see God lifting you as he
demotes the wicked for your sake.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
God's judgment for my promotion is taking place in my family, in my
ministry, in my career, in my business, in my finances and my nation. The
wicked shall be demoted for me to be promoted in Jesus' name! Amen!

Friday, January 31 SPEAK WHEN THE SPIRIT MOVES

Genesis 1:1-3 KJV: [1]In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[2]And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of
the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. [3]And God
said, Let there be light: and there was light.

In the above scripture, we see God creating the heaven and earth and when the
earth was without form the Spirit of God moved upon the waters then God spoke
light into being.

There are times when certain things in your life are without form, they are void and
they are in darkness, these could be your prayer life, your family, your finances,
your career, your businesses, academics, relationships or marriage. Whenever you
experience a formlessness, a void or darkness in these areas or any other area of
your life allow the Holy Spirit to move over your life. When you experience his move
then speak!

According to Acts 1:8, we receive power when the Holy Ghost comes upon us. This
power is what then gives us the ability to speak things into being. In Acts 2, the
Spirit “moved” among the believers with the sound of a mighty rushing wind and
everyone who experienced this “move” then began to “speak” in tongues. The move
of the Spirit on them caused them to speak.

In Genesis 1:1-3 after the Spirit moved on the waters, God spoke light and there was
light. If you want to speak things that come to pass, speak after the move of the
Spirit. Whenever you experience the move of the Spirit on you during prayer,
worship or at any given moment speak, decree and declare! Declare by the Spirit
what you want to see in your household, in your family, marriage, finances, career,
academics, health or in any other area of your life then you will see great results.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will speak by the move of the Spirit, I speak light into my life and I speak
God’s perfect formation in all areas of my life in Jesus’ name! Amen!

Zechariah 1:17 KJV: Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through
prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and
shall yet choose Jerusalem.

From the theme the Prophet Zachariah was commanded to cry out, proclaiming to
the people that the Lord’s cities will be spread abroad through prosperity. This
scripture should open the eyes of our understanding to see that God has got cities
here on Earth. Secondly, we learn that these cities can be spread abroad through
prosperity. Now look at this, the fact that God speaks of him having cities is a level
of prosperity but it takes much more prosperity for these cities to be spread
abroad.

The theme scripture awakens you to the reality of God’s mind concerning
prosperity. It is God’s will for his children to be prosperous because God knows that
his cities will be spread abroad through the prosperity of his children. The gospel of
the Kingdom will be spread abroad through the prosperity of God’s children.

Prosperity is a vital factor of any kingdom, nation or government on earth.

Governments can execute their plans in nations and across the world through
prosperity. Even in International Relations, you will learn that a state is classified as
a hegemony (superpower) muchly by its economic capabilities, which even
empower its military capabilities and other capabilities to dominate across the
globe. Therefore, for the Kingdom to function to its greater capacity here on earth
there is need for prosperity of God’s children.

The sons of God must rise to a place of financial prosperity for the gospel to spread
abroad, crusades must be sponsored, many books must be printed for soul winning
and equipping of the believers, church auditoriums must be built, the poor must be
financially empowered and Godly industries must be built and this will only take
place through the prosperity of God’s children.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The Lord is prospering me for the salvation of nations in Jesus’ mighty
name. The agenda of God’s kingdom shall greatly be executed through my
finances, I will never be poor but I am wealthy for the sake of God’s
kingdom in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Sunday, February 02 THE POOR NEED THE GOSPEL

Luke 4:18-19 KJV: [18] The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed
me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,
to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set
at liberty them that are bruised, [19] To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

The gospel is preached to the poor. When you give a poor person a million it will
only take them a few days or months to be broke but when you give them the
gospel they will become rich in spirit and mind and will never go poor. This is the
reason why Jesus was anointed to preach the gospel to the poor. He was not
anointed to give them money but to preach the gospel to them.

The gospel is what gives you the wisdom to be wealthy. Romans 1:16 states that the
gospel is the power of God unto salvation. This salvation does not just end on your
spirit and soul but this salvation has got an effect even on your physical life. When
your spirit and soul have been enriched by the word of God the next thing to be
seen must be riches in the physical. Because when you are enriched in your inner
man you now have the virtues needed for you to be rich physically or materially.
Solomon asked for wisdom because he hungered for it inside his spirit, therefore
the virtue of wisdom in him demanded that he should ask for wisdom unlike wealth
and riches and it is the wisdom that he was given that made him more prosperous.

When your spirit is rich and your soul is aware of it then you cannot be poor in life.
When you have been empowered with God’s word concerning prosperity the results
will be prosperity. This is the reason why we see that Jesus was anointed to preach
the gospel to the poor, because his word has got the ability to make a poor mind
rich.

Make a deliberate decision to study and listen to God’s word concerning money,
wealth and prosperity and as you do so your spirit and soul will be enriched and you
shall surely see money, wealth and prosperity manifesting in your life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Again, I will not be broke, I will not be poor. I am empowered by God’s
word to be rich. I am wealthy, I am rich and I am successful in life in Jesus’
Mighty Name, Amen!

Monday, February 03 MEMORY OF THE SPIRIT MAN

Psalms 103:2 KJV: [2] Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

The scripture above looks simple yet carries a very significant message that the
Saints must take. The scripture stating “Bless the LORD, O my soul, and “forget not
all his benefits” implies that the soul should have a good memory, a memory that
doesn't forget. The theme scripture is also telling us that whenever we bless the
Lord we should not forget his benefits. When you remember the good things God
has done, you find enough reason to praise God, you find enough reason to bless
his holy name not only with your lips but with your life.

Therefore, a good memory is vital for every child of God. Those who don't
remember the Lord's benefits easily lose faith and it is very difficult for them to
bless the Lord because they have forgotten the benefits of the Lord.

Remember, the Israelites after being delivered out of the hands of Pharaoh in Egypt
murmured when they were in the desert and spoke against Moses and this was
because they forgot what God did for them. It is easy for the devil to take you back
to your past life and to get you to lose faith when you forget the Lord's benefits.

However, spiritual men have a good memory, they remember the Lord in all things.
A good memory is a sign of spiritual maturity. Even when God speaks to you through
dreams, visions or his audible voice in your spirit, it only takes a good memory to
remember what God said to you and it becomes easy for you to do what you
remember but if you can’t remember it then you cannot act upon it.

John 14: 26 KJV: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will

Galatians 4:1-2 KJV: [1] Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth
nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; [2]But is under tutors and
governors until the time appointed of the father.

From the theme scripture above, we learn that it is possible to be the heir (inheritor
of God's promises in the Kingdom) but if you are a child you will live like a slave and
not a prince. The word “child” above is the Greek word Nepios which is pronounced
as nay'-pee-os, it is defined as “a simple-minded person”, “an immature Christian
and a baby.

In other words, when you are a baby in the things of the Spirit, when you are a
simple-minded person in the Faith and when you are an immature Christian you will
live like a slave. This means that one can be born again and still be a servant of sin, a
servant of addiction, poverty, sickness or demonic attacks. As previously defined,
Nepios means a simple-minded person and an immature Christian, if you are
simple-minded and lack knowledge and understanding of who you are in the Lord
then the devil and demons will take advantage of you. As modern slang puts it,
don’t be a simp! otherwise, the devil and his cohorts will take advantage of you.

The day you got born again you were made a lord on the Earth, a king and a god.
Hence you should refuse to walk in sin, in addiction, in sickness, in poverty or in
demonic attacks. You are above the devil and his cohorts, you are above sickness,
you are above poverty and lack and you are above sin. Stop being simple-minded
and begin to walk in understanding, knowing fully that Christ lives in you and
because Christ is above all things you are also above all things because of him living
in you.

Daniel 5:12 KJV: Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and

understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and
dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named
Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.

The excellent spirit in Daniel was manifesting in his knowledge, his understanding, in
his ability to interpret dreams, his ability to clarify (riddles) hard sentences and in
his ability to dissolve doubts. This simply means that an excellent spirit is a spirit of
understanding and a spirit of knowledge. You cannot interpret a dream you do not
know and understand but interpretation comes by understanding something that
you know.

Showing hard sentences (or solving riddles) comes from knowledge and
understanding. When you are knowledgeable about something it becomes very easy
for you to understand that thing and to explain it to others. Hence by the
knowledge Daniel had, it was very easy for him to understand and explain hard
sentences. His ability to dissolve doubts also came from the amount of knowledge
he had. This is why faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God (Romans
10:17). Information is power.

Therefore, we get to see that the spirit of excellence in Daniel thrived upon
knowledge and the knowledge and understanding in him caused him to interpret
dreams, to solve riddles and to dissolve doubts. If you want to interpret dreams
seek knowledge and if you want to be a solver of hard sentences and a dissolver of
doubts then you need to have extensive knowledge of life and spiritual things. An
excellent spirit is cultivated by knowledge and understanding.

In every field you desire to be excellent in, make sure that you gain a lot of
knowledge and understanding of God’s word with regards to that particular field
then you will be excellent in it.

VISIONS AND GOD'S VOICE
Job 33:14-16 KJV: [14]For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
[15]In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in
slumberings upon the bed;[16]Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their
instruction,

The scripture above shows 3 ways in which God speaks and when he speaks in these
ways he does it once or twice but the challenge is in the ability of man to perceive
what God is saying. According to the scripture, God speaks in a dream, in a vision of
the night when men fall asleep and he opens their ears to instruct them. So God can
choose to speak to man through a dream, a vision or through opening their ears to
hear him.

However, when God speaks in these ways man should have the ability to perceive
what God is saying. Many people dream dreams, see visions or even hear God but
they can't perceive what God is saying. This explains why we have a lot of folk today
who have dreams and see visions which they don't understand, and they can't tell
the difference between their thoughts and God speaking to them.

The word “perceive” from today's theme scripture comes from the Hebrew word
shûr which means “through the idea of going round for inspection”. In other words,
when you have a dream or a vision you should go round to inspect that dream for
you to understand it, check every detail of the dream and understand it using the
scriptures. If you are going to understand or interpret dreams and visions then you
should inspect them using God's word. For example if you dream of a sword and
serpent, you should understand that the Bible refers to a serpent as a cunning
animal, or deceiving animal, symbolizing deceit or lies (Genesis 3:1) and you should
understand that the Word of God was referred to as the sword of the Spirit
(Ephesians 6:7) hence using the information of scriptures you should be able to
interpret the vision and the dream thereby perceiving what God is saying.

If you can interpret the scriptures then you can interpret dreams and visions.
Therefore, study the word and inspect every dream, vision or voice you hear by
God's word and then you will perceive.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will perceive God's voice, I will understand dreams and visions and I will
not be misled in my spirit by any dream, vision or voice in Jesus’ name. My

Matthew 28:18 KJV: [18]And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is
given unto me in heaven and in earth.

The scripture above is clear about stating that all power whether in heaven or on
earth was given to Jesus Christ. The word “power” in the theme scripture is the
Greek word “exousia” which means delegated influence or authority. So Jesus was
stating that all influence and authority in heaven and on earth was given to him.
That statement there simply means that even the devil himself has no power of his
own. Satanists, wizards and witches have no power of their own because all power
(all authority and influence) was given to Jesus, he owns it. In other words, the
power the devil, Satanists, witches and wizards use is power that belongs to Jesus.
This is powerful right here! and if the scripture says Christ lives in us that means we
are more powerful than the devil himself and his cohorts.

However, we need to understand that the power the devil, wizards, witches and
Satanists have been using is the power which was given to them by God but they
started using it for evil. For example, someone might gift another man with a knife
to use in the kitchen but if that man is evil that knife will be used for stabbing
people's throats. The same thing applies to power, the devil and his cohorts were
gifted with power from God but they used it for evil. When God gives you authority
and you abuse it or use it for personal gains or wrong intentions against others you
become the same as the devil who was given power by God but used it wrongly.

With this information, we should understand that we are beings that were given
power by God and we should use that power for good and not for evil. Witches
having power use that power to make incantations and cast spells by repeating
words of evil projected at a particular person's name, picture or object
representation and the power of their words do cause harm but for us sons of God,
we are more powerful than witches, we should exercise our power through speaking
words that build repetitively, speak words that destroy negativity and evil around
us repetitively and spread words of love, joy and comfort around us and that's how
we exercise our God given power. We should pray and speak in tongues more often
so as to use the power within us to affect the atmosphere around us.

