**Morning Assembly Script**

**Rohit:** Good morning, respected Principal, teachers, and dear friends.

**Harthik Reddy:** We, the students of Class 4, welcome you all to today’s
morning assembly. Let’s begin with a prayer to start our day with positive
thoughts and gratitude.

**(Prayer Song)**

*All students sing a short prayer song.*

**Rohit:** Thank you for the beautiful prayer. Now, let us all pledge to be
good citizens and contribute positively to our society. Please stand for the
pledge.

**(Pledge)**

*All students recite the pledge.*

**Harthik:** Thank you. Now, Varnika will share the thought for the day.

**Student 1:** Good morning, everyone. The thought for the day is: “The
more you practice, the better you get.” This reminds us to always keep
practicing and working hard to improve ourselves. Thank you.

**Anchor 1:** That was inspiring! Now, [Student 2] will share some
important news headlines.

**Student 2:** Good morning. Here are today’s news headlines:

2. [International news headline]

3. [School news or upcoming events]

**Anchor 2:** Thank you for keeping us updated. Next, [Student 3] will
present an interesting fact.

**Student 3:** Good morning. Did you know that honey never spoils?
Archaeologists have found pots of honey in ancient Egyptian tombs that
are over 3000 years old and still edible! Thank you.

**Anchor 1:** That was fascinating! Now, let’s enjoy a short story by
[Student 4].

**Student 4:** Good morning. Today, I will tell you the story of “The
Honest Woodcutter.”

*Student narrates the story briefly.*

**Anchor 2:** Thank you for the wonderful story. To wrap up our assembly,
let’s sing our school anthem together.

**(School Anthem)**

*All students sing the school anthem.*

**Anchor 1:** This concludes our morning assembly. Thank you for your
attention, and have a wonderful day ahead!

**Anchor 2:** Thank you, everyone! Let’s go back to our classes quietly.
