For example, we can:

 Help ensure all your paperwork is accurate and submitted on time to avoid delays.

 Provide guidance on Initial level billing and commonly used approaches.

 Review your documentation

 Share tips on avoiding common credentialing pitfalls, like missed deadlines or incomplete
profiles.

 Check your CAQH profile and also provide detailed knowledge about ERA and EFT enrollments.

These are just a few ways we can support you during this process and ensure it moves forward smoothly.

Caller:

How does that sound to you? Do you feel like having a professional guide during this process could add
value? (Pause and listen actively to their response)

Closing with Next Steps (Be proactive and professional)

Caller:

If it sounds good to you, we could schedule a quick call to discuss where you are in the process and how
we can tailor our guidance to your needs. Would you be available later this week, or does next week
work better for you?

(Pause and finalize the appointment)

Perfect! I’ll send you a confirmation email with the meeting details. Please feel free to reach out if you
have any questions in the meantime. Looking forward to speaking with you soon!
Scenario 2: After No switching to VA services

Scenario of Credentialing

How much time does it takes for Credentialing?

(PANEL)
The first step is to check if the insurance panels are open for your specialty.

If there are fewer providers in your area, the process can take 30 to 45 days.
Otherwise, it typically takes 60 to 90 days. I’ll be upfront—some companies
might promise to get it done in 50 or 60 days, but I’m gonna be honest, it usually
takes 60 to 90 days to start properly.

We’ll handle everything for you and keep you updated throughout the process.

Question to ask when someone shows interested in Credentialing:

1 - Can I have your specialty?
2 - What state are you in?
3 - Do you want to get in network with Commercial Payors or Government Payors?
4 - How many insurances are you looking for?
How about I sent you a list of top insurances and then you can pick and choose between
them?