Genesis 1:26-27 KJV: [26] And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our
likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of
the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing
that creepeth upon the earth. [27] So God created man in his own image, in the
image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

God, the creator, made man in his image and after his likeness. This means that God
made man to have the creative ability just like him, man-like God can create
things.When God was creating, he spoke things into existence. Therefore, man-
made in the likeness of God (like God) can speak things to existence.

The Bible in Proverbs 18:21 KJV states that “Death and life are in the power of the
tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”. This simply means God
made man like himself being given the ability through the tongue to cause death or
life. Hence your tongue can either give life or bring death. Your tongue can create.

As a Christian who is made in the likeness of God, use your tongue to bring both
death and life. Notice the scripture mentioned speaks of death first then life
second. This means you should cause certain things to die (for a good cause) first
for you to create life. Speak with your tongue death to poverty, death to sickness,
death to lack, death to sin, and death to any evil around you. Then begin to speak
life to your finances, life to your soul and body, life to your ministry, life to your
career, life to your marriage, and so on.

Whatever you want to see in life can be created using your tongue. When you
confess wealth over and over again for a consistent period then wealth will have no
option but to manifest in your life, when you talk about sickness a lot then you will
surely get sick.

Whatever you say you create, so create what is good and excellent over your life
using your tongue in Jesus’ name.

Sunday, February 09 WHEN MEN ARE CAST DOWN

Job 22:29 KJV: When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up;
and he shall save the humble person.

There are certain seasons in life where one goes through difficult moments and it
seems like there is no hope left. This is a point where men are cast down. At this
point, things are very tough, the situation seems not to change and everything else
seems not to work. While others are testifying it just becomes dry for you. It is at
such a point where you need to know that there is a lifting ahead of you.

When men are cast down, then they shall say that there is a lifting up. Never let
your current hardship completely bring you down to a point of no rising but allow
your current hardship to cause you to see the lifting ahead of you and to cause you
to confess it.

Joseph had to be sold as a slave by his brothers before he could become the King of
Egypt. Daniel had to be thrown in the lion’s den before he could prove God was with
him. Shadreck, Misheck and Abednego had to be thrown in the fire before God
could show up for them and elevate them, Jesus had to be crucified and buried
before he could resurrect and ascend to heaven. After the casting down was the
lifting.

For those who are in the Lord Jesus Christ whenever there is a casting down the
next thing is a lifting up. We are like seeds sown in the ground. Burying a seed in the
ground is a painful process but results in sprouting into a tree that later gives
shelter and bears fruit.

After every falling is a lifting, after every test is a testimony and after every trial is a
triumph. When you are faced with painful times just know that celebration is next.

When faced with a tough season do not give up but see a lifting after that season.
Do not give up on your faith, do not give up on your givings, do not give up on your
prayers and service in the ministry and never give up on your positive confessions
over your life then you will see yourself overcoming and being lifted by God.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am not giving up on God at any point but my casting down is resulting in a
lifting. I am not giving up on my confession of positive things over my life. I
will not be brought down by my current challenges but I will be elevated to

Galatians 6:7 KJV: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man

The scripture above tells us not to be deceived about sowing and reaping. In these
last days, the devil has brought so many doctrines that make people to save away
from this principle of sowing and reaping.

Whatever you do today is a seed you are planting and the harvest shall be seen
anytime tomorrow or after.

When you sow anger, you will reap anger, when you sow love you will love and when
you sow hate you will reap hate. When you sow money you will reap money, when
you sow lies you will reap lies and when you sow truth you will reap truth. Whatever
you do to anyone or anything in this life will give you a harvest.

However, there is a misconception many have about sowing and reaping. Many
times people think when they sow seed today then the harvest will come there and
then. But normally, when a seed is planted today it will take some days, weeks,
months or even years for the harvest to be seen depending on the type of the seed
planted.

Don't get impatient whenever you sow a seed of any kind in life but wait for your
time of harvest. Sometimes people tend to give up on their prayers, on their
kindness, on their dedication, on their givings, on their businesses or relationships
because they expected to receive a harvest on day one, they were not patient
enough to let the seed germinate and let the seed grow and so they gave up on that
seed and stopped watering it until the time of their harvest.

In whatever you are doing today make sure you do it well because it's a seed you
are planting and the harvest will be seen later. Never give up on that good seed but
continue watering the seed until you see the harvest

1 Samuel 30:6 KJV: And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of
stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his
sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

This was a time when the Amalekites took the women of Israel captive and burnt
Ziklag, where David and his people had settled and there was great grief among the
people to the point that they spoke of stoning him. But David encouraged himself in
the Lord.

There are times in life when the people who are supposed to encourage you turn
against you but it takes you to encourage you. David should have been encouraged
by his people instead his people were so grieved that they wanted to stone David.

One thing that stood out about David was his ability to encourage himself when no
one could. There are times when there is nobody to encourage you during a difficult
moment, it is during such times when you must learn to encourage yourself. Many
times people get discouraged and tend to give up when nobody is encouraging
them and when everybody is against them. It is during such times when you should
talk to yourself, and encourage yourself to overcome.

Life is not always about group work but there are times when you will be on your
own and it will take you to strengthen yourself. Christianity is your personal
relationship with God, when the group forsakes you, remember that the
relationship between you and God is personal, it doesn't need a majority vote for
God to help you.

When no one is on your side, be on your side and you will see God giving you power
to take over.

Joshua 1:8 KJV: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou
shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according
to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and
then thou shalt have good success.

To meditate is basically to think or imagine something deeply. The scripture above

states that we should meditate on the word day and night so that “we may observe
to do” all that is written in it. In other words, meditation is what gives you the ability
to observe and to do something.

Your thoughts and imaginations will always manifest in your actions. Proverbs 23:7
KJV: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his
heart is not with thee.

Luke 6:45 KJV: “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth
that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth
forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.”
This means what we speak is a result of what we think in our hearts. Hence, if you
want to produce the right and positive confessions from your mouth then your
heart must be abundant with the right and the positive thoughts and imaginations.

When a man constantly thinks of wealth and riches in his heart you can't hear
poverty coming out of his mouth but wealth and riches. When you think about being
healthy abundantly on the inside of your heart, what will proceed from your mouth
is the abundance of health you have been thinking and imagining. When you think of
success you will speak of success and when you think of failure you will speak about
failure and what you speak is what comes to pass as your tongue has got power
(Proverbs 18:21).

Choose to constantly and deeply think of God’s word and promises over your life,
then declare and confess them with your mouth and you will see success taking
place in your life. Meditate on God’s word and you see it manifesting in your life.

Proverbs 18:10 KJV: The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous
runneth into it, and is safe.

The scripture above indicates where the righteous run for their safety. They run to
the name of the Lord, the strong tower.

Where you run to whenever you need safety speaks of your standing with God.
Some people run to witch doctors when they encounter a situation they can’t solve,
others run towards drinking alcohol or smoking and some run to men for help but
the righteous run to God. Righteousness does not make you run away from God’s
presence but it makes you run to his presence.

Even when men sin, those without the fruit of righteousness will feel condemned
and run away from church gatherings feeling guilty and feeling judged by everyone
but the righteous will run to church gatherings so that they can be restored. The
fruit of righteousness in a person will cause them to run to God in whatever
situation they find themselves in.

The name of the Lord is a place of safety for the righteous. When the righteous face
troubles they run to Jesus: when they are lacking they run to Jehovah Jireh, when
they are not at peace they run to Jehovah Shalom, when they are under attack they
run to Jehovah Magenu, when they face shortcomings they run to Jehovah
Tsidkenu and when they are in need they run to Jehovah El Shadai .

There is no situation in your life which God cannot solve. Do not make any decisions
that will take you away from the Lord’s presence but run to God in whatever
situation you are encountering in life whether good or bad or ugly.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The name of the Lord is my strong tower and I will run to it. I will not run
away from the Lord’s presence no matter the situations I encounter in my
life but I will run to him for he is my place of safety. I am righteous and

Friday, February 14 VISIONS IN HIS NAME

Habakkuk 2:1 KJV: I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will
watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am
reproved.

Habakkuk is standing on his watch upon a tower and is watching to see what the
Lord will say. He could have stood anywhere else on the ground when he wanted to
watch and see what the Lord would say but he chose to stand on a tower.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). Hence, the tower Habakkuk
was standing on was the name of the Lord. He was standing on a tower that gave
him enough frequency and network to see in the Spirit.

When you begin to call on the name of the Lord in prayer and worship, the Lord
opens your eyes to see what he is saying. If you want to see visions, begin to
mention the name of Jesus inside your heart with deep focus and begin to imagine
what you want to see regarding the scriptures and you will get to a realm of seeing
visions.

In the theme scripture, Habakkuk states that he will watch to see what the Lord will
say to him. This means that Habakkuk was able to see whatever he heard from God
with the eyes of his spirit. If God said souls he saw souls, if God said money he saw
that money, if God said properties he saw those properties. He had to see
everything he heard God say to him.

Choose to see with the eyes of your spirit (imagination) every word that God says to
you through the bible and the prophecies given to you. Whatever God said about
your life, begin to imagine it, see with the eyes of your imagination what the Lord
says then it will come to pass.

If God said you are healthy, see yourself healthy, if he said you are wealthy, see
yourself wealthy, if he said you should win souls then see yourself winning souls in
the name of Jesus Christ. Visualize the word in your life today in Jesus’ name.

Habakkuk 2:2 KJV: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make
it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

After Habakkuk saw what the Lord said, the Lord ordered him to write down the
vision he saw. But it didn’t end there, Habakkuk was given a reason as to why he
should write down the vision and the reason was “that he may run that readeth it.”

The vision was written down so that the one who reads it should run. We have the
bible today because the authors, the prophets and the apostles wrote down what
they heard and saw from the Lord and today whenever we read the bible we run
distances further in the spirit. So the vision which is written down is for the reader
to run.

If you want your dreams and visions to come to pass, learn to write them down and
read them. After you write your visions, dreams, prophecies given to you or
whatever the Lord spoke to you don’t just throw away your book but read those
things you wrote down.

2 Timothy 2:15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth
not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. The word study in this
scripture is the Greek word “spoudazo” which means to run with speed. So
whenever you study you are given the ability to run with speed. Those who are
running with speed in their ministries, in their gifts, in their finances, career and any
other aspects of their lives are people who write down their visions and study them.

Great companies and businessmen/women today have used the principle of writing
down their visions and that’s why their businesses have been standing. They write
down their vision in business plans and in their company profiles and that is what
keeps them running. Therefore, when the scriptures say write down the vision and
that he who reads it may ran, it is for our own success and establishment.

Learn the skill of writing down your visions, your dreams, goals and plans and read
them consistently so that you may easily act upon them and progress.

Sunday, February 16 LIVING BY GOD’S FAITH
Habakkuk 2:4 KJV: Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the
just shall live by his faith.

The theme scripture starts out by speaking of a soul which is lifted up being not
upright then it changes it’s direction to speaking of the just living by his faith. This
means that souls that don’t live by faith are souls that are lifted up.

When you depend on yourself to succeed or make it in life then you are prideful but
just people depend on God for anything in this life. The theme scripture states that
the “just shall live by his faith”. Whose faith? God’s faith.

When your faith fails then you can use God’s faith. There are different kinds of
faiths the scripture mentions, such as “little faith (Matthew 17:20)”, “weak faith
(Romans 14:1)”, “strong faith (Romans 4:20) and “great faith (Luke 7:9). One can
have faith yet their faith is little or weak faith and this kind of faith can fail them but
God cannot have weak faith or little faith, in him is strong and great faith. Therefore,
the just shall live by his faith. They will live by God’s faith.

