Close your eyes and take a deep breath....

Focus on the gentle in and out of your


breath....Allow yourself to relax completely....With every exhale, breathe out any
tension, discomfort or preoccupation you may have....and with every inhale, breathe
in deep sense of relaxation....Allow your body to relax completely....
Notice the chatter in your mind. Notice the quality of your thoughts. Is your mind
at ease or you experience restlessness?...Continue breathing....gently inhale and
gently exhale....
Just become aware.... Become conscious of the fact that your thoughts have the
power to create your reality.

In the infinity of life where you are, all is perfect whole and complete. Today you
open yourself to the immense richness and fullness of your life. Everything in your
life is unfolding in the perfect time, space and sequence.

Let’s do some affirmations together. Repeat after me in your mind…

I now look at the past with love and choose to learn from all my old experiences.
There is no right or wrong or good or bad, it is just is.
I know that everyone is operating from their own level of consciousness
I forgive and set myself free.
Forgiving makes me feel free and light.
The more pain I release, the more love I have to express.
Today you choose to release all pain, hurt, disappointment, shame or resentment.
The past is over and it has no power over me.
This is a new day and a new you.
I am at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
My life is growing and expanding in amazing and wonderful ways.
Now put your palm on your heart, as you tune into your divine intelligence. Repeat
this in your mind
“I love and approve of myself. Life supports me. I am safe. My life is filled with
immense joy and amazing possibilities. Everyday I look forward to the new day with
excitement and enthusiasm. I am open to the adventures of the day, and know that is
everything is working for my highest good. I am the living, loving, joyous
expression of life. All is well in my world. And so it is.
Take a few moments and breathe deeply. Now take a deep breath and breathe in warm
healing-nourishing energy and gently breathe out. Take a few more minutes to
relax, before you get back your activities. Have a wonderful day!
