Examinees are directed to read the following instructions very carefully
before they start writing on the answer script.
1. Examinees are to occupy their allocated seats ten minutes before
the start of the examination
2. Possession of incriminating documents including cell phone,
multimedia players and other electronic devices in which
information can be stored and retrieved in examination hall will be
treated as a punishable offence. If they are in possession of any
such material it may be handed over to the invigilator before the
commencement of the examination.
3. Examinees can neither enter into the examination hall after 30
minutes nor leave within 30 minutes from the commencement of
the examination.
4. Examinees should carry Admit Card on all examination days and
show it to the invigilator on demand. If the student fails to bring
the same, s/he may not be allowed to sit for the examination.
5. Examinees are not allowed to go out of the examination hall
during the examination except under compelling circumstances.
6. Writing anything related to examination on the table, question
papers, scales etc. is strictly prohibited.
7. Examinees are directed to read the Examinations Code of
Conduct published and circulated by NUB.
8. Examinees found copying will be expelled from the examination
hall and their answer scripts will not be evaluated. The concerned
invigilator shall, then report to the Controller of Examinations
through the Head of the Department or the Dean of the Faculty for
necessary action together with the answer script and the
incriminating document/s. Total