When a man has weak faith, he must shift his dependence totally from himself or
other men to God for him to have the complete faith that is of Jesus Christ which is

Romans 3:22 mentions the faith of Jesus Christ and this faith is strong and great
faith. In mark 9:24 a certain man asked Jesus that “help my unbelief”. He did so
because he could no longer rely on his own faith but he needed the faith of Jesus in
him and when this happened immediately his request was granted.

Choose to walk in God's faith today by totally depending on him, when you know
that you can't do it but God can, when you know that it's impossible with man but
possible with God then you will have great and strong faith cause you totally have
surrendered to God.

Proverbs 25:2 KJV: It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings
is to search out a matter.

It is given to kings to search out a matter which God has hidden. Kings can search
out matters that have been hidden by God. The theme scripture above is not talking
about earthly kings but kings in the spirit.

1st Peter 2:9 states that we are a “royal priesthood”. In the Old Testament times,
priests were the only ones who had access to the Holy of Holies and kings had the
authority to rule the nation but now we are a combination of both, we are kings who
are priests. We now can enter into the most holy presence of God to access things
which are hidden before men for us to rule and have dominion over spiritual and
earthly matters.

One sign that a person is walking in kingship in the spirit is the ability for them to
search out matters that are hidden. Kings are people of revelation, we have
information that is hidden from normal human beings and it is this information that
gives us the ability to rule and to dominate over matters. 1 Corinthians 2:7: But we
speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God
ordained before the world unto our glory: If you are a man of revelation then you
are a king because you can access wisdom that has been hidden from men by God.
God hides his wisdom from earthly or carnal men therefore it takes kings to search
out this wisdom which is hidden.

This is why as a Christian you should be hungry for the word of God, you should ask
God to speak to you and reveal himself to you. It is the honour of kings to search
out a matter hence the more you search out Godly matters the more honour you
get.

Honourable people today in the Christendom are people who are hungry for the
word and people who have searched for revelation from God and it is that
revelation that makes them stand out among many others. Choose the word today!

Acts 3:25 KJV: Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which
God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all
the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

We are children of the prophets and of the covenant which God made to
Abraham. We are Abraham’s seed and God called Abraham a prophet in
Genesis 20:7. Therefore, we carry the genes of the prophets. This is why God in
Joel 2:28 stated through the Prophet that “And it shall come to pass
afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and
your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young
men shall see visions:” God is pouring his Spirit on “all flesh” and the next
thing we see is sons and daughters “prophesying” old men “dreaming dreams”
and young men “seeing visions” all of which are prophetic signs after the
pouring of the Spirit. Why is this so? Because we are children of the prophets,
we carry the genes of the prophets.

This is the reason why the most attacked ministry on earth today is the
ministry of the prophet because the devil wants to destroy the children of the
prophets, he wants to destroy their ability to prophesy, to dream dreams and
to see visions so that he can usher in the antichrist after all men have stopped
hearing God. But this will not happen in Jesus’ name because God is raising an
army of the children of the prophets and prophets who will be unstoppable
and who will be forerunners of the second coming of Jesus Christ.

You must be aware that you are children of the prophets, Abraham our Father
was called a prophet by God and Jesus himself was called a prophet (Matthew
21:11). Therefore, you must prophesy, you must see visions and must dream
dreams because it’s in your genes. The prophetic must be normal and natural
to you, never let anyone attack the prophetic because an attack on the
prophetic is an attack on your genes, it is an attack on your spiritual senses
and on your ability of utterance as prophets are called to utter God’s oracles.
As a child of the prophet you must prophesy over your life, prophesy over your
finances and prophesy over your future. You must see visions and dream
dreams in Jesus’ name. As you have read this message , God is activating your
senses in the spirit and he is giving you prophetic utterances.

John 4:23 KJV: But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers
shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to
worship him.

Jesus in Mathew 6:33 commanded his disciples to seek first the kingdom of God
and everything shall be added unto them but in John 4:23 it is not people seeking
God but God seeking them (that worship in spirit and in truth). There are two
categories of believers in this context, those who seek God and those whom God
seeks.

When you are a worshipper God himself begins to seek for you. Just start to
worship and God himself will begin to seek you. Luke 19:40 shows us significantly
how God wants his children to worship him to the point that “Jesus replied, “I
tell you, if these [people] keep silent, the stones will cry out [in praise]!”. Jesus
was ready to raise stones if his people didn’t worship him. That’s how serious
God is when it comes to worship, he is willing to raise stones if his people don’t
worship him.

Worship is a powerful thing to do, it causes God himself to reach out to you. This
is why when you worship God in spirit and truth, there are certain answers that
God grants to the prayers you didn’t make. God begins to do things you did not
ask for. Paul and Silas sang songs to God while in prison and God caused an
earthquake in that prison that opened the prison gates and broke the chains off
their hands. Paul and Silas didn’t ask God to bring that earthquake but their
worship and praise is what caused God to do it for them.

Certain deliverances happen to believers when they begin to worship God in

spirit and in truth. Demonic gates and chains break loose when God’s children
begin to worship him.

Be intentional about worshipping God everyday and you will see how God will
show up for your life. Live a lifestyle of worship, let your walk and talk be worship
to God and you will see him manifest his glory over your life without you even
asking for it.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a worshipper and I will be intentional about my worship to God. As I
worship the Lord chains will break, demonic gates will fall off and captives

1 Samuel 16:23 KJV: And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon
Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed,
and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.

The theme scripture above mentions that when David played the harp with his
hands Saul was refreshed and the evil spirit departed from him. In other words,
David cast out the evil spirit from Saul through his music.

However, it was not about the harp that David played but the Spirit behind David
who played the harp. Saul could have called any other person to play the harp
for him but he specifically chose David to play for him because when David
played it Saul was refreshed and the evil spirit left him. The Spirit of God on
David is what caused the harp to cast out Saul’s evil spirit and not the harp itself.

Behind every sound is a spirit, this could either be God’s Spirit or an evil spirit.
This is why we must be cautious of every song and sound we listen to because
behind them are spirits.

Now check this, if music can cast out an evil spirit as seen in 1 Samuel 16:23 then
the opposite is true, then music can bring an evil spirit into a person. This is why
you must be cautious of the music you listen to once more, it can either cast out
a demon from you or put a demon inside you.

Ezekiel 28:13 states how the Devil had musical instruments on the day he was
created. This is why he is a mastermind when it comes to music. You will find
billions of views and plays on single circular and worldly songs and only find
millions or thousands on gospel songs. The enemy has used music to transfer
demons to many around the earth. Music that talks about sex, insults,
heartbreaks, murder and some even talking about illuminati and the devil
himself. Such music shapes people into the message it brings out.

Choose to listen to music that will glorify God and liberate your soul today in
Jesus’ name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will listen to the right music in Jesus name. I will listen to music that
glorifies God, music that brings worship and praise to him. I will not be a

Luke 4:18 KJV: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me
to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to
preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set
at liberty them that are bruised,

The scripture above clearly indicates the power of the gospel, showing that
Jesus was anointed to preach the gospel to the poor and to preach deliverance
to the captives. This means the gospel has the power to make the poor rich and
to bring deliverance to those who are in the captivity of darkness.

The most effective deliverance that can ever take place in someone’s life is done
through the delivery of the word. The delivery of the word brings deliverance.
We can cast out demons by the power of God but if we do not deliver the word of
God, then real deliverance won’t take place. The demons that were cast out will
come back with greater forces and work done will be equal to zero. In my years of
walking with God, the most effective deliverances I have ever conducted were
deliverances through the delivery of God’s word. I have cast out different kinds
of evil spirits but the most effective way of delivering people was when I taught
the word.

When you carry the word in you demons find no place in you. When you carry the
word in you, you carry fire, light, power, and authority. This is why you must
always study the word, listen to sermons, meditate the word, speak the word and
live the word. When you do so, demons will have no power over you. This is
because the word has become part of you and whenever spirits in the dark world
look at you all they see is light, fire, power and authority. They see the word of
God himself and not you.

If you ever encounter an issue and you feel you need deliverance then try the
word. Sometimes you do not have to wait for an anointed man of God to pray for
you in order to be delivered but study the word, confess the word and act upon
it then you will see yourself being delivered and not only will you be delivered
but you will become the deliverer yourself.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am delivered by God’s word today, I have authority over demons and I

The scripture above states that Jesus gave power to those who received him to
become sons of God. Firstly, we must understand that we do not give our lives to
Christ but Christ gives us his life. So we receive him because he gives himself to
us.

Colossians 2:6 As ye have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: We
have received Christ so we walk in him. We didn’t give our lives to Christ Jesus
because we had no life to offer that’s why the bible says we have passed from
death to life (1 John 3:14) because the day we were not born again we were
walking dead, we had no life to give to Christ but Christ had life to give to us
hence we received his life, we did not give him our lives.

But here is another interesting part of the theme scripture, as many as received
him he gave them power to become sons of God. Meaning that by believing in
Christ Jesus, you were given the power to become his son. In other words, before
you became sons of God you were given the power so that you can become sons
of God. If you were given power before you became sons of God what more after
you become his sons, how much more power do you have now?

This time the God who gave you power to become his son before you were his
son now lives in you. So you don’t just have power alone but you now have God
himself living in you.

That’s why you must walk in power, you must walk in miracles, in signs and in
wonders. You should be conscious of the power of God in you, fear not but walk
in the awareness and boldness of Christ `in you in whatever you do in life in
Jesus name!

1 John 3:14 KJV: We know that we have passed from death unto life, because
we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

As stated in the above scripture, we have passed from death to life because we
love our brethren. Jesus said that he is the life in John 14:6. This means when we
received Jesus we received love and we received life.

According to 1st John 4:8: He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. If
you do not love your brethren then you don't have Christ in you for he is love.
And those that don't have Christ Jesus in them don't have life because he is the
life.

That's why as a believer, the greatest spirituality and godliness you can ever
exercise is love towards the brethren. Children of God should not hate anyone
because that's not the fruit of Christ in them. Have you ever heard someone say
statements like “I just don't like him/her, I don't know why” without a reason, “I
hate him/her I don't know why” This is witchcraft, such statements are ungodly
because God is love.

Love is the greatest gift we can ever exercise. When we do anything let us do it in
love, when we serve God and as we serve others let us do it in love. If it's ministry
let it be done in love. Never allow hate to enter you even if you've been hated by
others. Let love be the motivator of whatever you do. Do everything with the
love of God and for the love of the brethren.

Jesus commanded that we should as well love those who hate us. When we
exercise love we prove that God indeed lives in us.

Allow God to fill you with his love today and exercise that love over others in
Jesus’ name.

Galatians 5:22-23 KJV: [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, [23] Meekness, temperance: against
such there is no law.

Firstly, I would love to start by correcting the common mistake in Christianity,

commonly preached by preachers and even in Sunday schools stating that there is
“The Fruits of the Spirit”, there is no such thing as The Fruits of the Spirit. However,
the correct statement exactly as the bible writes it is “The Fruit of the Spirit”. As
seen in the theme scripture above, the fruit of the Spirit is one, it is singular and not
plural.

The Fruit of the Spirit is love, and the others mentioned are all inside that love.
There is joy in love, there is peace in love, there is longsuffering (endurance) in love,
there is gentleness in love, there is goodness in love, there is faith in love, there is
meekness in love and there is temperance (self-control) in love. Therefore the fruit
of the Spirit is love, once you have love in you then you will have joy, peace,
goodness, longsuffering (endurance), gentleness, faith, meekness and temperance
(self-control).

More interestingly, 1st John 4:8 states that God is love. This means that the fruit of
the Spirit is God himself because God is love. When you show love, you show the
God in you. When you live in hate, it means you lack God in you. And because God is
love, in God is goodness, longsuffering (endurance), gentleness, goodness, faith,
meekness and temperance (self-control). Any man that will manifest God in them
will manifest love in them. It is this very love that causes the manifestation of God’s
miracles, signs and wonders to begin to occur through a man because where God
(love) is there is a manifestation of his power.

If you want God to purely use you to demonstrate his power then ask him to teach
you how to demonstrate his love among others. When you demonstrate the love of
God you demonstrate God himself for God is love.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

Jesus commanded his disciples to teach all nations after he had been with them
and after he taught them. When Jesus teaches you he makes you a teacher so
that you might teach what you learnt from him to others. When Jesus makes you
his disciple he also calls you to disciple others.

