Sub: Invitation to Settle outstanding dues against your Credit Card facility no. XXXXXXXXXX0459.
Under instructions and on behalf of our client Axis Bank Limited, having a branch office at Axis Bank Ltd, NPC1,
5th Floor, Gigaplex Building, Mindspace West, Mugalsan Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai - 400708, Our Client do
hereby serve upon you the above named addressee an Invitation to settle outstanding dues in this Special
Settlement Drive Camp arranged at various locations which are as under :-
1. You had availed a Credit Card facility from our client. However you have, failed/avoided to adhere to
the financial terms of the payment and your account is overdue. The total balance outstanding on your Credit
Card facility no. XXXXXXXXXX0459 is Rs. 17495.11/- and this needs to be addressed/paid immediately.
2. Our Client would like to draw your immediate attention to the outstanding balance that is currently
due on the above mentioned Credit Card. Our bank being a customer friendly bank by this Invitation do hereby
giving you a fair and reasonable opportunity to settle your outstanding dispute by personal meeting at our
local Retail Asset Center / branch offices. This could be a great opportunity to customers like you, who have
all the good intention to pay their legally payable liability. THAT our client intends to explore the possibility of
a settlement by conducting this Special Settlement Drive and accordingly intends to refer the issue to,
Meenakshi Sharma, who would hear all your dispute and differences and try to provide you solution to reach
at an amicable Settlement.
3. This Special Settlement Drive will help to eliminate all other future or pending legal action pending
against you, you are therefore requested to take this opportunity and visit at Axis House, Tower 2 . 2nd
Floor, Jaypee Greens Wish Town I-14 Sector 128 Noida 201304 during 05.08.2024 from to 06.08.2024
between 10:AM to 4:00PM.
4. We would request you to kindly co-operate with us by attending the said camp wherein the
competent officer/s of the Bank / Our Client shall be present and accordingly, would act for an amicable
settlement. Please note that if you missed to attend the said Special Settlement Drive and co-operate with
the bank in clearing/settling the account, the bank will have no other choice but to take an appropriate legal
action to recover its dues. We are sure that you would not like to go in for a prolonged litigation.
