Note:
1. Unbound & Untagged applications will not be acknowledged / processed.
2. PhD awarding university must be HEC recognized and department must be meeting the criteria of HEC
Quality Assurance to run PhD Program. In case of foreign university, it should be listed in UNESCO list.
3. HEC will send the placement to the recognized universities which have programs of MS/MPhil/PhD level in
relevant discipline.
4. HEC reserves the right to forward the placement request as per need of the discipline/subject at university.
5. The applicant must work hard and show progress/performance during the one year appointment period.
6. Applicants are also required to send the hardcopy of the application form along with the copy of
CNIC(front/back), bank deposit slip, and one passport size photo only.
7. Only selected applicants will be required to send hard copies of supporting documents after the
announcement of pre-assessment result.