As disciples of Christ, we have been commanded to teach all nations. You do not
have to be an Apostle, a Prophet, an Evangelist, a Teacher or a Pastor to teach as
Jesus commanded but you need to be his disciple to teach what he has taught
and commanded you. Every disciple of Christ Jesus must be able to teach the
gospel. If you are a parent you must be able to teach your children the word of
God, if you are a leader in any capacity, whether a religious leader, business
leader or corporate leader, you must be able to lead your people by teaching
them the principles of God's word.

It is the teaching of God's word that will make disciples from all nations. Now
when the bible says to teach to all nations the first thing that comes to many
people's minds is a big stadium or auditorium with people of different races but
what they don't know is that one person can be a nation or one person can carry
nations in them. That's why God said to Abraham and Sarah that out of them
there will be many nations. That one person you decide to reach out to and
minister the word to can carry nations in them.

Imagine ministering the word to one soul and that soul is transformed by your
message and becomes one of the greatest evangelists on earth who wins millions
of souls to Christ Jesus. You would have won millions of souls too.

Be intentional about spreading the Word today and make disciples for Christ
Jesus.

2nd Corinthians 10:4-5 KJV: [4] (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,

imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of
God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ

The day you become a Christian, you enter into warfare against Satan and his
agents. Therefore, you ought to be aware of the warfare you are in to come out
as a conqueror. Many believers today lose spiritual battles because they were
not aware of them in the first place. This is why the great Apostle Paul said in 2
Corinthians 2:11, “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not
ignorant of his devices.”

As the theme scripture stated, our weapons are not carnal. This means that the
carnal mind neither understands the weapons of warfare nor the devil’s devices.
A carnal mind cannot understand when it is under spiritual attack. It takes things
carnally and ignores the spiritual side of them.

As the scripture puts it; God’s people perish due to lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6)
so does the devil use this trickery on ignorant people so that he may cause them
to perish. That’s why when the devil wants to fight you he will cause you not to
access information that your spirit needs to win spiritual battles. He will cause
you to feel lazy to read your bible, he will cause you to stop going to church, he
will cause you to stop praying so that he blocks your ears from hearing the Holy
Spirit and he will bring false information regarding the man/woman of God who is
supposed to feed you with the word so that you stop listening to them.

Now look at the theme scripture again, it states that the weapons of our warfare
are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds casting down
imaginations that raise themselves against the knowledge of God. This means
that demonic strongholds bring imaginations in one's mind against the
knowledge of God. When you see yourself having ungodly imaginations just know
that strongholds are fighting you. This is the reason why you must constantly
engage your mind with God’s word so that you might fight strong holds that bring
evil imaginations into your mind.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I have power over satanic strong holds as the weapons of my warfare are
mighty through God. I will not be brought down by evil imaginations but
the light of God’s word shall be my standard for me to win and to conquer

Luke 10:19 KJV: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and
scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any
means hurt you.

As long as you are born again, you have Christ in you, then you have power over
devils. The theme scripture tells us that Jesus gave us the power to tread on the
snakes and scorpions and over all the enemy’s power. Jesus didn’t say over some
powers of the enemy but over “all” the power of the enemy, Wow!

The word “power” to tread on serpents and scorpions in the theme scripture is
the Greek word “Exousia”, defined as delegated influence, authority or
jurisdiction. The second power word mentioned in the same scripture as over all
the “power” of the enemy is the Greek word "Dunamis" which means a force. This
means God has given us authority over all the forces of the enemy. We have
authority and jurisdiction against dark forces. Therefore, because of the power
God gave us, we cannot be defeated instead we defeat.

However, the lack of awareness and consciousness of this power is what causes
Christians not to walk in it.

Ephesians 4:1 states Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth
nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; The word child in this scripture
is the Greek word “Nepios” which means an immature Christian. Therefore, this
scripture means that if you are an immature Christian you will live like a slave
even though you are a prince of all. Immature Christians are most times unaware
and unconscious of God’s power in them hence they allow fear, disbelief or
doubt to come over them and this is what causes the devil to defeat them.

As a Christian, constantly remind yourself of the power God has given you and
let it sink inside your consciousness that the devil cannot defeat you because
you’ve got authority over snakes and scorpions and over all his powers in Jesus’
name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I have power over demons, I have power over devils and over all the power
of the enemy. Christ lives in me therefore, I walk in his authority. I cannot
loose and I cannot be defeated. I am more than a conqueror in Jesus’

Philippians 2:9-11 KJV: [9]Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and
given him a name which is above every name:[10]That at the name of Jesus
every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things
under the earth;[11]And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is
Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The word name in the above scripture is the Greek word “onoma” which means
character or authority. This simply tells us that according to the scripture above,
Jesus was made a character and an authority above every character and
authority.

When something or someone is given a name, they are given character and
authority. To every name is a certain character and authority. When God was
changing Abram’s name to Abraham God was simply upgrading his character and
authority. Abram means Father while Abraham means Father of a multitude. So
when God changed his name from Abram to Abraham, God was changing his
character from that of a Father alone to that of a Father of a multitude (nations).
He did the same for Jacob to Israel, for Saul to Paul

Hence when God gave Jesus a name above every other name, he gave Jesus an
authority and a character above every other character and authority. So when
we say in the name of Jesus, we are saying in the character and authority of
Jesus. We don't go in our own authority, we don't go in our own character but in
his character and authority of Jesus Christ. This is the same character and
authority we should live by.

Now look at this, cancer is a name, HIV/AIDS is a name with a surname, cerebral
malaria is a name with a surname, tuberculosis, diabetes and all these other
illnesses. Poverty is a name, lack is a name, and failure is a name. All these things
have been given names. This means that they have been given characters and
authorities. But the name of Jesus is a character and authority above all of
these.

Hence at the name of Jesus diseases, sicknesses, poverty and any other name on
earth, below the earth and in heaven should bow down!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I have a good name, I overcome
diseases, I overcome poverty and I overcome failure. In the name of Jesus

Saturday, March 01 POWER TO GET WEALTH

Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV: But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he
that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which
he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

God desires to make his children wealthy. Every son and daughter of God must
be aware of this truth. Our heavenly Father is wealthy in his glory and in his
kingdom and so when he created you in his image and likeness, he designed you
to be wealthy like him. Christians must be wealthy here on earth just as God is
wealthy in his kingdom.

Unfortunately, many Christians have been misled into believing that Christ is not
in the business of prospering individuals. This is a lie from the pit of hell. When
you are saved in the spirit, the results have to be made manifest even in the flesh
and in the material possessions. That is why the salvation of your soul must lead
to the salvation of every area of your life having matured in the word of Christ.

3 John 2: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in
health, even as thy soul prospereth. This scripture here shows that when your
soul prospers, you must also prosper and be in good health. This is what John
wished for the brethren. When you receive salvation of the soul, you must also
be saved from poverty and your body must be saved from sickness as you
should be in good health.

The word “prosper” in the scripture above is the Greek word “eudoo” that is
defined as “succeed in business affairs”. In other words, as your soul prospers
through salvation and the word of God even you as an individual must begin to
prosper in business affairs. This is why the bible in today’s theme scripture
states that it is God who giveth thee power to get wealth. When the soul receives
the word of God and when the mind has been renewed by God’s word the next
thing we should see is prosperity.

When God gives you power to make wealth you become great in your thinking,
you are given wisdom and the spiritual capacity to know how to get that wealth.
God begins to give ideas to your soul and he gives you enough strength to
execute these ideas for the collection of your wealth. Pray today that God gives
you the power to make wealth this year in Jesus’ mighty name
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be broke in life, I will not be poor in life, I will not lack anything in
life. I have enough supply even as God has given me the power to make
wealth. I am wealthy in spirit, in soul and in material possessions in Jesus’

Sunday, March 02 OCCUPY TILL I COME
Luke 19:13 KJV: And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds,
and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

The scripture above was at a time when Jesus gave a parable to his disciples about
a certain nobleman who went into a far country and left some pounds to his 3
servants commanding them to use those pounds wisely until he comes back. This
was signifying the gifts, talents and skills the Lord left to individuals on earth so that
they may use them before Christ comes back again for the benefit of the Kingdom.

However, I want us to learn something here. When Christ stated through his parable
“Occupy Till I Come” he meant that you should become busy with what he has
gifted you with until he comes back in his second coming. The word “Occupy” is the
Greek word “pragmateuomai” which means to “busy oneself with, that is to trade”.
In other words, Christ Jesus said “Do business until I come”. Jesus Christ expects
every son and daughter of his to be busy with a trade, one can trade their skills,
their talents, their ideas, their goods or services.

Being busy saves you from sin. Idle hands are the devil’s workshop; idle lips are his
mouthpiece Proverbs 16:27 (Living Bible). When you are not busy, it is easy for the
devil to tempt you into sin and this is why Jesus said be busy with a trade until I
come. People today have thoughts of stealing, committing sexual immorality or
doing evil simply because they are not busy, they have no reasonable business to
do. This is the reason why areas where there is high unemployment or less business
activities are areas with a high rate of crime. Doing a business will make you focused
on positively impacting your environment. Even the rate of gossip in certain places
is high because people are not busy enough to focus on their business. You can
never mind your own business if you do not have a business to mind.

When Christ said occupy till I come, he expects you to run a business for the benefit
of his kingdom. Find something to trade, it could be in career, in business or in any
other activity that will make you successful. Deliberately and strategically plan to
do business this year in Jesus’ name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be idle or dormant in life and in business. The Lord is giving me
great ideas to execute for the benefit of the society and God’s kingdom. I
will occupy till he comes in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Monday, March 03 MY FATHER’S BUSINESS
Luke 2:49 KJV: And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not
that I must be about my Father's business?

When Jesus was missing for three days, His worried parents, Joseph and Mary,
found Him in the temple, sitting among scholars, listening and asking questions.
When they expressed their concern, Jesus replied, "Why were you looking for me?
Didn’t you know I must be about my Father’s business?"

We have been given a business by our heavenly Father. It’s called the Father’s
business but I also call it the Kingdom business. Jesus was in the temple listening to
the word and asking questions, and this he referred to as his Father’s business. This
means that the temple (the church in this case) and the listening and asking of
questions (the ministry of the word) is what Jesus called his Father’s business.
Hence the Church is the Father’s business and the Word of God is also the Father’s
business.

A business is any organization or activity that engages in the exchange of goods or

services for profit. In this case, the organization here is the church and the goods or
services are the word of God and the profit is souls. This is the Business of the
Kingdom, and when the world tries to mock Christians stating that “Church ministry
is a business done by these so-called Papas” you should agree with them because
the Church is the company/institution and the word of God is the service and
product provided and souls are the profit. Hence in our Father’s business, it’s
mainly about 3 things: the church (the body of Christ), the ministry of the word, and
soul-winning and saint-perfecting and equipping (Ephesians 4:11-12).

This is why we need to take church and the ministry of the word as seriously as we
take businesses. A businessman will apply systems to his institution that will cause
his business to run smoothly and he will take any risk just for him to make profits. As
the body of Christ, we should be serious in this business of the word of God so that
we may have a great profit of souls for our Lord Jesus. Not only must we have
strong spiritual systems but also administrative systems, financial systems and
other serious management systems for the efficient and effective operation of the
Kingdom business to the Glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a skilled and equipped businessman and officer in the business of the
Kingdom, My Father’s business. I will do whatever it takes to make this
business operate here on earth. I will proclaim God’s word and spread it
and I will win souls to Christ Jesus, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!!

Tuesday, March 04 HE GAVE GIFTS TO MEN
Ephesians 4:8-12 KJV: [8]Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led
captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.[9] (Now that he ascended, what is it
but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?[10] He that
descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he
might fill all things.) [11] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and
some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the
saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

From the scripture above, we get to see that after Jesus ascended on high, he led
captivity captive and gave gifts to men. In other words, Jesus got the prison of
darkness held into prison. However, the best thing God did after leading captivity
captive was to give gifts to men. After binding prison into prison, he needed to give
gifts to men so that men could be equipped with those gifts and not be ignorant
enough to behave like they were in prison after being liberated from it.

