Responsible for readiness & maintenance of the vehicle & equipment under his charge, maintain functionality and routine care & maintenance
of Fire equipment, maintain sufficient stock of consumable items. To thoroughly inspect fire vehicles & equipment and report to senior, to
ensure completion of vehicle maintenance records and log books etc.

Quick scene assessment and rationale resource deployment at Fire Scene / Incident site ensure effective human resource management and
their safety & security at Fire scene, ensure implementation of risk assessment & safety issues at incident site, to carry out briefing and
debriefing at site, to make effective communication on and off the fire ground. Ensuring that NO physically or professionally unfit person is
working in the shift, through regular staff monitoring, training, physical exercises, motivational events and monthly evaluation, Registration and
enrollment of volunteers for community emergency response teams (CERTS) at each Union Council level, conducting awareness / campaigns
and training programs for community, deployment of Community Emergency Response Teams in case of major emergency / disasters.

5. Documentation A
Responsible for proper filling of emergency response forms & fire investigation form, Compiling & submitting the emergency data at station.
Maintain confidentiality of official record. Proper filling of performance book. Maintain stock inventory register. Timely reporting of equipment
maintenance issues and other official affairs. Documentation of expense book , handing / taking over and incident response forms in each shift.
