Senior Java Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on
experience in Java development to join Venuiti Healthcare. This role is a pure backend Java position, and
the successful candidate will work on an exciting healthcare product called T6 Health Systems.
T6 Health Systems stands out for its ability to offer real-time, data-driven analytics, providing healthcare
professionals with immediate insights crucial for informed decision-making. Moreover, its capability to
accurately document patient care within a unified electronic health record has revolutionized the way
medical information is handled. By empowering healthcare providers with instant access to
comprehensive patient data, T6 ensures efficient workflows while maintaining meticulous and precise

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, analysts, and testers, to design and
develop Java-based solutions for healthcare integration.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to
design, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and services to ensure they meet high
standards of reliability, security, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support during the project's
deployment phase.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare and software development
fields to make informed recommendations and decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Java Developer with a strong emphasis on
backend development.
Expertise in Java programming, with a focus on the Spring Framework.
Strong proficiency in Java 17.
Experience with healthcare integration standards and technologies such as FHIR and HL7 is
highly desirable.
Proficiency in database design and development (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative
environment.