The scripture in verse 11 continues by mentioning those gifts he gave after leading
captivity captive and these gifts are; some apostles, and some prophets, and some
evangelists, and some pastors and teachers. These are spiritual gifts which were
given to the body of Christ in the form of men for the perfecting of the saints, for
the work of ministry and the edifying of the body of Christ. So the Apostle’s duty is
not only to establish churches on Christ but also to teach the saints how to
establish their homes, their careers or businesses on the foundation of Christ. The
duty of the prophet is not just to prophesy but to teach the saints how to prophesy
to themselves and their own families, the duty of the evangelist won’t be to just pull
a crowd of souls to Christ but to also teach the saints how to win souls in their
families and around them. The duty of the pastor and teacher won’t just be to
pastor and teach the church but to teach the saints how to pastor and teach their
own families and the people under their care.

This message is for us to regard the gifts God has given us in the form of men, the
apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers and pastors. We should treasure them as
God’s gifts given to us and pray for them as well.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will honour those God has sent to teach me and equip me in the things of
the Spirit. I will not be ignorant of the gifts God has given to the church for
the perfecting of the saints but I will honour them and pray for them. In
Jesus’ name, Amen!.

Wednesday, March 05 PERFECTING THE SAINTS
Ephesians 4:11-12 KJV: [11] And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and
some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; [12] For the perfecting of the
saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

One of the reasons why God gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and
teachers to the body of Christ was for the perfecting of the saints. The theme
scripture, by stating this, points to the fact that the saints in the church are not
perfect but need to be perfected. They are called saints in the scripture yet they
need perfection. In other words, you don’t need to be perfect for you to be a saint
but you need to be a saint for you to be perfect. The word “saint” is the Greek word
“hagios” which means Holy or consecrated. So you are consecrated and made holy
not by your works of righteousness but by the righteousness of Christ in you
(Hebrews 10:14).

Therefore, when you receive Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you are made a saint
immediately, In other words, you are consecrated and made holy immediately.
However, you will now need to undergo the process of perfection and that’s why
the bible states that he gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and
teachers for the perfecting of the saints. So the saints are not perfect but they need
perfection through the ministry of God’s servants. The church is not for perfect
people but for perfecting people. For this reason, we have no right to judge the
saints who come into the church or who serve in any capacity in the church when
they are at fault or when they sin, instead, we must restore them in the spirit of
meekness being aware of our shortcomings lest we fall ourselves (Galatians 6:1) .

We do not go to church as perfect but we go to church to be perfected. When you

are a saint you may not be perfect but you will certainly be perfected. Keep going to
church, keep believing and keep on being perfected, be teachable and be a good
listener and doerer of the word for your complete perfection in Christ Jesus.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am a saint and I am made perfect by the ministry of Christ through the
apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. I will not judge
anybody’s imperfections but I will hope for their perfection in Christ as he
also perfects me. I am holy and righteous. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Thursday, March 06 SPEAK THE WORD ONLY
Matthew 8:8,13 KJV: The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that
thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant
shall be healed.13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou
hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame
hour.

From the scriptures above, the centurion had a servant who was sick and when he
told Jesus about it, Jesus said that he was going to his house to see him but the
centurion's faith would not suffer Jesus to walk to his house instead he told Jesus
that “but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed”. The scripture in
verse 13 of the same scripture then records that his servant was healed the same
hour.

This centurion understood the power of speaking the word. Note that he said to
Jesus “Speak The Word Only” and my servant shall be healed. This centurion knew
that only when the word is spoken will something happen. He knew that the healing
of his servant was going to come by speaking of the word.

Child of the Most High, it is high time you learnt how to Speak The Word Only in
your life. When you feel sick, speak the word only, when you are lacking money
speak the word only, when faced with attacks speak the word only, when
persecuted and mocked speak the word only, when things are not moving according
to how you planned speak the word only.

The word that is spoken has got the ability to effect change in an environment. The
word of God has got no limits to physical or geographical distances but can travel in
split seconds as soon as it is spoken. When you cannot physically travel to certain
locations speak the word only and it will travel on your behalf. You can literally send
the word to certain locations to execute certain assignments for you by speaking it
out. Speak the word only today and forever!!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I speak the word over my life, I am unstoppable, I am undefeated, I am
more than a conqueror, I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am anointed, I am

Friday, March 07 PRAY, DON’T FAINT
Luke 18:1 KJV: And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always
to pray, and not to faint;

If you are not praying then you are fainting. Prayer is very vital for your spirit and
soul. When you pray, you are strengthened in the spirit. The word “to faint” in the
theme scripture is the Greek word “ekkakeo” which means to be bad or weak that is
by implication to fail in heart. Prayerlessness will make you bad, prayerlessness will
make you weak and prayerlessness will make you fail in heart. When you don’t pray
you will have a heart failure, that is what Jesus meant by men ought always to pray
and not faint.

However, prayer is not as complicated as many think. Praying is not shouting or

screaming on top of your voice so God can hear you, it is not shaking your head up,
down, left and right for something to happen. Prayer is you talking to God and God
talking to you. Prayer is a dialogue communication between you and God. When you
pray you talk to God your Father.

However, when you talk to your Father, will he just keep quiet and respond to you
days, months or years later? No! But he will respond to you right as you are
speaking to him. Prayer should be a conversation between you and your Father
God. Hence when we pray, when we talk to God, we should give him the chance to
speak back to us by keeping quiet and focusing to listen inside the heart of our
spirits to what he is saying. God speaks to us from the inside of us and so when he
speaks it is the repetitive noise we make that blocks our focus from hearing him.
During prayer there are times that you should keep quiet and hear what the Spirit of
God is saying, then your next prayers will have direction and you will see your
answers easily.

When God speaks to us during prayer, it is his voice and words that then give our
spirits, souls and even our mortal bodies the strength to operate effectively in the
spirit and even physically.

Psalms 103:20 speaks of how Angels excel in strength when they hearken unto
God’s voice. If angels which are not made in his image can excel in strength upon
hearing the voice of God, how much more of us who were made in his image, we will
excel in greater strength upon hearing him. The beauty of prayer comes from the
voice and words God replies to us as we communicate to him. That voice and those
words are what gives us strength to not faint in spirit.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not faint but I will pray. My spirit, soul and body shall be made strong

Hebrews 11:1 KJV: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of
things not seen

The description of Faith above can be broken down into keywords highlighted in
bold letters. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things
not seen. These keywords are “the substance”, “the evidence” and “things not
seen”.

The substance of things hoped for is the confidence we receive from the Holy Spirit
to hope for what we expect. This is a Spiritual substance, it comes from the Spirit.
The evidence simply means that we have proof of what we can’t see with our
physical eyes. The unseen is the spiritual. The things in the spiritual realm cannot be
seen with physical eyes hence they are unseen.

Therefore, Faith is being confident in the Spirit for the things we hope for and
having proof of the things in the spiritual realm that we can’t physically see.

The proof or evidence of things in the spiritual realm (the unseen) is the word of
God. Whatever God did for anyone is recorded in the word hence the word
becomes our proof of getting things from the spiritual realm.

You believe in God for wealth, a business, a job, a marriage, children, healing or any
other thing. All these things are unseen to your physical eyes yet they are readily
available in the spiritual realm. God has given these things freely to you (1
Corinthians 2:12) but you then need the word of God which is your evidence to
access them from the spiritual realm to the natural realm.

This is why when we back up our prayers with the scriptures our prayers become
effective and when we apply God’s word in our lives we get access to the spiritual
realm and automatically manifest what God has given us in the spiritual realm into
the natural realm. From today, always pray and make declarations with reference to
the scriptures. Study the word and pray according to the word.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not faint but I will pray. My spirit, soul and body shall be made strong
even as I pray. I will hear the voice of God during prayer and I will move

MMark 16:17 KJV: And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall
they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Speaking with new tongues is one of the signs that follow those who believe as
mentioned by the theme scripture above. When you believe in Jesus Christ as your
Lord and Saviour, speaking with new tongues is one of the signs that will follow you.
In other words, one of the signs that show that you are a believer is speaking in
tongues.

Furthermore, for you to speak in tongues you must desire to speak them as 1
Corinthians 14 states that: desire spiritual gifts and you should as well believe in the
Lord for those tongues. Remember, the scripture says that tongues will follow those
who believe as a sign of their belief. Hence if you desire to speak in tongues just
believe that you will speak them and as you begin to pray daily and consistently the
Spirit of God will touch your lips to utter those tongues you desire to speak.

1 Corinthians 14:4 KJV: Anyone who speaks in a tongue edifies themselves, but the
one who prophesies edifies the church. The word “edifies” in this scripture above is
the word “oikodomeo” which means to be a house builder, that is to construct. In
other words, when you speak in tongues you build your spirit up, you construct
your spirit to a place of growth and maturity. So tongues are vital for the building
up of your spirit. Moreover, “For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to
people but to God. Indeed, no one understands them; they utter mysteries by the
Spirit” (1 Corinthians 4:2 KJV). When you speak in tongues you speak a language
that no other spirit can understand but God alone, demons and Satan cannot
understand the tongues you speak to God.

When you speak these tongues, you speak mysteries to God. This is the advantage
of speaking in tongues; when you speak in tongues your words become a mystery to
the devil that he can’t understand them, and your life becomes a mystery that the
devil and any enemy of yours cannot understand. Whenever you speak in tongues
you do not only build your spirit man but you as well make your life a mystery so
the enemy will not understand the point at which he can attack you because your
language and environment becomes mysterious to him, he can’t understand you, he
can’t trace your movements and plans. Speak in tongues often!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will speak in new tongues in Jesus name, the Holy Spirit is touching my
lips and my lips shall utter tongues speaking mysteries to God and edifying
my spirit. I will pray in tongues in Jesus’ name, Amen!.

Monday, March 10 DIVERSE KINDS OF TONGUES
1 Corinthians 12:8-10 KJV: [8] For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom;
to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; [9] To another faith by the
same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; [10] To another the
working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to
another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:

The scripture above mentions some of the gifts given to individuals by the Spirit
and one of them is the gift of “divers kinds of tongues”. There is a difference
between tongues as spoken in Mark 16:17 and diverse kinds of tongues in 1
Corinthians 12:10. Tongues in Mark 16:17 are a sign that follows when one believes,
mostly for the edification of saints while “divers kinds of tongues” are a gift to speak
many unknown languages or different kinds of unknown languages. Moreover,
tongues are a language and the more you speak that language the more you become
spiritually fluent in it.

There are 3 kinds of tongues as mentioned in the bible. There are tongues of men,
tongues of Angels (1 Corinthians 13:1) and tongues of God (1 Corinthians 14:2).

Tongues of Angels are tongues which are spoken in the realm of angels by angels.
According to 1 Corinthians 13:1 men can speak in tongues of Angels. This usually
happens when there are Angels around a man and as the Holy Spirit gives
utterance, men begin to communicate with angels through speaking these tongues.

Then tongues of men are those tongues spoken in an earthly foreign language
having been given utterance by the Spirit and they are spoken by someone who
doesn’t know that language. Such an incident can be seen in Acts 2 on the day of
Pentecost as the believers who were filled with the Holy Ghost began to
supernaturally speak in languages of other nations.

Then the tongues spoken of in 1 Corinthians 14:2 KJV as follows 14: For anyone who
speaks in a tongue does not speak to people but to God. Indeed, no one
understands them; they utter mysteries by the Spirit. These I refer to as the
tongues of God because they are only spoken to God and understood by God alone
and no man, angel or spirit can understand them except God himself. Speak these
tongues more often for the fluency of your spiritual language and for your
edification
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will grow in my fluency of tongues, I will speak diverse kinds of tongues
as the Spirit gives me utterance. My spirit shall be edified and I shall speak
mysteries in the spirit. I will speak angelic tongues and attract Angels
around me. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

1 Corinthians 14:1 KJV: Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit,
especially prophecy.

The great Apostle Paul speaks in his letter to the Corinthians above that after
following the way of love we must desire spiritual gifts, especially prophecy. So
prophecy is a spiritual gift which we must eagerly desire to have. You don’t need to
be a prophet to have the gift of prophecy but you need to be a son and a daughter
of God for you to have it.

