RENTAL AGREEMENT
This RENTAL AGREEMENT is executed on this 23rd day of December
Two Thousand Twenty Four (23.12.2024) by and between:-
MUPPARAPU MAHESH CHOWDHARI , Residing at Flat no- 101, 1st
floor, Sriram signiaa,Opp WIPRO Gate No.13 Neeladri Road,Electronic
City phase-1, Bangalore, KA-560100. Here in after called as the
OWNER / LESSOR of the ONEPART, and in favour of
MEESALA VENKATESWARLU Permanent Address; 7-3-17,
Chinnakesampalli Village & Post, Badvel mandal, YSR Dist, Andhra
Pradesh – 516502. Hereinafter called as TENANT / LESSEE of the
OTHER PART
WHEREAS the Owner/ lesser is the sole and absolute owner of the
house Bearing at Flat No-206, 2nd Floor, Sriram Signiaa,Opp
WIPRO Gate No.13 Neeladri Road, Electronic City phase-1,
Bangalore,KA-560100. Here in after referred to as the Schedule
premises whereas the Lessee has approached the Owner agrees to let
out the same under the following terms and conditions:-
1. Rent payable by the Tenant for the said premises is Rs.45,200/-
(Rupees Forty Five Thousand Two Hundred Only). Every
month Rent Payable on or before 5th day of every English
calendar month.
2. The advance of Rs.45,200/-(Rupees Forty Five Thousand
Two Hundred Only). has paid to the Owner by way of cash
before the following witnesses. And the owner has acknowledged
the receipt of the same. This advance amount shall not carry any
interest. And the same will be repayable by the Owner to the
Tenant while vacating the premises.
3. This Rental Agreement is for a period of 11 (Eleven) months.
The rent Effect From 01/04/2024 and is subject to renewal
thereafter under mutually agreed terms and conditions with an
enhancement of 5% in the existing rent.
4. The Tenant should use the said premises for RESIDENTIAL
purpose only and should not use for any illegal purpose.
5. The Lessee has to pay electricity charges directly to the
concerned department.
6. Tenant shall not sublet or underlet the premises to any other
persons and should not do any alteration unless permitted by
the Owner.
7. The Tenant shall keep the premises in good conditions and shall
not cause any damages to the premises, In case damages
caused then the repair charges like Minor Repairs, should be
paid by the Tenant.
8. It is hereby agreed that one-month notice on either side is
required and sufficient for the termination of the tenancy.
9. Tenant has to be paint the premise or painting Charges One
Month rent will be deducted from the security deposit while
vacating the premises.
SCHEDULE:
The Schedule house Premises Residing at Flat No-206, 2nd Floor,
Sriram Signiaa,Opp WIPRO Gate No.13 Neeladri Road,
Electronic City phase-1, Bangalore,KA-560100. House premises
consisting of a 3 BHK, RCC Roofing Water with Electricity Facilities
in Witness Where of, Both the parties Have Carefully Read and
Understood the Terms And Conditions In This Agreement, Hereunder
Affixed Their Signature in Confirmation of their acceptance in the
presence of the following witnesses.
