request:
IOS/Android/Web:
• Login to your Sun & Sand Sports account
• Click on “Account” on the top right corner of the web page (bottom right
corner on the app)
• Click on “Returns & Exchanges”
• Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
• Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, the reason for return and choose
your refund method – e-wallet or a credit/debit card refund. We do not provide Cash
refund. In case if the items are paid in cash, the amount will be debited to your
e-wallet.
• It may ask you to pin your location if not done earlier
• Once you submit your request, the items will be collected within 5 to 7
working days.
• Once the item is picked up and returned to our warehouse, the refund will be
processed within the 5-7 working days, depending on your bank. The amount on your
e-wallet will reflect within 48 hours.
Alternatively, you can also return your product in the stores & get faster refunds
into e-wallets. In this case, you do not need to create any request from your end.
Just check the store list & walk into the most convenient store for you. We will
take care of the rest.
Return Conditions:
Return/Exchange requests can only be initiated within 14 days from the date of
delivery.
The return/exchange item should be in its original condition, not used, and still
has its original tag.
The return/exchange item should be in its original box.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend
going through the product description carefully before purchasing.