On the other hand, it doesn’t mean that when you have the gift of prophecy then
you are a Prophet but the gift of prophecy can be on any believer who desires it and
that’s the reason why Paul desired that we may all have the gift of prophecy.

Now let’s see the function of this gift prophecy, 1 Corinthians 14:3 KJV states: But
he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and
comfort. Hence prophecy’s function is to speak to men unto edification,
exhortation and comfort. When you prophesy, you are speaking words of
edification, words of exhortation and words of comfort to another as the Spirit
gives you utterance. Prophecy should not bring discouragement, confusion or fear
but it must build, encourage and put things to order as written in the scriptures.

Prophecy is not calling out names, NRCs or people’s phone numbers or telling them
what they did in the past but prophecy is uttering words that build, counsel and
comfort others. However, the knowing of someone else’s facts supernaturally like
calling their names, phone numbers or telling them what happened to them in the
past is called the gift of the word of knowledge. This gift can operate hand in hand
with prophecy but is not prophecy in itself. The gift of the word of knowledge can
only be a driver to prophecy, it can drive a prophecy towards being spoken to
someone.

Getting back to the gift of prophecy, every son and daughter of God must have this
gift. You may not be a prophet to the church or to the nations but you are certainly
called to prophesy into your own life, to your family, to your children and to your
destiny by uttering by the Spirit words of edification, exhortation and comfort.
When you mature in Christ what another Prophet prophesies to you will only be
confirmation of what God spoke to you and this is God’s will for the church.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Thank you Lord for the gift of prophecy to me and the body of Christ. I will
operate in the gift of prophecy for exhortation, edification and comfort .
My spirit shall be sensitive to utter the oracles of God in Jesus’ Mighty
name, Amen!

1 Corinthians 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to
another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the
interpretation of tongues:

The God we serve is a God of miracles and this is why one of the gifts of the Spirit is
working of miracles. Notice that the theme scripture does not state “The gift of
miracles” but it states the gift of “working miracles”. This simply means that
miracles are worked out. It means that a miracle cannot occur in a place until it is
worked out. There has got to be some action done and some work to be done for a
miracle to take place. This is why those waiting for a miracle to happen to them
while they are just seated will never see the miracle happen.

Miracles are not just said or believed but they are worked out. This is why when
Jesus worked the miracle of opening the eyes of the blind man, he took soil and
mixed it with his saliva to make mud and placed it over the blind man’s eyes and he
began to see. That was a miracle worked out. He ordered the people at the wedding
in Cana to get water and pour it into the jars which were filled with wine and that
water turned to wine, that was a miracle worked out.

In life, don’t just believe in miracles happening to you and don’t just say that they
will happen but work them out. If you believe in God for a financial miracle don’t
just say it but begin to work it out, find a business to do, open a bank account if you
don’t have one, register a company and see that miracle being worked out. If you
have a disease, try doing what you couldn’t do and see the miracle being worked
out, if you are believing in God for anything just work it out and see God make it
happen.

Working of miracles can be done by anybody who has the Holy Spirit in them and
working of miracles is an action of faith. This gift is a power gift, it is a “doing” gift.
As faith works with action so do miracles happen, they happen when one does an
action. Choose to take action today and work out those miracles.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
God has made me a miracle worker, I will work out miracles. I will not live
in disbelief but I will live a naturally supernatural life through faith in
Christ Jesus. I will work miracles in my life, in my society and in my world.

James 4:7 KJV: Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will
flee from you.

In many instances, Christians are mostly conversant with the second part of the
scripture above which states "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" but tend
not to see the “Submit yourselves therefore to God” which is the first part of the
scripture.

In other words, to resist the devil and for him to flee from you, you need to submit
yourself first to God. Many people want to resist the devil minus submitting
themselves to God and this is where they get it wrong. Fleeing from the devil
requires you to be first in obedience to God. When you are not in obedience to God
you are already the devil's candidate. When you are living in disobedience to God
you are certainly living in obedience to Satan.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the word Submit is defined as to give

way to someone or something that one can no longer resist.

In other words again, to resist the devil you must give way to God to a point that
you can no longer resist him. Obey his voice and his instructions, don't ignore his
voice.

Have you noticed that many times you are about to do something wrong or evil
there is a voice that whispers to you not to do it. That is God speaking to you but
you shouldn't resist his voice. When you resist God's voice you automatically
become subject to the devil's voice.

Now and forward, submit yourself to God. Allow God to lead you, allow him to speak
to your consciousness and do not resist him.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The voice of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit shall be amplified in me
and I will not resist it and the devil is fleeing from me in Jesus' name.

Friday, March 14 SUBMISSION IN MARRIAGE
Ephesians 5:22-24 KJV: [22]Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as
unto the Lord. [23]For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the
head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. [24]Therefore as the church
is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

The same order of submission between Christ and the church is the same order that
the Lord commands between a husband and a wife. The wife is to submit to the
husband just as the church submits to Christ.

This also means that the husband has to submit to Christ, Christ must be the head
of the husband even as he is being the head of the wife. Therefore, the husband has
to lead the wife just as Christ does lead the church. Him being the head means he
should have the mind of Christ, he must follow the leading of the Spirit and must
lead the wife by the mind of Christ both in spiritual and physical things.

During wedding ceremonies, the Father to the bride walks down the aisle with her,
to hand her over to the groom. This simply means that the Father now gives over his
daughter to the subjection of her husband. The same way the daughter honoured
and was subject to her Father is the same way she should then honour and be
subject to her husband. At this moment, the husband becomes her Father and must
lead and love her just as her Father did and just as Christ does love and lead the
church.

Whenever God wants to bless a marriage and a family he looks at the head of that
family. When he sees two heads, he sees a monster. He sees something that he did
not create in his image and resists it. Therefore, wives must respect, honour and
follow the leading of their husbands in their speech and their actions then God’s
hand will rest upon their marriages.

The respect and honour a wife gives to her husband has enough power to win over
the husband (1 Peter 3:1-7). The greatest strength a woman has in marriage is in her
having a sweet and honourable conversation with honour to her husband.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My marriage is blessed by the Lord and I will walk in honour and love to my
spouse. We shall not be divided but we shall live in the order of submission
and love which Christ has set in the body of Christ and in my marriage in

1 Peter 3:13-14 KJV: [13] Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the

them that do well.

The scripture above commands that believers should submit themselves to every
ordinance of men for the Lord’s sake. Therefore, submission should not only be
done to the Lord but also to the authorities that the Lord Jesus appoints because
he sends them for the punishment of evildoers and for the reward of those who do
well. This also means that the rulers who do not punish evildoers but support them
or are evildoers themselves are not sent by God because the rulers sent by God are
sent for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of them that do well.

God is a God of order and when he appoints men in places of authority it’s for the
sake of order in that society, community or government. Each time you speak ill of
such a person in a position of power you are speaking against the order and
purpose of God.

Ecclesiastes 10:20 KJV: Curse not the king, no not in thy thought; and curse not
the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the voice, and that
which hath wings shall tell the matter.

There are some people in our societies today who have insulted presidents, political
leaders, ministers or other leaders without knowing that they were insulting God’s
appointments and this is the reason why they are stagnant in life, it’s because they
spoke against God’s appointment.

Learn to work with the leaders of the day submissively, putting them in your
prayers and being in obedience to them then you will be standing for God’s cause
and when your time comes, the Lord himself will trust you enough to appoint you in
places of authority and others shall honor you and submit to you just as you did to
your authorities.

Acts 16:25-26 KJV: [25] And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises
unto God: and the prisoners heard them. [26] And suddenly there was a great
earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately
all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.

We see in the scripture above that after Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to
God there was suddenly a great earthquake that broke open the prison doors. There
was a prison break that was orchestrated by prayer and praise made by Paul and
Silas. Prayer and praise will make the prison break. Just my thoughts, Paul and Silas
might have taken a midnight break just to pray and praise God. I call it the prayer
and praise break! It will cause the prison break!

There are times when the devil puts people into prison but there is a sure weapon
of warfare that can deliver them out, it is their prayer and praise. Prayer and praise
are spiritual weapons of war that have got the ability to break demonic prisons.
There are certain battles in life that do not require you to fight but just to engage in
serious prayer before your God and that require you to just praise him. When you
begin to praise God, he sets you free from any form of prison that binds your life.

The noise that comes out of praise has got enough strength to break the
foundations of the earth and break open prison doors. Sometimes you don’t need
to bind the devil but what you need to do is to pray and praise him . When you
praise the Lord, he takes up your battles and begins to fight for you.

You might have been in a financial prison, spiritual prison, a prison of sickness, a
prison of sin or addiction, a prison of sickness or any prison, begin to pray and
praise God today and forever and you will see those prison gates breaking forth for
your release. Be delivered by your praise and prayer to God in Jesus name.

Mark 16:17-18 KJV: [17] And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name
shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; [18] They shall take
up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall
lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Casting out devils, speaking in tongues, taking up serpents, being unharmed when
you drink any deadly thing and healing the sick are all signs that follow those who
believe in the Lord Jesus.

Therefore, healing of the sick is not for pastors, prophets, apostles and evangelists
alone but it is for believers. It is a sign that follows the believers. In other words, if
you want to see a sign that indeed you are a believer then you should be capable of
healing the sick.

Now, let's see how the Lord Jesus said that we should heal the sick. The Lord said
“They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover”. So the laying on of hands
on the sick will cause the sick to recover. The common mistake many believers make
is that they pray to God for the healing of the sick instead of laying their hands on
the sick and this is the reason why they usually don’t see instant healings taking
place. Many believers will either tell the sick person “Let us pray” or hold hands
with the sick person then begin to ask God to heal that sick person. We do not ask
God for healing instead we declare God’s healing on someone who is sick while
laying our hands on them.

When you are dealing with healing, this is something God already gave to you the
day you believed as a sign to you. It is your awareness and consciousness of this
truth that will cause you to operate in healing. When you are sick or have sick
people around, lay hands on yourself or lay hands on them declaring healing in the
name of Jesus and see the sickness vacating. Live a healthy life with this knowledge
and go heal the sick.

Tuesday, March 18 DRUNK IN THE SPIRIT
Ephesians 5:18-19 KJV:[18] And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be
filled with the Spirit;[19] Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

From the scripture above, we are told not to be drunk with wine but to be filled with
the Spirit. Many people drink wine for different reasons and these are some of the
reasons why people drink wine; because they want to have fun. They are
heartbroken, because of the pressures of life and others because they want to feel
a certain kind of way, and because they are depressed.

However, all these reasons as to why people drink alcohol are never solved by the
alcohol they drink. Instead, the alcohol just makes them feel different for a moment
and the following day they are back to the reality of what they are going through
and they will retake alcohol to feel better hence going through the same cycle.

But I have Good News, the scriptures state that we should not be drunk with
alcohol but we should be filled with the Holy Ghost. In other words, be drunk with
the Holy Ghost!! Wow! When you are filled with the Spirit he won’t temporarily make
you feel good like alcohol but he will fill you with everlasting joy, everlasting peace
and everlasting goodness. Once filled with the Holy Ghost you will walk in peace,
your life will be filled with goodness and joy will be your everyday language. Not
only that, once you are filled with the Spirit you are filled with God himself. You now
begin to walk in power, in boldness, in authority and love, you become undefeated
and unshaken.

Alcohol addiction can be broken by being filled with the Holy Spirit, any kind of
addiction, or any ungodly trait can be broken by being filled with the Spirit. To be
filled with the Spirit, believe that Jesus is Lord over your life and that God raised
him from the dead and constantly dedicate your life in prayer and worship,
believing in the touch of the Holy Ghost and you will have an encounter of him from
within you and on you.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I dedicate my life to the Lord Jesus and I believe that he will ever fill me
with the Holy Spirit. I will not be drunk by alcohol but I will be drunk in the

Wenesday, March 19 THE SPIRIT WORD (SWORD)
Ephesians 6:17 KJV: And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit,
which is the word of God:

As part of the armour of God, as mentioned in the theme scripture above the sword
of the Spirit is the word of God. Something is interesting to learn from this
scripture; when you look at the word “Sword” it starts with the letter S and ends
with the letters w.o.r.d which is “word”. So the “S” in the word “Sword” stands for
Spirit and the rest of the letters in the word “Sword” remain “word”. So what makes
the Sword of the Spirit is the Spirit and the Word.

