• DESCRIPTION
Check valve, double acting, Poppet type.
• OPERATION
Free oil flow from D1 to D2 is performed at 0.5 bar pressure while oil flow from D2 to D1 is produced at 8 bar pressure.
• PERFORMANCE
Maximum flow:
− VBD 38 = 25 l/min.
− VBD 12 = 40 l/min.
Maximum Pressure: 350 bar.
Opening pressure:
− free flow from D1 to D2 = 0.5 bar
− controlled flow from D2 to D1 = 8 bar (on request it is possible to perform a faisability study for special settings)
Oil leaks from U to E: 0.25 cc per minute (5 drops).
Working temperature:
− minimum 25°C and max +90°C with standard BUNA gaskets
− minimum 25°C and max +90°C with special VITON gaskets on request
• RECOMMENDATIONS
Fluid: best use mineral oil with viscosity ranging between 10 and 200 cSt.
