The Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and his companion justices of
the supreme court of India.
Humble Petition of the Petitioner most respectfully showeth,
1. That the present application is being filed in the
abovementioned Special Leave Petition (c) No. Of
2025 filed by the petitioner in person against the Impugned
Judgement and Final order dated 13.11.2024 passed by
the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pardesh at Shimla
in Cr.M.P No. 4584 of 2024.
2. That all the material facts of the case have already been
pleaded in the petition filed by the petitioner and therefore,
for the sake of brevity, the same are not being repeated
herein. However, the same may kindly be treated as part and
parcel of this application also.
3. That the Petitioner -in-person is well aware of the facts and
circumstances of the case and thus seeking permission to
appear and argue in person in the matter.
4. That the petitioner in person has not engaged the services of
an Advocate on record due to financial constraints and the
petitioner wishes to pursue the matter in-person.
PRAYER:-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court
may graciously be pleased to :
a) Permit the undersigned to appear and argue the matter in
person.
b) appoint Shri.K. Ramesh Sastry, Advocate on my behalf to
argue the case as he is well aware of the facts as he argued
before Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka also if honble court
deems fit.
b) pass such other order/as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and
proper in the facts and circumstances of the case for which
act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever
pray.