S + Word=Sword. This is the Spirit Word brothers and sisters. This is why there is no
word without the Spirit and there is no Spirit without the word. We can never have
the sword of the Spirit minus the Spirit and the word combined. This explains why
one cannot preach the word without the inspiration of the Spirit otherwise they will
become motivational speakers and one cannot demonstrate the Spirit without the
word otherwise they will become magicians, sorcerers or tricksters.

The word of God comes from the inspiration of the Spirit and that’s why in Genesis
1:1-3 when the earth was without form and void and darkness covered the face of
the deep, the Spirit of God moved on the waters, then God spoke his word “let there
be light”. Notice that God only spoke the word after his Spirit moved. This is why as
a Christian or as a minister of the gospel never preach or teach without
experiencing the move of the Spirit on and within your spirit, only speak words
when you experience the move of the Spirit and then your words will be sharp as a
sword.

This is why it’s important to always be in consistent fellowship with the Holy Spirit
through prayer, meditation, worship and fasting, this causes you to experience the
movement of God’s Spirit. Nevertheless, you cannot experience the move of the
Spirit without God’s word, the word is what positions your inner man for the move
of the Spirit, this is why it’s important to pray with the word and minister with the
word.

The Spirit and the Word make God’s Sword. There is no Spirit without the Word and
there is No Word without the Spirit.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not speak any word minus the Spirit but my words shall be inspired
by the Spirit of God. I will experience the movement of the Spirit in my life
and the word of God is my advantage. I carry the sword of the Spirit in
Jesus’ name, Amen.

Romans 12:1 KJV: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that
ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your
reasonable service.

The greatest sacrifice you can offer to God is your body. When you offer your body
to God then you have offered the best sacrifice to him. When the body is your
biggest offering and sacrifice, all other offerings and sacrifices will become easy to
give.

However, something is interesting here, when the scripture says that offer your
bodies as a living sacrifice that means that you are not your bodies and your bodies
are not you. So you offer your body as a living sacrifice because you are not your
body, otherwise, the scripture would have stated that “offer yourselves as living
sacrifices” and not “offer your bodies”, this is because your body is not you. Who
then is it that God is telling to offer their bodies as a living sacrifice? It is the spirit (it
is you, the inner man).

You are a spirit, who has a soul and possesses a body. When God created you, he
did not create you as flesh but as spirit. That is why the bible states that he created
man in his image (Genesis 1:27) and he formed man from the dust of the ground
(Genesis 2:7). So God created man as spirit and formed flesh for his spirit and that’s
why after he formed the flesh out of the dust of the ground the flesh was lifeless
not until God breathed his spirit into man and he became a living soul, what God
breathed into the flesh of man was the very spirit that God had created in Genesis
1:27. (also read Ezekiel 37:9-10_ the breath gave the dead bodies life).

Therefore, it takes the spirit (which is you) to offer your body as a living sacrifice,
but when you are weak in spirit it will be difficult for you to even move your body
towards God’s will. When the body is stronger than the spirit the body will control
you but when you (your spirit) is stronger than your body then you will control your
flesh. Sin is mostly due to the inability of your spirit to control your flesh. Those
that are able to control their flesh are people who have strength in their spirits.
Those who offer their bodies to God as a living sacrifice have got the strength in
their spirit to offer it, this is why it’s important to feed on the word, pray and fast as
these exercises strengthen the spirit man to the capacity that it is able to have
power over the flesh.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I offer by body as a living sacrifice to God today, I will not walk according
to the flesh but according to the Spirit of God. I will not live in sin but in

Romans 12:2 KJV: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by
the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,
and perfect, will of God.

Transformation comes from the renewing of the mind. The mind of a human being
can either destroy or build them. Your life today is a result of what you think in your
mind, as a man thinks so is he (Proverbs 23:7). Hence when God created you in his
image, he created you to think like him so that you can operate like him but for the
devil to stop you from manifesting in the image and likeness of God he brings
thoughts into your mind that are ungodly, he does this to make you move away
from God’s will.

Now see, the bible states that be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that
you may prove what is the good, acceptable and perfect will of God. The word
“prove” there in the scripture is the Greek word “dokimazo” which means to discern
or to examine. Firstly, this means that the will of God has to be discerned and the
renewing of your mind is what causes you to discern God’s will. The ability to
discern comes by renewing your mind.

Moreover, the word says to be transformed by renewing your mind so that you may
discern God’s will. This means one cannot discern God’s will unless they are
transformed. The word transformed there in scripture is the Greek word
“metamorphoo”, which means to transfigure, the same word appears in 1
Corinthians 3:18 (“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of
the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the
Spirit of the Lord.”) as changed. So this means that for us to be metamorphosed
into the image of the son from glory to glory we need to have a renewed mind.

Renewing your mind means you are getting rid of the old mind by filling it in with
the new one. Renewing your mind happens when you begin to erase certain old
habits or ungodly information in you. You renew your mind through constantly
meditating on God’s word, listening to sermons and being found among people who
have Godly conversations. The information you hear is what renews your mind.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My old mind is gone, my new mind is here, I will not think negatively but
positively. I am transformed to discern God’s perfect will and to behold
the image of Jesus from glory to glory in Jesus’ name, Amen!

James 1:23-24 KJV: For if anyone only listens to the word [without obeying it, he is
like a man who looks very carefully at his natural face in a mirror; 24 for once he
has looked at himself and gone away, he immediately forgets what he looked like.

God’s word is our mirror and so whenever we see his word, we must see ourselves
there. As stated in the above scripture when anyone does not do the word they are
like a man who looks at himself in the mirror and immediately forgets how he looks
when he is out of that mirror. Therefore, the word of God being the mirror shows
you who you are, it reveals your identity in Christ to you but after getting to know
your identity by God’s word, the mirror, do not forget who you are, do not forget
your image.

2 Corinthians 3:18 AMP: And we all, with unveiled face, continually seeing as in a
mirror the glory of the Lord, are progressively being transformed into His image
from [one degree of] glory to [even more] glory, which comes from the Lord, [who
is] the Spirit.

As this scripture above states, we are “continually seeing as in a mirror the glory of
God” and are being transformed into God’s image from glory to glory. In other
words, when we receive the word, we begin to behold the face of God and that’s
where transformation begins. As God made us in his image, he wants us to look at
his word and see ourselves there. God is the word, so when we look deep into the
word we look deep into God and when we look deep into God we see ourselves
because the word of God is our mirror.

God’s plans and purpose for your life are inside his word, study the word with
guidance of the Holy Spirit to know them. If you want to make the right decisions in
your life make sure you consult God’s word before doing anything, check what the
word says. The more you look at this mirror the more you know who you are. The
more you learn and do the word the more you learn yourself, the more you discover
your true identity. Be deliberate about studying, listening and practicing God’s
word today.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Make me a doer of your word, as I study and listen to God’s word and I will
be transformed into the image of the son. The word of God is my mirror
and I will look into it for me to know and walk in my purpose in this life. In

Proverbs 28:1 KJV: The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are
bold as a lion.

Boldness is a manifestation of righteousness. One sign of righteousness in a person

is their boldness. The word bold in the scripture above is the Hebrew word “batach”
which means to be confident or sure. Being bold means being confident and sure of
what you are doing. That sounds like faith, faith is the substance of things hoped for
and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Faith is being sure of things you
can’t see. And so when the bible states that the just (righteous) shall live by faith it
is talking about those who are bold, their confidence in life is what makes them
stand out.

Now look, the Bible states that the righteous are as bold as a lion, have you ever
wondered why a lion is the king of the jungle? It’s because of its boldness. It’s not
just because of its size and strength but because of its boldness. Its boldness
intimidates its opponents and its boldness is seen as it roars. When you are as bold
as a lion, you will be king.

What causes certain people to reach certain heights in life is not because of their
qualifications but their boldness to stand up for themselves and their goals. They
may not be the best but their confidence got them the win.

A lack of boldness will cause you to lose out on many things. Your boldness can get
your dream business to work out, it can get you connected to people of influence
and can even get you to be employed in the company of your dreams. When you go
for job interviews, walk in that interview room well dressed and confident like you
own those interviews and be bold in your speech and see that Job as yours. When
doing business, do not be nervous to make business networks and operations but
do it with confidence and surety then you will see great results. When preaching or
teaching the gospel, do it with full confidence and you will see God’s power being
made manifest. In whatever you do, just be bold!

I am as bold as Lion, I am not timid, I fear nothing but God and I cannot be
intimidated. My boldness will make me shine and I am bold to make it

Isaiah 9:6 KJV: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the
government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful,
Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Today’s theme scripture is the prophecy of Isaiah concerning a child being born and
a son being given who shall have the government on his shoulder. Now see these
are the names Isaiah mentions that this child who will be born shall be called;
Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God (in capital letters), the everlasting Father,
The Prince of Peace. In other words, Isaiah was saying that this child who will be
born will be God himself and will be the Everlasting Father himself. This also means
that God, the everlasting Father was going to be born on earth and he will be given
to the earth as a son.

Therefore, when the Father was born in flesh on earth he was born as a child, he was
given as a son. So when Jesus is not on Earth he is God the everlasting Father but
when he is born on Earth he is God the Son. This is why he said to the Jews that “56
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.58 Jesus
said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am (John
8:56,58) He said Abraham rejoiced to see him and when they disputed he said
before Abraham was I am. Correct English suggests that he would have said that
“before Abraham was I was” but he instead says before Abraham was I am. He was
saying that he is the I AM who introduced himself to Moses as the God of Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob. He is the I Am that I Am. Jesus said in his own words that he is God
by stating to the Jews the very name God introduced to Moses.

Be confident of your faith in Jesus and know that when Jesus Christ says he lives in
you as the bible says it then be rest assured that you carry the creator inside you,
you walk with him in you, talk with him in you, eat with him in you and do everything
with him in you. You are bigger than what you think you are. And by reason of this
revelation you should know how to defend your Faith and live a life full of dominion.

Tuesday, March 25 JESUS IS THE SPIRIT
2nd Corinthians 3:17 KJV: Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the
Lord is, there is liberty.

The Lord Jesus is the very Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is the very Spirit of our Lord
Jesus Christ. This is the reason why when he came on Earth as God the Son, he had
the Spirit without measure. John 3:34 KJV: For he whom God hath sent speaketh
the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. When he was
on Earth he had the fullness of the Holy Spirit, without measure, because the very
Spirit was him living in his body. Just as man is a spirit inside the body, the Holy
Spirit was Jesus inside his body. And this is the reason why the Holy Ghost had not
yet come on the disciples because the Spirit was still inside Jesus. It was later after
Jesus gave up his Ghost on the cross that the disciples then received the Holy
Ghost on them because the Holy Ghost the disciples had received on them was the
very Ghost that Jesus gave up on the cross. Mark 15: 37 KJV: And Jesus cried with a
loud voice, and gave up the ghost.

As you will note, there is a difference between a spirit and a ghost. A ghost is only a
ghost after leaving the body upon death. As long as it is living inside a man’s body it
is called a spirit but when it leaves the body upon death it becomes a ghost. So the
bible states that Jesus gave up the Ghost and in Acts 2:4 we see the disciples
receiving the very Ghost which was the Holy Ghost: “And they were all filled with
the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them
utterance” (Acts 2:4).

This also signifies that the death of Jesus Christ was the release of the Holy Ghost
on us. Hence the very Spirit of God is the very Spirit of the body of Jesus, who came
on earth died and was buried and who resurrected and ascended far above all
heavens. Colosians 2: 9 KJV: For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead
bodily. Jesus is God the Father, Jesus is God the Son and Jesus is God the Spirit.
With this information, you should know that the very Jesus dwelling inside you is
the very Father and Holy Spirit in you and knowing this you should not fail in life
cause the creator himself lives in you. Your spirit should be awakened to this reality
to walk in power.

