INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
• Recipe makes 50 nuggets 1. Marinate chicken in pickle juice
• Nuggets overnight if possible.
• 22oz of chicken breast, cut into 1”
2. Drain and pat dry.

• 1oz egg white 4. Coat chicken cubes in egg white.
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 5. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, black

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
1. Cut your white onions into thin sliced
• 1lb 96% lean ground beef
rings.

inside up. After 2 mins flip, cook for
another 2 mins.

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
• 21oz chicken breast 1. Cut your chicken breast into 12 small
• 70g panko chicken tenders.
2. Season tenders with salt, black pepper
