1. Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01.01.2025 as qualifying date, has
commenced in all 70 Assembly Constituencies of the NCT of Delhi with draft publication of
electoral roll on 29.10.2024. Special Summary Revision-2025 will be carried out in accordance
with the schedule prescribed by the ECI as under:-

The primary objective of the Special Summary Revision – 2025 is to include newly eligible
and left out voters who have completed or will be completing age of 18 years on or before date
01.01.2025. Another objective for the Special Summary Revision-2025 is to give opportunities
for correction in electors’ particulars and also to invite objections against any wrong inclusion in
the Electoral Roll.

Any eligible citizen, who is going to attain the age of 18 years on or before any of the
subsequent qualifying dates in the year 2025, that is to say, the 1st April 2025, 1st July 2025
or 1st October 2025, may also file his or her claim for inclusion of name in the roll, in Form-6, in
advance, during the SSR starting from 29.10.2024. Such advance forms shall however, be
disposed of in the first month of respective quarter only.

AC wise list can be seen at our website.
6. List of claims & objections in Forms-9, 10, 11, 11A & 11 B will also be available on the
website of CEO, Delhi so that citizens are able to see the list and lodge objections with ERO
concerned.
7. A person, whose name has wrongfully been deleted from the electoral roll can file an appeal
under Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 within the prescribed period
of 15 days to the District Election Officer against the deletion of his/her name or submit Form-
6 for inclusion of his/her name in the electoral roll any time during summary revision of
electoral roll.

APPEAL

1. All new applicants attaining the age of 18 years by 01.01.2025, please apply in
Form-6.
2. All prospective electors attaining the age of 18 years by 01.04.2025, 01.07.2025 &
01.10.2025 may also apply in Form-6.

3. Apply for correction/replacement of EPIC/Shifting/Marking of PwD through Form-8

4. Never have name in the electoral roll in more than one constituency or in any
constituency more than once. It is a punishable offence u/s 17 & 18 of the
Representation of People Act, 1950. Apply for deletion of multiple entry (ies) in
Form-7.

6. Download prescribed Form from these Websites or Obtain from the Voter Centre and
submit at Voter Centre of your Assembly Constituency or your Polling Station Location
whose list is available on www.ceodelhi.gov.in

7. Mere holding of Voter Identity card does not entitle the voter to cast his/her vote
during election. The name of the voter has to be present in the electoral roll. Be
Vigilant and Check your name in the electoral roll:-