Wednesday, March 26 WISDOM FOR SOUL WINNERS
Proverbs 11:30 KJV: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth
souls is wise.

Winning souls is for the wise. It takes wisdom to win souls to Jesus. The bible calls it
winning because when you lead a Soul to salvation you have gained a win, and that
act of winning is only for the wise, foolish people don't win, they lose. When a
person is foolish they will lose souls but when a person is wise they will win souls.
To win something you should be wise enough to apply certain wise strategies for
the win. If you are a man who wants to win over a lady whom you want to marry, you
won't just go straight and tell her that you love her but you will do certain things to
win her slowly but surely. You start by showing care, paying attention to her, you
will get her gifts and before anything, you will investigate what she likes and act
accordingly and get her what she wants (for God so loved that he gave, love gives)
and Before you know it she will begin to show interest and as you talk over and over
again she would have been won to you.

Winning souls requires the same kind of wisdom, for God so loved the world that he
gave (John 3:16). If you are not a giver you can't win a soul, just as you can’t win a
lady/man over. When winning souls you should be ready to give not just your words
to the person you are winning over to the Lord but also to give a listening ear, hear
what they are going through, pay particular attention to what they have to say,
don't be quick to judge, it shows you care. Be ready to also give materially when you
have, because sometimes telling someone that God loves them is not enough but
demonstrating God's love is.

When winning souls be wise enough not to judge people otherwise you will lose the
soul instead of winning them. Be graceful enough to show them kindness despite
their sinful behaviour, for the goodness of the Lord is what leads to repentance
(Romans 2:4). This is the wisdom of winning souls.

Demonstrating God's power and Spirit is also the wisdom of winning souls. You
cannot win someone over to Christ Jesus minus you demonstrating to them that
Jesus is a reality and not just a mere story. Jesus prophesied, healed the sick and
performed miracles, signs and wonders so that people could believe in him. So as
you preach Jesus to people, tell them and prove to them that Jesus heals, that
Jesus saves and Jesus helps. Pray for them and demonstrate God’s love to them.
This is the wisdom of winning souls.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am wise enough to win many souls. I will not lose souls but I will win souls
to Christ Jesus. I operete in this wisdom of God to win many to Jesus, in

Thursday, March 27 THE FOOLISHNESS OF GOD

1 Corinthians 1:25 KJV: Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the
weakness of God is stronger than men.

God has a tendency to use foolish things to shame the wisdom of men. What men
consider foolish can be wise in God's eyes and what men consider wise can be
foolish in his eyes.

It was a foolish thing in the eyes of unspiritual men for God the creator, for the King
of kings to come on Earth and be insulted by his people, spat on, beaten up and
crucified together with criminals. It was so embarrassing that Jesus who claimed to
be King of the Jews and anointed could not deliver himself from such predicaments
yet it was God's wisdom for him to save the world.

Sometimes God uses foolish situations to show his wisdom. You might be called
foolish for preaching the gospel, for being good or for doing what God commanded
you to do but in doing so you are executing God's wisdom. It might not show
immediately but it will later be seen.

In your humility, someone may consider you foolish for not confronting certain
matters but it was God's wisdom for you not to fall into the trap of sin. It may be
foolish for you to be praying too much while others doing better than you in life are
mocking you not knowing that your praying too much is God's wisdom for your
lifting and for their salvation.

1 Corinthians 1:27-29 KJV: [27]But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world
to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to
confound the things which are mighty;[28]And base things of the world, and things
which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to
nought things that are:[29]That no flesh should glory in his presence.

Friday, March 28 BEING BEWITCHED
Galatians 3:1 KJV: O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not
obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth,
crucified among you?

Disobedience to the truth is a sign of being bewitched. Bewitching is not only

making someone mad or doing love charms on them but bewitching is when the
devil and his cohorts succeed in causing someone not to obey the truth, especially
when Jesus Christ has been evident in their lives.

There are some people who no matter how much God’s love and power has been
made evident in their lives they will still go ahead and disobey the truth of God’s
word. They will see the sick being healed, blind eyes being opened, the lame walking
and they will even pray in tongues and see God’s mercies over their lives but they
will still go back to living a life of disobedience to what the word of God says. The
problem could be that they have been bewitched to disobey the truth.

When the enemy wants to destroy your destiny, he will first start by causing you to
disobey God’s truth. Jesus said “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall
make you free.” (John 8:32). The truth is what makes you free, and when advanced
witches and wizards want to bewitch you they will cause you to move away from
the truth so that you are not made free. They will bewitch you to lose faith in God,
they will bewitch you to a point where you start questioning God’s word and start
doubting God’s existence. It is at this point when men are drawn away from the
truth of God’s word that they are bound by the devil and at this point the devil can
keep them in bondage because they have no truth to make them free.

However, we have been made free by the Truth, Jesus being that truth (John 14:6).
And whoever the son makes free they are free indeed. Because Jesus is the truth we
live by, we cannot be bewitched to disobey him.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be bewitched in any way, I will not question nor doubt God’s
truth but I will live in obedience to the truth. I am made free by the Jesus,
the truth and I am free indeed in Jesus’ name, Amen!

Saturday, March 29 ASSEMBLING OURSELVES

Hebrews 10:25 KJV: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the
manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see
the day approaching.

The gathering of the Saints is something that should never be underrated and
ignored. There is a great significance and impact that comes from the gathering of
the Saints so much so that the theme scripture above calls it the “assembling” of
ourselves. When there is no assembling of the Saints there will be a dismantling of
them. When we gather together, we assemble ourselves to neatly fit the body of
Christ. As the scriptures state we are one body in Christ with many members (1
Corinthians 12:12).

Hence church is when people gather, when the saints gather they assemble
themselves but when the saints don't gather they dismantle themselves. I have
heard some Satanic statements like “church is not a group but church is a person’s
heart”. They use this statement to justify them not going to church claiming that
they pray on their own. This is a total disobedience to what the word of God says.
The word says don't forsake the assembling of yourselves.

When different pieces of metal are brought together they form a chain which is
difficult to break but when the pieces are alone it becomes easy to break them.
When the devil wants to attack your destiny he separates you from the gathering of
the saints. But when God wants to do a thing in your life, he keeps you in the
assembly of the Saints because he knows that there you are strengthened through
the joining together of other saints. The disciples of Jesus had assembled
themselves before the Holy Ghost could come upon them, the armies of Israel only
won battles by God because they gathered themselves together. A soldier cannot
go to war alone but needs company of other soldiers, that's exactly how the church
is, do not forsake the assembling of the saints.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not be scattered from the church but I am bound together with my
fellow saints with love and in codes that cannot be broken.

Sunday, March 30 THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 KJV: [9]But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,
neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared
for them that love him.[10]But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for
the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

The scripture above simply states that the things which God has prepared for us
who love him, no man has ever heard or seen them, neither has any man thought of
these things in their heart and these things are called the deep things of God which
the Spirit reveals to us. The word “deep things” in the above scripture is the Greek
word “bathos” which means mystery. And so these mysteries can only be revealed
to us by the Spirit of God. Mysteries of the Father, mysteries of the Son, mysteries
of the Spirit, mysteries of heaven, mysteries of the Kingdom. These can only be
revealed to us by the Spirit.

This calls for a good relationship with the Holy Spirit, when you have developed
your relationship with the Spirit of God he will begin to reveal mysteries to you even
before you ask him. God wants us to be so close to him that he can tell us his deep
things. When you become close to somebody they trust you enough to tell you
secrets and to give you important information to disseminate to others. This is
exactly how it is with God, he entrusts you with his secrets based on your
relationship with him, based on your intimacy with him. This is why revelation is for
those who have a good relationship with God.

When you get deep in the things of God, you will attract deeper people around you
and you will attract deeper things around you. This is why deep calleth unto deep
(Psalms 42:7), you can only desire deeper things if you are deep yourself that's why
when you find yourself in a place where you are not content or comfortable but
want to get deeper the reason is because the deep in you is calling unto deep
somewhere.

When you pray, the more you will want to pray, when you encounter God the more
you will want to encounter him, the deep things of God in you will call for deeper
things. Just love God and you will experience the deep things of God.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am deep, the deep in me is calling unto deep. I will get deeper in the
Spirit, deeper in God's word, deeper in tongues, deeper in the prophetic,
deeper in prosperity and deeper in all the things of God, in Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Monday, March 31 THE POWER OF PEACE

Romans 16:20 KJV: And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet
shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Peace is of God such that we see in the scripture above God being said to be the
“God of peace”. This means peace is Godly and peace is supernatural. When God is
in you you walk in peace, you live in peace. This is why when Jesus and the disciples
were faced with a stormy sea the disciples panicked but Jesus was at peace such
that he slept during the storm and when he was woken up by the panicking disciples
he just rebuked the wind and said “Peace be still” Mark 4:39 KJV: And he arose, and
rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and
there was a great calm.

Peace is a manifestation of faith, it is a manifestation of God in you. When the God

of peace lives in you, you will not be afraid of the storms but you will be calm in the
storm as if the storm is just some fresh air passing by. When you are faced with
challenging situations or situations beyond your human control you will not panic
but you will be at peace. Panicking in times of challenges, pressuring situations or in
difficult times is just a sign that you either don't have God in you or you have not
learnt to live with the God of all peace in you, allowing him to take charge of all
situations in your life. It may sound hard, but when you allow God he gives peace in
the wildest storms.

The theme scripture above states that the God of peace shall bruise Satan under
your feet shortly. When you want to defeat Satan in your life you should learn to be
at peace all the time, learn to be calm. The devil knows that the moment you panic,
the moment you lose peace then at this point you can't hear God, because panic,
worry and doubt takes over and at this point Satan can whisper evil things in your
thoughts such as “just take your life away”, “just steal”, “just sports bet”, “just abort
this child” etc. However, when you are calm in tough times the Lord himself bruises
the devil under your feet, that is the power of peace.

This day and going forward, ask God to give you peace in all situations, that he may
bruise Satan under your feet by giving you his peace.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not panic in life, I will not doubt God, I will not worry in life. The God
of peace lives in me and I will walk in peace everywhere and all the days of
my life, I will overcome all storms by reason of God's peace in me in Jesus'
name, Amen.

PRAYER OF SALVATION
Romans 10:9 KJV: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.

Salvation comes when you accept Jesus as Lord over your life by confessing
it with your mouth and believing in your heart that Jesus resurrected from
the dead.

As long as a confession is not made with your heart and there is no believing
that has been made in the heart on the resurrection of Jesus Christ then you
cannot be saved. When you are saved, you are simply allowing Jesus into
your life, it is at this point that you submit your will to him and allow him to
direct your life. When you get saved, the Spirit of God himself begins to dwell
in you, you become born of the Spirit of God, your sins ate forgiven and you
become a new creature in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV: Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:

old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED JESUS CHRIST YET?

If you have never in your life confessed with your mouth the Lordship of
Jesus and if you have never believed in your heart that he resurrected from
the dead then this is your opportunity to do so and receive salvation.

Say these words with all your heart and confess them with your mouth
(audibly):

I CONFESS TODAY THAT JESUS IS LORD OVER MY LIFE AND OVER

EVERYTHING, I BELIEVE WITH MY HEART THAT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE
DEAD. TODAY I RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST INTO MY HEART AS THE LORD OF
MY LIFE AND TODAY I SUBMIT TO HIS WILL, I RECEIVE THE FORGIVENESS
OF SINS AND I AM WASHED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS AND I RECEIVE THE
HOLY SPIRIT IN ME, I AM A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST. IN JESUS’ NAME,

CONSISTENT PRAYER POINTS FOR THE YEAR

1. Surrender to the Lord Jesus all that you are and all that
you have, ask him to take Lordship over your life.

3. Pray for your family, ask God to have mercy on your

Spirit, pray for divine visitations.
12. Pray that you may have a sensitive spirit to discern God
and his word.

After praying these prayers, engage in focused worship

sessions and meditation daily. Doors in the Spirit will be

strategies of the Spirit, you are marked for a victorious life.
